We walked into the store looking for information about an exercise bike. Sean greeted us quickly and was super helpful. He answered all of our questions and found ways for us to save money and still get the best product for our needs. We were super impressed by his knowledge and how much time spent helping us. We purchased a Nordictrack Commercial S22i Studio Cycle. We cant wait to get our new bike!

I went all over the valley looking for a quality used treadmill. I couldnt be happier with the service I received when I walked in the door. The manager was welcoming and engaging with my needs and what I was looking for that fit my personal goals. The manager was honest with recommendations and providing additional advice with using the machines. It showed they really knew what they were talking about and provided me the best service I could imagine. Lucky, for me because now I can continue to be improve my health stability trainings for my next competition.

My wife and I recently purchased an Octane Q47xi elliptical at the Shea & Tatum store and were extremely pleased with the sales process. When we first went into the store, we were seeking information about a spin bike. Austin, the manager at store, not only provided great information about the spin bike we were interested in, but he also spent a considerable about of time asking questions with the goal of helping us determine the exercise equipment that would best fit our needs. I’ve purchased several pieces of fitness equipment from this store. They have the lowest prices and best service of any fitness store I’ve ever dealt with. The store manager, Austin, and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a complicated service issue with an elliptical that I purchased, and the mangers of Johnson Fitness were 100 percent supportive and committed to resolving my issues. I give Johnson Fitness and the Paradise Valley store my highest recommendation.
