Wow! This has to be the cleanest, neatest, and most organized Albertsons store Ive ever seen! There were lots of store employees available to help, the produce section, fruit section and meat section were impeccable. They had beautiful fresh flowers and lots of party stuff. And they have a great organic section. Plenty of checkout lines also. Very nice store to shop in. I highly recommend it. Really, Im not kidding!

Very helpful. The customer service rep helped me figure out how to use the app for the best deals and saved me $30 on a $65 receipt! Definitely will be using them more often. Great deals and good meats and produce!

Very clean and well organized store. Super friendly staff. A little low on stock, but maybe they were just recovering from the weekend. Nice place to shop for specialty items, too.

What can I say about the store I literally been shopping in for over a decade? Nothing but good stuff. Staff always friendly and helpful. Like shopping here because I know where everything is and it never changes. Plus, I know pretty much all the staff which makes it way more personable when I go in💙

Hello I don’t usually leave reviews but it was recently my birthday and my sister purchased for me a yellow rose dozen arrangement at the carefree highway store and Brian Martin in floral made it for her and wow it’s just amazing. The flowers are just beautiful and she gave it to me on Friday and it’s Sunday and the arrangement is a total Wow and the roses are all open and just bursting with aroma and the color is beyond amazing. I’ve never had such a beautiful arrangement that looks as amazing as this ! Thank you to my sister and Albertsons floral shop on carefree highway !

On October 4th, my mom purchased a cake for my parents anniversary. When she purchased it, the lady at the bakery opened the cake to write “Happy Anniversary!” on the cake. Later that night we ate the cake and a couple hours later I started to feel very sick. My stomach hurt and I felt nauseated. 30 minutes later, I threw up three separate times and also had a fever of 101.6 F. We then checked the date of the cake and it said “packed on August 21st and sell thru by September 21st”. How they have the audacity to sell a cake 2 weeks past it’s date is unacceptable! The next day, my mom called the store manager Ryan to file a complaint and Ryan said that they check the dates on everything on a daily basis which he obviously lied about. If they check the dates daily, how could they not notice that the cake was expired and said “sell thru by September 21st”!? I’m sorry but Albertsons has lost a loyal customer because of this.

Very nice grocery store under minor remodeling. But the customers dont suffer from this. You barely even notice the construction. Shelves are plenty stocked. You see people that actually talk to you and are happy. You guys know what I am talking about. We have all been in those stores where nobody is happy and the place is like a morgue. When someone does talk to you they are being rude as heck. Not this store. Very friendly atmosphere. I recommend you stopping in.

Way to high on prices.. Same exact stuff at frys is twice as much..Ridiculous. Absolutely absurd..I bought a case of water name brand 24 bottles it was $7.49Same case same name at Walmart $4.99Albertsons you should be very ashamed.. Thats total price gouging..I will never step foot in Albertsons again...

I like this place. It does get really crowded and the prices can be a little high if youre buying a lot of stuff. However, if you watch for the sales and use the digital coupons, you can get some pretty good deals. Staff is always been wonderful here. They have a Starbucks and a drive-through pharmacy here. The pharmacy employees have always been super!!

Consistently prices are marked higher at the register then they are on the shelves. This is a racket. They have been doing it for years. If you shop here you must check your receipt against every price posted. It is so bad I would call them thieves.

Old and dirty. Not enough help. Unfriendly workers. All the reasons I dont go to Walmart. Overpriced with no benefit for paying more.

For an older smaller store its not bad. Just not huge variety of flavors on some items.

No cashiers only self service checkout not acceptable to me. Prepared chicken wings were not as good as usual seemed overcooked.

It was closed for Thanksgiving which is very good! Even the most essential workers should be able to spend time with their families for the holiday or alone on the empty parking lot of Albertsons if they feel the need to.

This place is my local grocery store. I always come here for fruit, milk, eggs, etc. The prices are also usually pretty cheap.

This was a blast from the past for me since all of the Albertsons near me were bought out by another retail chain. The store was very big and clean. The produce was fresh and the staff was friendly.

It is unfortunate that Google does not allow you to leave multiple reviews for different bad experiences. Shopping at Albertsons this morning continues to remind me why I love shopping at Frys Marketplace. Trying to use their app in-store is a train wreck. I was searching for veggie burgers but you cant actually search for a product that might be in the store and what aisle it might be on. Every time I use a search feature the app would tell me there was no such item or coupon. Then as Im checking out when I was scanning the 20 lb bags of ice the system does not intuitively recognize that Im not going to place a 20lb bag of ice on the bagging scale. So I had to keep heading skip bagging . After the fifth time the system froze up and said I needed assistance. How hard is it for you to program your computer to know that nobodys going to put a 20lb bag of ice on the bagging scale? I mentioned something to the manager and he was a little cynical. Typically that would be funny if I wasnt already annoyed for spending twice the amount of time in Albertsons than I needed to because theyre stupid app doesnt tell you where the products are! Frys is lucky Albertsons is here and it explains why I can always find parking at Albertsons but I can never find parking at Frys!Prior complaint- the main reasons I shop at Frys Marketplace every chance I get and stop going to Albertsons is because of this. 8:30 on a Saturday night and only one check out open with a ton of people in line. I avoid Albertsons like the plague and only come here in emergencies. In addition to never being staffed enough theyre always rude when youre here. Where at Frys they always have plenty of lines open and almost always everybody is friendly.

I really do like shopping here but they shouldn’t deter guests way from shopping almost 45 min before closing because the staff just wants to go home. They put signs in front of the IN DOORS to block you from coming in almost an hour before closing... that’s crazy. They need to have more respect for their community. Shame shame...

Albertsons has become my new go to supermarket. Mary at the self checkout was wonderful. A pleasure to not worry about arrows, facemasks or social distancing. Store was out of limes and chicken. Other than that pretty well stocked.

Sad I shop at the Safeways in Prescott and Prescott Valley Most the time I dont get the treatment I got at this Albertsons. This was not customer service at All on the phone today! Explained while I am staying in this area that I went to Urgent Care yesterday and I was diagnosed with Pneumonia they put me on 3 meds that they called into your store. My husband does not normally do the shopping but because I am sick I can not go out. I down load all the deals on my phone of the app. He bought over $60 in groceries which were all just for you deals. When he brought the receipt home 3 items did not ring right. So the guy I spoke to acted like he could care less. He said then he will need to show the deals. No 1 he doesnt know how to work it No 2 I am sick at home and dont want to be without my phone and I told him that No 3 I noticed on my app even though I didnt get the deals now they all dropped off my list. This doesnt make sense. So that wouldnt work anyways. Bottom line in he wasnt accommodating what so ever! So I will send my husband back tomorrow to return the items. I told him he was going to do that he says Ok. Whatever! Oh by the way I am retired from Safeway worked there for 17 years. We had mystery shoppers that came in the store. I dealt with them many times and always got 5 out of 5 stars. You need to have a mystery shopper deal with you!

This is a typical Albertsons/Safeway grocery store with higher-than-average grocery prices and less-than-excellent customer service.As with most of their stores, this particular stores interior design is dated and uninviting. This store needs remodeling; along with better, brighter, and more welcoming lighting.Both of the nearby Frys markets are a much better inviting and more enjoyable shopping experience (better prices too).I shop Albertsons/Safeway for specific loss-leader sale items only. The remainder of my grocery budget is spent elsewhere at grocery chains with better pricing, better shopping experience, and substantially better customer service.Albertsons, and their sister company, Safeway, represent a shopping experience of days gone by. Both need to join the 21st Century.

Big store in Anthem in and out

This is always a great experience every time I come to shop. All associates are always asking if youre finding what you need. Always at the check out the standard questions are do you need stamps or ice. Always when leaving enjoy the rest of your day. Albertsons is becoming more of my home store over the other competitive stores to shop at. Keep up the team work moral and and your store will continue to grow more customers.

Due to mass hysteria and the over purchasing of toilet paper, paper towels, bottled water,napkins and laundry detergent, Albertsons has meat, produce, medicine and snack items. There was courteousness and patience with patrons and staff. We need to remember were in this together. Thank you Albertsons for minding the store!
