I walked into this place for a pair of earrings they had for sale online. Unfortunately, they didn’t have it at this store.All the ladies, especially Darlene, were very nice and informative. I looked around for a while and ended up buying a diamond ring, a diamond necklace and diamond earring jackets.I never knew about earring jackets. These diamond jackets make my studs look amazing for a dressy look.It’s been over a month and I am still happy with my entire purchase. I will definitely shop here again.

I found an item online on their website....I went to the store to purchase the set item.....the price was listed in the add....i asked for the item....showed the clerk the add and price....she said sorry ..i cant honor the web price....had to settle for a smaller and more expensive item....good old bait and switch got to love it...they lure you in....and then dont honor web list pricing....not pleased....I wont be going back there again and I dont recommend them.

What a great place! I came here to buy an ring and they provided outstanding service .I was a first time buyer and he took the time to walk me through the basics, The ring itself came out beautiful! He sent some great pics once it was ready before I picked it up. My now fiance said Yes, loves the ring, and it gets great compliments. The original size of the band was a little big based on the sizing I provided for them to make, but it was no problem at all as they re-sized with no issues. Would absolutely return and recommend. Jamie & Jennessa went above and beyond to help me add to my existing wedding ring (which I also bought here) and create a stunning custom piece. They provided uninterrupted one-on-one customer service and took the time to help me figure out a custom size as well. They consulted with the jeweler to ensure that what I wanted was possible. Even with having to order a piece from CA, the expected time frame for my ring to be done is only 2 weeks which is much faster than even just having a ring sized at any other jeweler. They also are participating in enhanced covid-19 protocols.

My fiance (now husband) purchased my engagement ring here, and it was pretty, but several things sent up red flags. it is a 1/2ct diamond in a 18k white gold cathedral setting with 6 prongs. It is NOT the setting we picked out. The cathedral portion looks like someone gouged it out with a rough tool rather than machining it smooth. It also looks like someones dad soldered something back together, rather than the setting being flush with the ring - theres a big lump on each side where the setting meets the ring as if they were pieced together. the prongs and setting are rough, and catch on everything - they pull out my hair, snag my clothing, even put a hole in my blouse. The inside of the ring, rather than being smooth, also looks like someone roughly dug it out to save on gold. When it came back from sizing, there were several deep scratches in the gold near the setting that looked like a tool slipped, and were not there prior to sizing. Now, the side of the diamond near one of the prongs has a crack. Its not dirt, its not a chip, its a horizontal crack. Im so sad right now. He paid a lot for this ring, and I havent complained to my husband too much about the workmanship, because its not his fault, but well definitely be paying these shysters a visit, after visiting another reputable jeweler, and if not fully satisfied, well see them in court.

The best part, however, is their customer service. Darlene is very intuitive and after a brief description of what my wife was looking for chose the perfect ring!
