Love to come here, always has what I need. Some times in bigger quantities. Never too busy and although the lines get long (4 people max) check outs pretty quick. Nice stop to grab what I need and go.

I like smart and final extra because they have a certain produce items that are harder to find and regular supermarkets. I also really like the fact that they sell a lot of bulk items. This particular Smart and final is always very clean and organized.

Well this was my first and last time shopping at this location. My husband and I decided to go try them out. I found some amazing deals, and was pretty pleased. I check out and my husband has to use the restroom, so I take the bags to the car. My husband comes to the car very upset. He then tells me that “Rob” the manager tells him he witnessed him take a bottle. My husband then is outraged and lifts his shirt and takes his two phones out of his pocket to prove he did not steal nothing. We are financially fine, we don’t need to steal. I then went back in the store and returned all of my amazing deals, I will never spend my coins at an establishment that racially profiles their consumers. Rob, never judge a book by its cover sir.

Looking for a larger package of food? This store certainly lives up to its commercial-supplier heritage! Not only do they have the commercial size, they also have the smaller sizes. They have major brands and lesser known brands, items you cant find easily as well as the well-known ones. Certainly a great place to find most things!

This is a good store. It isnt ever crowded when I have gone, which I appreciate. You can find bulk items here (as well as usual sizes)for restaurants, schools, churches, or any time you might have a large group. They have produce, meat, dairy, bread, cooking supplies and more. The store has always been clean and the cashiers friendly.

S&F is a good store to get vegan and vegetarian food, as well as items found in other stores. The vegan and organic items are often priced noticably lower than the larger stores. Its designed more like a warehouse and not as well lit as other stores but its clean, most of the workers are friendly and will help you when asked. The main reason I go there is because its close distance, they offer a wide variety of coffee creamer and lower prices.

If you have a large get together this place you can count on for your bulk items like Foil Trys. It also has a large can of minute-made lemonade powder—large bottles of coffee-flavored syrups.

Have to be honest. This looks like an old super market. They added some larger industial size products, cups, to go containers, stainless serving and cooking and catering pans. The aisles are narrow and it is dark inside.This is not the super market you would do your weekly shopping. I did ask a couple of employees questions and they were helpful and polite and answered my questions.Parking is great and in and out is easy.

Very clean store. I asked the manager if they were out of red potatoes he said yes, a little while later while I was shopping he came by and said he went in the back and found one. Kudos to the store manager,he went above and beyond. I love shopping here.

You know I really do like shopping here especially on the candy isle. The store has always been clean even before COVID I have always received great customer service which if anyone knows me knows that’s the most important part of any and every shopping experience for me !!!! The staff always say hi if they see you. !!!Love the prices on certain items especially coffee!!! ALSO GLAD THEY TAKE EBT !!!My daughter having three children save a lot when she can buy the case.

This is a very well laid out store with a large dairy and deli departments.Easy access off major streets with lots of parking.

Personal feeling is they need to offer help to older CITIZENS, especially if one has never been to the store before. Quit ignoring customers asking for help and then helping other people (in my face) that dont try or cannot speak the American language.

Dont get stuck trying to find a parking place or wait in the long lines at your favorite Membership Warehouse Store.Smart & Final Extra never has long lines and parking is not a challenge. The best part is they have most of your favorite food items at very good prices.

Ive always liked smart & final. They have some things there that I cant find anywhere else, like large bottles of flavored syrups for ice lattes, for just over $5. Todays trip however was a little underwhelming. The produce was really picked over, and what was left didnt look that great. Like russet potatoes that were kind of green, and barely a handful of fresh green beans. I was able to get a 24 lb turkey for just over $12, with a purchase of only $25, and they have a nice variety of novel ice cream and cheesecake desserts. You probably wont find the best prices on everything, but if you shop the ads, you can get some good deals.

If I could give it negative Stars I would, they had nothing in stock. I wanted shrimp but they had no shrimp sauce or cocktail sauce. I wanted Arrowhead sports bottles but they were all out of pretty much every brand of bottled water possible. you ask somebody for help and they look at you like youre crazy and then give you rude answers.

Clean and well stocked, the staff needs to be friendly so its a loss when the staff seems to be annoyed by customers and not helpful!

The employees that work at this location, not once, but two times, proved that they absolutely do not care about their customers. The first time, they physically assaulted someone I know because said person did not have masks. This person did not have an issue with masks, they just didnt have one, so the employees decided on said persons way out, they would literally, physically, put their hands on said person. This was a few months ago, today I really needed pet food because my babies had nothing and they were crying, I dont have a car and this is the closest place. so I walked all the way to this store in the heat, without a mask, not because I have some kind of social issue with them, but because I genuinely cannot breath in them because of a condition I will not be naming. I walked in and of course, they immediately hammered me about a mask. I kindly told them I have an exemption and cant wear a mask because it prevents me from being able to breathe clearly. They looked me straight in the face and told me oh it doesnt matter, you need to wear a mask or you can go to a different store. Now, it makes no sense to me that they force people to wear a mask to help stop a spread of a virus that prevents proper breathing, but tell you that it doesnt matter if the mask itself prevents you from breathing properly, you still need to wear it. I do not understand why this store cant simply respect the fact that some people cant wear masks. Walmart, Target, frys, the bus, and even restaurants understand and respect it when I tell them I cant breath properly in a mask, so why cant the employees of this store just swallow their pride and stop acting like they rule the entire world. I, including my family of 27 people, will 100 percent never be going to smart and final again.

Every time I come here, its clean, well stocked, and employees are friendly and good natured. You wont always get the best deals, but especially if you follow the weekly ads, youll save money. And if you cant afford a club store membership, this is the next best thing.

First-time visit there. Store is confusing, produce is lacking, and they have very few staff to help when you cant find something. The one bright thing about the store is the staff that is there is extremely helpful and friendly.

Not real handicapped accessible from the parking lot. Only two handicapped spaces and they are near the exit door. So you have to hobble to get to the entrance and then you have to walk or in my case hobble once inside the entrance back down to get the only onehandicapped that I saw in the store .One positive most of the employees are friendly.

Great sale prices on meat and produce, most of the time. Larger sizes come in hand for bulk cooking. It’s my go to store when I don’t t want to deal with the big crowds at the large chain grocers. I do dislike when something, usually canned or boxed, is on sale, but you have to buy multiples to get said sale price.The staff are helpful and kind. Give it a try, it’s not your Smart and Final from days of yore.

I like the fact that social distancing was enforced at the check out stands. A big sign telling customers to mask up.

Between the manager being rude to me and others making comments that are not warranted plus the young girl in meats another rude person with rude comments. I with never go back there

Militant employees yelling at you if you dare enter the store without a mask on (where am I supposed to find them since everyone is hoarding everything?). Ironically, the cashier who yelled at me couldnt be bothered to wear her mask properly, so her nose was uncovered. Good thing you cant spread germs by sneezing or rubbing your nose I guess?

Youre welcomed into the store by the sight of an spotless store, well stocked, and the appearance of the employees just as perfect! The produce was beautiful and ripe, just amazing. Low prices, and helpful service, we loved it! It was our daughter in laws first time and shes going to definitely be back. Thank you for always having what we need, when we need it, even when it was a last-minute trip in Christmas Eve.

This place has so many health precautions for Covid-19 it is amazing. Face coverings are required to enter, you have to wait in line and the system notifies your when a register is open. Thank you for doing your part to stop the spread.

Ive been shopping at Smart and Final for years. If you cook a lot at home and need the large sized spices, heavy cream, bread flower, 5 gallons of cooking oils, deli containers... Large beef roasts that you cant get at any other grocery store. They have all of it here and its priced very reasonably. The problem is, theyve been slowly closing all of them so there are few left.

I am new to the area & have not been in a store like this before. It is some kind of mash up between traditional market & bulk/wholesale. I found almost everything I needed but some things were hard to find in smaller amounts. The deals on some things were impressive, not so much on others. It was clean enough & the staff were friendly. I am sure I will be going back often because of location, looking for the good deals & also for certain items. They have mung bean sprouts which have proven hard to find in most places recently so that makes me happy.

Great great produce. Must come in locally. Its not a super long large store and may not have all the items you see in larger chains but the staff is real nice oh and did I mention the great produce?

Smart & Final Extra!, conveniently located at West Greenway and N 35th Ave, was truly a great visit. The store is brightly lit and has a great welcoming feel to it. All the baskets are kept outside. Every aisle has signs describing whats there and the store has a large variety of products to choose from.
