Great customer service experience with x werks can’t wait for my future stormtrooper order.

I ordered a Seekins SP223 billet upper and lower set from Tim and had it coated in Tungsten.. and wow. The coating is flawless. Tim is a busy man but always make sure to answer any questions and has just about everything you need! I just sent out some more parts to have coated by X-werks and the prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be using them from here on out.

Great experience with these guys! We gave them a very complicated custom request, and they handled everything perfectly. The customer service was incredible, they stayed in contact with us every step of the way, sent process photos, etc. They went above and beyond, even helping with assembly. Weve had the rifle for almost a year and it functions perfectly with any ammo and mag. This shop is one of the best in the nation, no question! The price was also very low. All round very pleased.

Every gun I have has been refinished by these guys. As well as most guns Ive worked on for friends and family. The quality of their work is second to none, customer service is above expectations and you will not find better prices. I would recommend X-WERKS to anyone looking for custom finishing work on firearms or automotive applications like exhaust systems and brake components.

This place is the best if youd like to customize your firearms or your high performance racing parts with Cerakote. Tim is extremely knowledgeable when you need questions answered and the work they do is pristine. They are also a class III dealer if you like suppressors and such. Chef recommends!

I dont remember the gentlemans name but he was very nice and easy to use talk. He answered all my questions the store was closed but opened the door and talked to me when he did not have too very professional. I look forward to doing business with him soon I recommend XWerks to one who does not want to be treated like a number.

Called about a custom order that I’ve placed about two weeks ago and was told to call back at around 1pm the following day for new inventory. When the time came no one answered the phone until 3pm, and was told that the order was already sold.

Ordered a few lowers from X Werks in the past and was happy! This time I ordered a lower in late May, they charged my CC that day (which was two months ago) and I still havent received the lower. I have been calling and emailing them for the past month and a half and they have not answered the phone..I was finally able to get it resolved by filing a dispute with my bank though it took 2 months to get my money back, and I will be spreading the word and no longer doing business with x werks!Ionically, the only time they even got back to me regarding my order was once my bank sent them a chargeback notice. Here is my reply to their email.So great to hear from you!I very much wanted the lower I paid for and assumed it would be shipped in a timely manner (as in our previous transactions)!I called every day for two weeks and sent you two emails. I have also been in constant communication with my FFL and he hasnt heard from you yet?The last time we spoke, which was a week and a half after I placed my order, you said that you hadnt shipped it yet and when I asked if you had any plans to, your response was to say that you would get around to it, which left me concerned. I did some searching around online and found a couple of very recent negative reviews and decided to contact my bank.Since I wasnt able to get any response from you, they agreed that disputing the charges would be the best course of action.Had you contacted me in a reasonable amount of time regarding your challenges in contacting my preferred FFL, I would have immediately put you in contact with them or one of the other two I regularly use.Given that this is the first time I am hearing back from you, exactly one month after you billed my credit card, and only in response to being contacted by the credit card company, I would say that this sales transaction wasnt handled properly or reasonably from a customer service standpoint...........

Straightforward, helpful, and honest. Tim made great recommendations for powder coating the rock sliders on my Jeep using quality materials. Ill definitely be back.
