Im someone thats only ever come here for golf-related items, but even so, this place is great! Good variety of decent-to-great condition stuff for a relatively adequate price point, with even some more niche sports being represented, like disc golf! Being specialized to just sports also bumps up the likelihood of finding something worthwhile, compared to your usual all-in-one kind of second-hand/thrift shop.

Large store with tons of gear. Definitely worth checking out if you need any equipment for any sport. I went in specifically for disc golf, and they have an incredible selection. Also good value when selling them your discs.

Tons of options on cardio equipment. I found what I wanted in just a few minutes and was able to get a same day delivery all the way to Gilbert for $100. Very pleased with my experience at this store.

I highly recommend Play It Again Sports. Matt went out of his way to make sure I got the perfect recumbent bike. He invested alot of time explaining the differences of each bike and answered all my questions.

Not a bad place to get sports stuff and workout equipment. Reasonable prices and a fair selection. Would come here again to take a look if I need something again.

The guy at the counter is straight up rude. I’ve been in here a couple times either buying or trading in. I waited a good 10 minutes at the counter ready to check out and didn’t even acknowledge I was there. Their attitude is annoying and have a “what do you want” mentality.

Play It Again Sports in Phoenix is a great store to shop for home workout equipment. They are knowledgeable about their equipment and their warranties are great. I purchased an precor elliptical here and Matt provided excellent customer service.

DO NOT go here for disc golf. Weak selection. There really trying to sell lost and found disc from local courses for 10$+. No negotiations. There all on consignment from some POS that runs a L&F somewhere.

I bought a brand new treadmill here. Initially I bought an elliptical, but after I used the elliptical for a while it didnt feel right. These guys gave me full store credit which I used for the purchase against a new treadmill. Play It Again Sports gets my vote!!

Horrible For Selling Your Used Stuff Here, went in with a lot of very high end pro stock hockey and lacrosse sticks and a DeMarini baseball bat and got $32! Unless you want $1 per your great items don’t come here because they just want to sell you great products while you are making - money. I understand used stuff will be cheaper but really cmon $32 for a ton of high end gear and sticks. Absolutely ridiculous

The lady that helped me was awesome. I got a decent amount of credit and a bit of cash. My daughter found a dress and a toy too.The place was clean and organized.We have to remember that they are still going to have to sell the items, so I feel I was given a decent amount of credit etc.I will be going back to trade etc again, in the future.

I have been to a handful of these sports gear resellers in the N/W Phoenix area. This one by far has had the best selection of free weights and free weight related gear in comparison to other competing stores and the location on 51st Ave & Thunderbird. The prices are better than other second hand sports goods stores. The staff is friendly and helpful, but also tried to push sales a bit. Overall, this location is farther from me than the others, but worth the drive when I need some gear!

Have been doing business with Troy, Chris and Matt for many years. They display honesty, professionalism, friendliness all in a family like environment!! The are the best!

These guys had a reasonable selection of used sporting equipment. Everything that was used look like it was in good condition. We had gone there specifically for a football helmet for my 11 year old son. When we were able to attract the store clerks attention he came over and he helped us find a helmet thatll fit. I wasnt jumping up and down for joy over there selection of used football stuff, it is pretty Limited. But for what they had it was decent quality stuff. They did seem to have a surplus of youth small and small and small. Other than that everything seem to be on the up-and-up and a decent place to shop

Horrible customer service, apparently the owners nephew hands out false and misleading info and when I attempted to let the owner know of this he quickly defends him as though he knows he would never do such a thing.in return that is a slap in the face and basically saying hey my bsby nephew employee never gets a thing wrong and that I am without a doubt lying etc etc. Second time I went into this store was more of a joke than the first time and by far as unprofessional as a place of business could be. That was my fault for going back, there wont be a third.

We have bought from this store several times always with good results. If they didn’t have exactly what we needed they would call other stores to see if they could locate the items. We will be back for more as our player keeps growing.

Chris was a pleasure to deal with. I knew my 14 year old equipment was not worth much, but he picked it up without charging me to do so and paid a fair amount for the treadmill and power blocks. They were very professional in preparing the two station gym and removing it from my home.

The store was dirty and I saw a bug crawling on some hockey gear I was looking at. Also, the prices I saw werent much less than buying the equipment new. Youd find much cheaper prices on eBay or Craigslist.

I went in there today and was looking to buy a snowboard and was about to grab a snowboard before I was rudely interrupted by an employee looking to get a sale. He cut me off and grabbed the snowboard I was looking at and gave it to the man. I just wanted to say Play It Again Sports lost a sale today, Im very disappointed because I love coming in here and shopping and this ruined my experience.
