I had an AK-74 black made by Anthony over at Lancaster Armory and it is great! Not only is the finish, barrel, and functionality of it amazing but out of the box a fresh build at 25 yards only needed a little adjusting to get her hitting bull eyes (before adjustment 1/2 bottom right in green). I was extremely impressed with the quality of the receiver (stamped). All the internal pieces looked great, and functioned very smooth. This will be the second AK-74 build that someone has purchased in my family from Lancaster and both were great(my father got a Russian red color looks nice!). Working with Anthony was easy, he was on time and kept me up to date with how the build was progressing. He started on a Monday finished and shipped on Wednesday and I received it Friday, just in time to go hunt that weekend. He was extremely nice and honest not trying to sell you on something you dont need. I have spoken with number of AK builders in the past, and they are usually cocky cause they know more than I do and want to put a price (over priced) on there builds cause they are the best in there mind or just take advantage of someone new to this platform, or they dont want to talk to you cause you dont know enough. Anthony is none of those things, he helped me and was happy and nice to do it, he taught me a number of things about the AK and the receivers, and did not try and sell me something I did not need.All around Lancaster will be my go to for clients and myself looking to get a out standing quality AK. Great customer service, great solid product at a great price tag. Why would you want to go anywhere else!

I decided to check out Lancaster Armory after reading numerous positive AK reviews on the web. Anthony is good as they come from a customer service perspective and the product is high quality at a good price. I ordered my rifle Friday at 3pm and Anthony took my info and had the product shipped immediately. My FFL dealer in Florida called noon Monday saying the rifle had arrived, less than 3 days! I received the exact model I had been looking for over a year. Other dealers either dont have the item in stock, or after months of waiting, being disappointed with increases in agreed upon price or changes in components. I would definitely do business with Lancaster Armory and highly recommend anyone looking to purchase an AK to check them out.

The customer service I received was outstanding. Anthony took the time to answer all the questions I had about AK-47s and also some questions I had regarding his business and he did so in a manner that was not arrogant( I have received that attitude at some other shops when asking questions). I was not rushed into making a decision and Lancaster Armory did not try to sell me something that I didnt want or need. The quality of Lancaster AKs is well known, but I still appreciate the fact that Anthony and Lancaster Armory offers a lifetime warranty for their firearms. I did alot of research and shopping around and can say, with confidence; that the price I paid for the quality I received can not be beat. I was treated more like a friend and not just a customer. Outstanding Service, Quality, and Price.
