Bought a pull up dip station in January of 21, was supposed to receive in a couple of months. It’s July now and no word. Never a call from Chad my salesman ever. I have called and checked myself a few times and no real answer. Asked if I wanted my money back or wait, I said I would wait but maybe they could deliver and set up for no cost. Was told absolutely not. I’ll try once more and then I’m done very unprofessional. I don’t do reviews but this one I couldn’t help ha.

I came in just looking for a good quality gym mat to put some heavy exercise equipment on and Pierre helped me right away with what I needed. Even loaded it in to my car without even asking if I needed help. The mat is pretty thick and durable rubber so it should last for years.

Last year I purchased a commercial grade elliptical machine from At Home Fitness. I had been shopping around and found their advise extremely helpful. I purchased the life fitness machine and was pleased with the service and set up. I am back shopping for my next piece of equipment.

These guys are the best!Like a lot of people my gym closed and I needed some equipment.I work for one of the major shipping companies and was already aware of the chaos in logistics caused by the pandemic so when Pierre told me my machine was going to be 2 months out and then was delayed twice due to manufacturer being out of weight plates I totally understood this to be the new normal.I payed upfront for everything as this reserved me my unit a I’m so glad I did! Many others waited and missed out!I’m still waiting on a couple items to complete the order( bench,rack) as these items have been out for months from Inspire and again working for a shipping company for 20+ years this is just the new way at this moment in time due to the virus.Everyone at At Home Fitness has been great, Chad and Oj helped me out several times and were nice, courteous and professional.I will continue to buy from At Home Fitness for al my and my families fitness needs, I shopped around and they are easily heads above all others in the Phoenix metro area!

Be careful what you buy. It cost me 500 to return a stairmill that my ceilings were too low. Never mentioned 10 foot minimum ceiling.

I made 2 purchases with At Home Fitness working with Pierre in April 2020. 1 went great the other one is still yet to be resolved 4 MONTHS later.My initial purchase of a treadmill in April was great and smooth. Pierre even put me ijnto contact with the manufacturer to get my answers (we do intervals for long distances so the ability to easily program this type of exercise was key). If this was the only transaction this review would be 5 stars. This interaction and the awesome service tech Chris is why it has 2 stars.The 2nd transaction was for an Inspire Ft2 with all of the accessories (bench, leg extension, preacher curl and accessory rack) $5k. Pierre stated they had a container full of equipment on its way and I had to pay for it all upfront. I expressed unease about paying everything up front (offered a sizeable deposit)and Pierre reassured me that they had a list of people who paid for the already on its way inventory and i was GUARANTEED to get the product. Expected delivery date end of May for the entire purchase.- May nothing- June - was told unrest was causing delays eta end of month.- Beginning of July - receive main machine, leg extension and preacher curl... no bench. Cant use the leg extension or preacher curl or do a good portion of the main machine exercises without the bench.- July - keep calling asking about the bench... keep getting told its coming..Pierre generously offers to SELL me another bench....ummm no I need this one to use the attachments I already have AND what would I do with 2 benches assuming I actually get what I ordered?- Very Late July or couple days into August..... bench arrives!- Aug 21 email response from Pierre stating they have not received any racks to date from Inspire. No ETA.- 8/29 still no date on the rackSo I am left wondering...- How much did this store oversell their allocated inventory?- Does the store not keep track of who they SELL to and the order of placement?- How much is to blame from Inspire? (Pierre was VERY convincing on the purchase date that everything I was ordering was en route). How could Inspire short them all of the accessories??Lesson learned - I should have disputed the transaction with my credit card company so I would not be financially responsible for the charges until I received everything.Yes I get the pandemic situation is unprecedented and unpredictable.However Pierre stated that they were controlling the number of units to only sell what was already coming AND created a sense of urgency to make the sale stating we only have a few more that are not spoken for yet.I will update the review if/when I receive the last item.PS the Inspre FT2 is great piece of equipment....just probably buy it elsewhere.....

Mike and staff at the At Home Fitness in Gilbert are great. I bought a rower there today. I am very happy with it. I also bought some used powerblock dumbells that came with a stand months ago. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

A little slow at first, but then assistance arrived. Nothing like waiting to purchase an item, money in hand waiting & then slow customer service.....but in the end, it was a good experience.

He greeted us when we arrived, was friendly and I really appreciated that he was not pushy. He gave us helpful information about the products we were looking at and was patient answering the questions we had so my husband and I could make a good purchase decision. Not only did we have a great experience in the store, but when the elliptical was delivered, the delivery guys were friendly and quick setting up the elliptical. Went looking for strength training equipment and were greeted upon walking in. Gentleman was busy with another customer but was able to get us another service rep within a couple minutes. We had many questions and never felt rushed or pressured. We were allotted time to talk with each other and then ask more questions. Great customer service and support. Chad was very honest that we could put the unit we bought together ourselves (FT1). We transported ourselves and were able to unpack and have together within about three hours. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for answers to questions and want honest, upfront service!

We went looking for a spin bike. We met Pierre and he gave us all the info we needed. After talking with him for a while we ended up purchasing one right then. This was on Christmas Eve and was not rushed or pressured. I recommend them to anyone looking for home fitness equipment.

I went to the store and ended up getting there about 5 minutes after closing, but Pierre saw me try the door and came out to let me come in and look around. He spent maybe 45 minutes helping me, showing me around, and answering all of my questions. He was SO very helpful, but not pushy and certainly did not give me the high pressure treatment.He showed me many different types of functional trainers (both new and used) and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each. I told him that I would like to come back with my wife to get her input and decide on something that would suit both of our needs. When we came back the next day, he again took a lot of time answering our many, many questions and worked with us to get us the absolute very best deal possible. I can not say enough about how great Pierre was. We also went to several other stores to shop around, and I can guarantee that no other store even came close to the prices at this store. At home fitness is the best store to check out if youre looking for any sort of fitness equipment. My brother and I just bought our first piece of equipment (Inspire M1 Fitness Home Gym) and Im very satisfied with the machine. They have new and used items which is extremely nice. They have big ticket items all the way down to medicine balls and tricep extension ropes! Pierre will be able to answer any of your gym/fitness questions confidently. After talking to him for awhile and told him what I wanted in the equipment. I end up buying a cross rower that was a floor model. He was very helpful and even delivered it to my house. Equipment is perfectly placed for viewing and testing, leaving me able to make decision within mere minutes of arriving. I was helped by Pierre a few days before Christmas. I went in just for a small last minute gift. Wound up looking at rowers/bikes. There are so many good things I could write but heres the most relevant:-amazing product knowledge and expertise.My mom had her heart fixated on a Peloton. Pierre was very knowledgeable about the internal workings of the bike and showed me how I could save literally $1000 and get a higher quality bike-High quality productsthey have heavy duty stuff. Its quality and not at all like the equipment at sears/department stores.- very cost conscious / let me try the equipmentfor me when looking for my rower, he was very earnest about the differences between the models and encouraged me to look closer at the smaller model despite it being half the price and encouraged me to use it before even thinking about buying it- great customer service/attitudeI hardly even noticed I spent an hour in the store by the time we were done talking.A few other things really stood out to me like the fact that they provide local service to machines, delivery/install, and financing.Highly recommend and will definitely be buying all my future equipment from them

I was looking for a treadmill for home that would last many years and would not need to be replaced in 6 months to a year. I called and talked to Chad at the Awatukee location. He gave me all the information that I was asking for and much more. I went to the store to see the inventory and check out what they had. Upon entering the store, Chad was at the counter and greeted me. I asked to speak with Chad, he then asked, Are you Alex? I thought that this encounter was off to a good start and already not feeling like just another customer. Chad initially asked how I would be using the machine? He then showed me the differences and recommended a few that would perform everything that I wanted. He was not pushy and was able to answer all of my questions. He knows so much about all of the equipment in the store, it is amazing. I looked at more than just the treadmills also. I made my purchase and it was a very good price for what I was getting. They offered delivery, but I wanted to take it with me. They loaded the machine into my truck and helped my strap it in for the ride home. I highly recommend this location and talk to Chad. What a great fitness store and staff!They made it so easy and gave me a super deal!I had shopped around for a rower and a gym and had visited several dealers and none of the staff at other dealers had as much knowledge or great variety of equipment to choose from for us.I had done my research and even talked to some trainers about a rower and they had suggested the Waterowers but after speaking with Pierre who was the most helpful and knew the most about rowing of anyone I spoke to at 4 different stores.I ended up with an Inspire Cross-Rower as i am older and it works in both pull&push directions and is awesome! Definitely the right choice!I came back on another day to show my wife who is a trainer and she loved it too...we were helped by Chad and he made it easy and knew tons about exercise and equipment as well!A1 staff and service!! Awful experience from this location. The salesman Pierre was pushing me and my wife to buy what he wanted to buy which was very obvious (He must of been having a bad day because he came across extremely rude) I was very interested in the WaterRower and would have probably bought one if not for Pierre. I instead went to another fitness store and bought a better machine and received much better service all around.

On Sunday (2/24/2018), my wife and I were doing some research on the Inspire FT2. After looking at the inspire site, I was directed to at home fitness as an authorized showroom. I took a chance and called and to my surprise somebody answered. Pierre (the general manager) answered the phone and he was open to all the questions I had about the FT2. He answered every question all the way down to the size demensions of the unit. He was so knowledgeable and within that conversation I knew I had to have this system.Pierre had me at hello! LOL!Pierre had emailed me the quote for the FT2 and as soon as we seen the email we called Pierre back right away to make the deal.Pierres the man folks, he knows his stuff! I think the reviews on here are fake so heres a real one.The moment you walk in you will be met by a high pressure salesman who will not stop talking to you or following you around the store even if you tell them you just want to walk around. Dont come here, its overpriced also on used equipment.

I had a great experience with Chad. I test road the Elliptigo 8c and loved it. I ask Chad to keep in touch with me in regards to the Elliptigo which he did. They exceeded my expectations, the delivery date was way sooner than promised! Yay!

This place is awesome! I shopped around for a home gym and a rower and had decided on a rower off the internet and a Bowflex gym but saw this place off the highway and went in, which turned out to be the best decision and would have saved me hours on the internet if I had started here !!The GM Pierre assisted me and my wife and was super helpful, friendly and professional and helped us save quite a bit and ended up with much better equipment for less than what we thought we were going to spend.I ended up with a Waterower and an Inspire Gym, we love it!!I told a friend who was also in the market for gym equipment and he worked with another salesman Dave and Pierre and said they were the most knowledgeable salespeople for exercise equipment he had come across in his shopping all the dealers in Phoenix, he bought a super-cool Smith machine and they beat the internet pricing by a lot!big thumbs up to At Home Fitness and the staff!
