OMG! If you need a ring or any piece of beautiful jewelry you must come, no run to Deep Diamond and meet with the wonderful owner Praful. I asked my beautiful, loving sweet and kind Girlfriend to marry me. She said yes, but did not like the ring I picked out. So we started our journey in search of our ring for her. We looked everywhere, big diamond stores, online diamond stores, I even looked on OfferUp and EBay. I researched everything you would ever want to know about diamonds. We looked in Pawn shops for a ring to use just the stone. I will also say my fiancé has very good taste. So we didn’t just jump on what would work, we wanted the perfect ring. I will say we got it. We went in with a design in mind and told Praful what we were looking for in brilliance, carat, cut, clarity, color, and a design we wanted. Praful, had the best deal on the diamond. GIA certified, and incredibly beautiful. He is incredibly knowledgeable because of his experience of 30 years in the jewelry business and growing up in a jewelry family. The end result is one of the most beautiful rings I have ever seen. We will be coming to Deep Diamond again. Btw. I wanted to buy a loose diamond to gift to my house as I always thought that making a custom ring is going to be very expensive. But when I visited this place I got to know that if you have a trusted jeweler all can be done at a very fair price. This is a family run business and unlike big stores focus on mouth publicity. I got to sit with the owner himself and he educated me on what to look for in the diamonds beyond the 4Cs as advertised by bog shops. I must admit that initially I was apprehensive about working with Deep Diamonds for my engagement ring as the location they are in is not a traditional jewelry store. Once I got over that, however, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. My fiance and I are both very picky and have very specific tastes. Praful and his daughter were extremely patient and helped me through the entire process. He communicated and helped me through the entire process every step of the way. They even provided me with their personal phone numbers and texted me as that was the best way for me to keep in touch with them through the process.And the ring? The ring is exceptional... I created this engagement ring from scratch as again, my fiance is very picky and it would have been difficult to find a ring already made in the manner that she would have liked. Once Praful showed me the diamond I knew that it was the one, however. I chose a band to go with it and indeed it is a thing of beauty! Mr. Praful Shah looked at our drawings and a picture of what I wanted. He knew exactly how to design and build that ring, how much will it cost, the diamond carat weight, the clarity, cut and color we were looking for, and on top of all those requirements, most importantly our budget. We gave him this project and he delivered on time. The design was exactly what we had envisioned. When we tried the ring, we realized we had given him wrong size. He urgently got it shipped back to him, (we live in California) got it resized and shipped it back to us in time for the photo shoot. Very nice experience, I hand picked a beautiful high quality diamond at a very nice price they set it in a white gold pendent and chain the same day and he personally delivered it to me at 7:30pm so I could give it as a gift on Christmas!
