This was an amazing experience. The door looks amazing and functions perfectly. I hired this company for the quality of the door but also the quality of the installation. This organization was not satisfied until the door functioned perfectly and the instal was flawless. They showed me their perfection and continue to check in with my satisfaction. Just note it does take a while to get this door due to the current COVID environment but it was worth the wait for sure.

I am obsessed with our iron door! We had this beauty custom made and its totally changed the face of our home. So many neighbors have commented on it. Even better, the center door is functional, so we can open it up on a nice day and enjoy the weather without bugs getting inside. We had a very good experience with Iron Doors Arizona. After touring their showroom we were pleased with the wide variety of choices they offered. We were able to find a design that worked for us and our salesman was thorough in answering all our questions and providing timelines and suggestions. Drawings, color, glass, and hardware selections were outlined in our estimate. Our salesman did a home visit to provide exact measurements for the door and the process began. Our experience up to installation was very good, but we were thrilled with the team of Luis and David. They worked seamlessly together. A seamless and efficient process working with this company. The sales person Bill Barger provided a wealth of information and we did not feel pressured once. Price significantly lower than leading competitor, and no gimmicky upcharges. One price based on size of the door, regardless of the design or component choices. Once order was placed, and luckily item was in stock, installation was scheduled within 2 days (this may not be a typical scenario, usually it may take 12-16 weeks). The installers Fred and Monaco were fantastic and did their job meticulously and efficiently. The there visits later to patch up drywall, stucco, and paint involved different teams, but each one showed up on schedule, and completed heir job meticulously and as promised. The company is very thorough and sticks to the schedules they promise. The new entryway door looks fantastic and elevates the look and feel of the house. In summary, we were very happy with this business and would use them again and highly recommend to others.

We have always loved the way an entry iron door looks. Our builder grade door was over 30 years old and was suffering with cracks and seal issues. We selected Iron Doors Arizona having visited their show room and were amazed at the selection, quality, options and price. We had Luis & Maylo at our home today to install our new iron door which required them to remove our existing door. They were punctual, organized, and meticulous. They taped plastic floor to ceiling to minimize the dust created while removing our existing door. They were extremely detailed as they installed the new door. As they installed the door they explained what they were doing and why it was important and patiently answered our questions. After the door was installed they meticulously cleaned the door and thoroughly went through every detail of the door to make sure we didn’t have any questions and were pleased with the finished product. AZ Iron Door installed a front door (double door) and a courtyard gate for us.After contacting them for a quote, we dealt with Steve, the owner up to the point of placing an order. Steve was not only the most knowledgeable contractor we dealt with, not only helped us with making style and appearance decisions, but was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end.We used an existing AZ Iron Doors front door design, but designed with Steve’s help a custom door pull and a custom large (56” wide) courtyard gate.It took a while to get these manufactured and delivered. AZ Iron Door installation team was very good. I’m very particular, but they did an excellent job installing patching and painting.While we could have looked for iron doors and gates elsewhere, AZ Iron Door had the best reviews and our neighbors had them install a door. So, we saw their work before ordering. That gave us confidence to move forward and we’re very satisfied with the result.

I’m giving Iron Doors Arizona the most enthusiastic positive review I’ve ever given any company. They just finished my iron entry door and it looks amazing. Sales person Tim was fantastic to work with, the installers were real pros, and the stucco and dry wall finishers Andy and Carlos were spectacular. We went from a 6’8” to and 8’ custom designed door. We love our new door! The process started with their sales rep Michael meeting me at our home for an estimate. Cool guy, but most importantly was on time, asked great questions to understand our vision and was super helpful in exploring options. He left a detailed estimate and was supportive of getting my wife’s input (who wasn’t there) before we committed. Next step is that we met Michael at their showroom to see, feel and experience the different options and styles we were considering. Michael was knowledgeable and very patient as we thought through the choices. What I liked most is that he did have an opinion that we blended with our perspectives. Since we ordered a custom sized door, the hardest part was waiting the 90 days until install. When the crew showed up to put in the door, they were also on time and very personable. The two guys seemed to be considerate and diligent in watching for all the small details. In our case there were some unexpected contingencies but they were unfazed and handled the extra work with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude. Overall, we feel the price was fair and the experience was great. Would highly recommend Iron Door Arizona for any door project.

I had shopped around a bit online for a new iron door. Im not a fan of the bolt on security screens. Went down and met with Michael at the show room. He showed us a few options and ultimately picked a more modern style door. The process was no pressure or BS... because the door was in stock they were able to get us on the schedule a little over a week out. That was a nice surprise. The install team was very professional and contacted me the morning of the install to let me know the precise time they would arrive. Once they arrived I asked a few questions and they answered all of them. The crew tented off the work area inside around the work area to keep the dust and debris down which it did just that. The entire project took about 4 hours. Im impressed with the results and now we have the best looking entryway in our neighborhood!

Ordered door back on Oct 5th with approximate install at the beginning of the year. Called them and they said end of January. Just called (3 weeks into January) and they said door would arrive end of Feb with install date few weeks after that. We keep getting the same story over and over. We are now getting to a point where we will just have to write off the down payment money we fronted for the door. We wrote a check to save on credit card charge fees and now regret it. No one from this place gives you follow up call or notice to give you piece of mind of the progress of your order.

I have used other iron door companies for my home and had “less than favorable” finish work, although the door turned out great. My experience with Iron Doors Arizona, however, was second to none. It started with a visit to the company and a meeting with Steve (owner) to go over our plans for a large door at the back of our home. Planning took months and we were contacted regularly by Steve and the gals at the office to keep us in the know regarding engineering plans and how the door was progressing. COVID hit when the door plans were finalized and Steve called to let us know the door was in production, but that there was to be an unavoidable delay (usually amazing communication means to me great attention to detail, which we had not experienced with the previous company). When the door was finally received we set up a date and Iron Doors Arizona showed up and did an amazing job with putting up a false wall to keep out the AZ heat, demolition of an exterior wall, and working with engineering to make sure the wall was structurally correct. Once the door was in place it was better than we had imagined and the finishing team from Iron Doors Arizona went above and beyond to make sure the beautiful door matched by complete and beautiful stucco, drywall, baseboards and painting. The final check of the door and it was finished. We have been amazed by this company and will hire them again as we plan to do more in the future. Doesnt get any better than this! I started my journey, like most people, with First Impression Doors because they are so heavily advertised. They came out, I never got an estimate because it kept changing and when I took the First Impression representative to my neighbors door and noticed that the two year old door had severe rust, I asked the First Impression guy why and what he would do for my neighbor... he chuckled and said that it was their door now...Frustration set in until we found Iron Door Arizona. Cant understate the quality and workmanship of our new entrance door with side windows. We looked at several companies in the Valley that sold iron doors, but selected Iron Doors Arizona because of the presentation made in person by their representative Michael Neely. He gave us the idea of what type, size and design of door would fit our homes design and came through big time on meeting the schedule and support after the sale. 100% satisfied. It was a big job that required a ton of work to remove the old door and window and then needed a fork lift to put the door in place, re-plaster inside and re-stucco outside - their crew did an outstanding job.

Great work - very professional team of installers - high quality door! Door actually looks even better that we hoped. We have a colonial style house with engineered wood siding instead of the usual stucco or masonry - therefore we were a little worried the look would not be right. Steve, the owner, closed the deal by photo-shopping a photo of our house to show what the door would look like. It actually looks even better. I think the bottom line is that elegant iron doors go well with anything. The guys painted the wood trim and bronze powder coated it to make it match the door - very cool. We shopped around a great deal before buying. there is plenty of inferior stuff out there. This company definitely had the best price on a top quality door. Thinking of doing the other doors now.

Iron Doors Arizona are very deceitful! Not one single door is made in the USA! They farm out to China. Invited and pranced around the showroom while it was under remodeling, stating making more room for production, new break room, offices..totally being deceived. Never once were we told all doors where made in China. We have not received our door, so cant comment on quality, but called and questioned why it was taking so long, at which time we were told it was currently being shipped. We asked, well wheres it being shipped from and thats when we were told from China. We would of never purchased from Iron Doors Arizona/China if we had known. Beware my fellow Americans! Not an American Company!

Iron Doors Arizona kept every appointment and promise from the beginning. They came to my house and measured and helped with the design and submission to my HOA for approval.I couldn’t be more pleased with their quality, craftsmanship, price and attention to detail. The installer came right on time, and was clean and very professional. The sold screens to fit between the open glass panels and the grill is so fine you have to go up to it to tell its there and the screens can’t ben damaged. No other company we contacted had that. As a builder and realtor I have encountered many other Iron door companies that have not delivered to what they have promised. Quality is second to none. I can tell by the welds they were built with pride by skilled craftsmen. I would definitely recommend this company and crew!

My experience was excellent from the beginning.. the salesman was professional, prompt and knew what he was doing.... Block construction house can complicate installation but he knew all about it.Went to the showroom and was generally impressed with everythingThe installation was stellar. 3 guys showed up and we’re on time, polite, professional and did an amazing and tidy job. I had my own handyman here in case and he was impressed by the whole thing too.They had to come back to patch and restucco and they followed up immediately and got the job doneI was very impressed all along the way

Iron Doors Arizona is incredible. I love working with Steve and his team of professionals. They were on time and responsive every step of the way. Not many providers in the state create modern doors. They made my dreams come true. The installation was complicated but they finished up the ceiling, floors, etc.

Good quality doors and good customer service. However this company is still working through some internal supply chain issues as they are newer. Our door was made wrong and since the doors are made overseas, they do not have they ability to truly customize once the door is shipped and shows up at your house. They had to make sub par modifications to make the door functional. In the end, we are very pleased with our door and we were able to make things work, but we had a lot of stress and frustration along the way. I would recommend this company but be sure to look at everything with a critical eye during the design phase because once the door is made, there is little they can do to fix things...

Our iron door turned out beautiful. There was some mild damage done to get the door to fit perfect but they fixed it fast and looks like nothing happened. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Iron Doors AZ helped me in a pinch when I needed a new front door. Most companies do not stock doors. Custom made options are a several month wait. The installer Danny even redid some masonry to make the install look perfect.

I went to the showroom and met with Mike to pick my door. The price was good and my door was installed the following week so it was very quick. The installers came and did a great job and the door is beautiful!

Iron Doors is a great company who delivers high quality doors. I was able to custom design my front door with the help of my rep, Eric. Installers aim to please and they do a very professional detailed install. If you change the opening,(I went larger) be prepared for the project to take a few days as things need to set and then dry. (Something I did not think of) Each employee of Iron doors was polite, efficient and competent to complete their job. Our front door is so unique and awesome, it is the talk of our neighborhood. The quality far exceeds anything you have ever seen or felt as you open and close the door. I, 100% would reccommend Iron Doors Arizona for your new door.
