I really respect this place because of the opportunities they give not only the truck drivers but anyone who it’s struggling to find a place to shower. People get upset that there are too many v” homeless “ people there but nobody is forcing you to be there, you come in get your gas, take your shower, wash if you have to, and you can leave and go about your business, not Everyone had that luxury so I think it is amazing that they allow anyone to shower and wash, if they have the money for it. Very good place and nice showers also.!

Wow I took my daughter here for a shower......I looked at her shower it wasnt bad. But the toilet had not been flushed from the previous person. But mine wow I have never had a worse experience with this organization. The toilet was not clean. I turned the shower on and the shower head came apart and hit me in the face. I put it back together. The soap dispenser was falling off the wall. I understand that workers get busy but this was bad bad. I have never really given a bad review of a flying j or pilot but this place can do so much better than this.

Gas station and lot are clean and well kept, unfortunately we were woken at 1am in our RV by the security officer and his girlfriend? Told us to move up front to clear up the back lot. There was no room up front and we decided to try our chances at the Love’s since we usually don’t have issues for RV’s there.Very disappointed, expected more out of a well known truck stop.

I went there to use the showers didnt know that you have to pay or wait in line. Nowhere on the website or posted by the showers that you must pay first and wait in line and there were almost 15 shower stalls open. So I grabbed my things went in the shower and began showering. Not even 5 minutes later they were banging on the door threatening to call the police if I didnt open the door immediately. I was completely naked at the time scrubbing shampoo out of my hair. He forced me out without allowing me to put on my pants to go pay at the front. When I paid they had the nerve to encourage me to stay. How could I stay after being completely embarrassed.

Nice spot, clean, fresh food, bean to cup coffee, good parking if youre here before 4 p.m. their showers are big, hot water with nice water pressure, they have security riding around often, & friendly employees. One of the better Flying Js. Ive read some of the reviews & dont know if they are under new management or why anyone would have any complaints.

I might be a little biased because I come here often... but this is a whole service truck stop with laundry, showers, restrooms, food Dennys, shopping, et cetera definitely worth stopping in

For the volume of trucking business this place gets you’d think the cashiers would have a better disposition, I say hi and no response. Young woman working at register, the two older ladies were very friendly, someone needs to train her better for the position, I said thank you after concluding my purchase and again no response.... I’m a truck driver and she’s pathetic!!

Small parking lot which is filled with bobtail, so I parked my Boxtruck on Denny’s parking lot, slept one night, no one bothered me and in the morning security gently asked me to move from here to pilot parking and he looked around and found spot for me there.

Comfortable, friendly, convenient, clean, hot showers, but pricy on the food. Fresh ground rain forest decaf. coffee with fresh half and half or whole milk machine for the coffee.

I usually stop off here when Im in the area. The place is usually packed but if lucky you might find a parking spot for the truck. People are really nice here. And the showers are pretty good.

You think monday afternoon ( not an holiday)at 10:30am you have no problem with park..wrong! only spaces available is reserve $20 ..6pm try to get a shower.there 26 peoples in front of me.. Maybe not my typical monday..

Really cleaned this place up no loitering so no democrats begging for money no people living in their cars in the parking lot anymore no trucks parked outside of marked spots because they are poor planners or just inconsiderate drivers no trucks parked on the street out front anymore blocking the drive the city has been towing them no freeloaders inside anymore Really nice thank you flying j for getting most of the trash off your property.

This is one awesome flying J. Very good service and super clean and today. Spent a couple of nights Dec 20-21-2019. Massive parking and happy to see some security guys around, makes you feel good. My favourite part is Denny’s right next door :) love their food and tasty breakfast 👍

Theyve tripled the amount of reserved spots you have to pay for.Its blasted Hot here. The parking lot still smells like dirty sewer.And the fuel island is designed wrong so its hard to get both fuel pumps on the right and left side.

The most horrible service I have ever experienced dirty place. people are very rude. went to sleep in the parking lot the security guy came over with a horrible attitude and told us to leave or we are getting towed. I had laundry in the dryer I came back to check on it my clothes were on the floor and door was left open. And also if your thinking about sleeping the night there on a Saturday or Friday night good luck because across the street there is a bunch of people at the circle K revving their engines till 5 AM IN THE MORNING. Whatever you do just don’t go there.

Traveling J are awesome when visiting bathrooms showers sit down eat rest area or stop and go gas is reasonable and meet nice travelers too.😁

Today I went in to the scale nobody answered I ring the bell again and some lady anwer and said can u hold im on the phone and took like 5 minutes to answer when I walk inside I saw 5 employees in the counter just standing and no customers to say they were busy

Cashier had earbuds in and I had to repeat myself Numerous times I was trying to get a spicy chicken sandwich and it was like oh my God I have to walk to get it the attitude perception I received from the cashier lady was not very cool I will strike this from my feeling stop sign until they can get a better management of quality service and cashiers I will not tolerate rude behavior if you don’t want to work stay the hell home if you want to work and be professional about it so I gave one star which should be a -3 stars but they won’t let us do negative stars

Like others have said, this J may be newer, but cleanliness and staff friendliness are lacking.

This place was amazingly clean....everything worked !!!! Actually had hot and cold water that you could adjust in the super water pressure shower !!!As busy as this place gets....amazingly well taken care of !!!!!

Worst Flying J Ive ever been to. Got woken up by a security guard to move because I was supposedly in a reserved parking spot that mind you wasnt even marked reserve. Had been there since 530pm and no one had said anything to me. Security guard definitely targeted me being I was in a hotshot truck and when I got on the app to see how many reserve spots were available and it said 33 out of 45 so why come wake me up what about the other people. Everyone here is super ride and disrespectful. Extremely disappointing for a company like this to treat the people who bring you your business this way. Definitely never staying here ever again.

Actually, stay here for one hour for a reserved shower, that is too long to wait for... staff is working hard, but too many rooms need to be cleaned. This is very busy stop. Better avoid take shower here other service are good

06/02/21 @ 1530. Dont be surprised if you come here, and there arent any regular spots to park, no matter what time of day it is. 85% are reserved, and its a 1/4 mile walk to the store from where the regular spots are.

Great gas prices. Lots of fountain drink choices great pizza too. They also offer showers to truckers and anyone who needs to shower. Friendly cashiers but sometimes the lines are long but not to bad. They also have public restrooms and covid masks are required.

The showers here are extremely clean the maintenance guys really pay attention to detail. Their Pizza is really good I have tried a few places in Phoenix and I am from the Chicago area so we take our pizza very serious. This is not nasty like Grand avenue pizza and some of the other places Ive had and this is a gas station so that should tell you something about Grand avenue Pizza. I have had their meatloaf which is really good as well their homemade macaroni and cheese is delicious. The staff is very informative and nice. They answered any question I had, also when I went back to take my shower I had asked the maintenance guy a question about the food and even he had the information I needed. This is probably the best truck stop I have ever stopped at anywhere in America.

I am very dissatisfied in the way the so called manager handled my complain. I am an owner op and I spend $2200 in fuel on a weekly basis as well I have a corporate card so I expect to be treated better. I was not aware that at 9 am your prime parking spot comes up again as available and if you need the space again then it needs to be done at 9 am. I was not aware I would need my spot till after 12 pm so I was informed I had to move and go park on the side of the road!!! What kind of people are this? I dont think I should be treated any different than anyone else but at least try to solve it in a different mannerandmprofessionalmannerandmprofessionall manner.

Very busy place.There are free parking places if you arrive before 6 pm, otherwise you have to pay for reserved spots, or there is also a parking area on the other side of the road, have to pay.We waited for 30 min for laundry and 1 hour for shower.Landry is dirty.

This is one of the better places to stop. How ever they added more reserve spots. It is always hard to find parking. You will need a appointment to park here lol

This is a nice & very clean truck stop. They have a security guard riding around in a golf cart making sure everything & everybody is safe. Remember one thing though, this is Phoenix, and you’re gonna have a hard time finding a parking spot for you big rig!!!!

They need new security. One who is fair and organized. The rules apply to everyone and not just who you feel like messing with. There was a guy sleeping right under the no loitering sign an he ignores that but bothers people trying to rest in there cars. My issue with that is the security is suppose to put notes for vehicles there for over the 7 hours and if its the first night its free... Instead he was putting tickets on whomever. I know the rules and he didnt get me that scam. If that is how its going to be I dont want to give service anymore. The shower 🚿 is pretty good here if youre traveling and need to freshen up. Everything else is ok but the security guard ruined it for my experience. I just wanted to sleep 😠

On 03/15 at 7:30 am there is no hot dogs, no breakfast burritos, no tender chicken.Unusual for this place. Associate said it is not a lunch time. So, I have to walk across the 67th and I have got there everything at not a lunch time. Something wrong with management here, I always stop here, it is crowd all the time but clean snd friendly. I hope they could fix it.

Stopped here to fuel use the facilities and get free ice on a pastic bag for my little ice chest like I always do and this new guy tells me they have ice for sale! I informed him in the most professional way they offer free ice to us truck drivers and he explained on cups only not for ice chests and to not do it anymore. I told him ok, went to the manager behind the counter and thanked him for the free ice, showed him my little plastic bag and he just said your welcome without giving a rats ass I had taken ice. 3 times a week I fuel at pilot/flying js and this chain have always been so cheap and stingy! Train your emoloyees to respect and appreciate their customers!

We went to empty my tanks in rv. Never done it before. The security guy,arron came out and help us. He put on gloves help until he started to throw up. But he came back and made sure that we were able to empty the tanks. I forgot vf my key at the check out and arron brought them out to me. He had a smile the whole time.

I bought a glass sculpture as a present for Christmas,and the gentleman that helped me went way out of his way to make sure I had a box and bubble wrap to put it in. It wasnt the right box,but it was one with the companys name that it came from. I was very impressed !!!! Every time I go into this place,the people are so friendly !!!!

I made shower reservation by the app. At that time There was 17 clients before me. When was 4 clients before me after 1 an a half your of waiting, the app reset itself. I went to de manager por help and she said that I must make a new reservation and make the line again. She did not want to help me. So Im very disappointed.

I absolutely love this truck stop!! You can get anything here! A shave and a haircut at the barber, food, drinks, electronic gadgets, or a private shower room to relax and enjoy for up to an hour and a half for only $12!! They provide everything you need . Towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap. Its like your own little private spa to wash the road dirt off and feel human again!!

After driving 11 hours with no breakfast I found myself getting some fuel at this Flying J and I was looking for something to eat but I dont eat meat so there really arent many options.Both ladies at the counter were pretty busy but the nice lady answered all my questions and then offered to go make me a pizza when she saw I was disappointed I couldnt find anything.What great customer service! Flying J service is usually pretty good, thanks for caring lady it definitely means a lot to us truckers.Oh yeah I went back in there to pick up the fresh pizza and it looks and tastes great!The ladies name is Lydia. What a nice lady!You made my day. I love that lady!

Flying J Travel Centers are part of the reason I love road trips. Whether I am off to my next race, or going to visit family, Flying Js are big centers that can fuel up everything from cars to big rigs, and even you with a massive variety of food and refreshment options. Moreover, they have clean restrooms and shower facilities. A very family friendly facility that serves all travelers very good!

Friday night was my first time there. My post was right down the street. Ran in o use restroom. Decided to get something to drink. The Lin was long and slow do to one register not scanning, almost put drinks back cause needed to get back to my post but cashier got register working. As she scanning my drinks I grabbed a rice crispy treats. She told me to grab a second one since they were buy one get one free. That was very nice of her most cashier dont do that and she apologized that the register had been down :)

Wifi here does not work, neither free nor premium. The store manager doesnt have access to reset it and neither does PFJ when you call them apparently. Can someone explain to me again why Im paying for wifi I cant use? Currently 5:30 pm and there are 20 guests in line for a shower. Looks like the wait time is over 2 hours. What a ridiculous excuse for a truck stop.

When did you start kicking out handicap drivers, you have 170 spots and you say you have 1 handicap. But have 4 marked handicapped I think you should have more than 4 nonetheless I will be buying my fuel elsewhere.Furthermore your help takes for ever to clean and when I got to the shower an 90 mins later your internet sucks and I about lost my spot in line on the app, and your parking lot smells like a urinal.

Almost 2 hours wait for a shower they got 20 other people waiting and the guy in the back cleaning 1 shower an hour... ridiculous

I always get parking reservations at all pilot/ flying j truck stops. They let me drop my trailer to go get groceries and do laundry. Cant be thankful enough for this truck stop being understanding for that. Ill be back.

Just came for there and Hostess at Dennys ignored me for 10 minutes so i just got food from flying j and the cashier seemed bothered that I wanted to order food And got a nasty look on her face when I had the nerve to ask for gravy for the potatoes

At this location they wont allow travelers to park for longer periods of time same as the one in Salt Lake City UT in an pointless effort to combat the so-called undesirable transients.So its OK to spend our money to fill up our cars and SUVs to eat and buy other items from the store but its not OK to park for longer periods of time.Me Ill avoid this location and Flying J Pilot chain and go where my business is appreciated and where theyll allow me to park without kicking me out.

The overall quality of this location has suffered greatly, there is trash everywhere, parking lot and front of the store is filthy. It seems as though the staff at this location doesnt care about the appearance. Frankly, since Pilot took over, all Fying Js have been lowered to the same level as Pilot which is sad. The selection in the store has dropped, the prices have sky rocketed (Not good quality). As a trucker, I wont be spending my money at any pilot or J..

The washing machines and dryers are already poorly maintained. Then the only way you xan pay is by quarters. Tried to get quarters but was told, I cant do that. We are out of quarters ourselves, in the most robotic tone I have ever heard. Seriously? You can take cash in exchange for quarters so I can spend money using your laundry facility that you make money off?

I hate stopping here, the security thinks hes John Wayne, there are almost more reserved parking as regular parking. I needed to get some work on truck done said I had to pay 20 to drop trailer. PFJ in general prices are way to high but this store takes it to the max. Im surprized they dont have quarter slots for toilet paper. I cant stand this place.

This location is now discriminating against expeditors. A lot of us spend thousands of dollars at their locations, we drive longer and harder than most big trucks and you want to chase us away. Many of us are US Veterans and you treat us like dogs. Drivers avoid this location and spend your hard earned money with those who appreciate our REPEAT BUSINESS.

I generally get my Premier Parking here at the Flying J and I favor their customer service and theyre always smiling. I would recommend this Flying J to anyone. The showers are clean their stores clean I guess thats all I require and their professionalism Im a happy camper

Everything is always nice clean and well maintained. But NOT good place to work at.

Oh boy.. please invest in brooms and mops especially for the showers. We pay either by too much for fuel or straight out pay for clean showers. There was just too much yuck in corners and even in the middle of the floor. Nasty! Clean, clean, clean please!

Clean. Bright. Fresh Fruit, lots of other snacks and quick stop food items, a long with a DENNYS! Theres also 2 total body massage chairs in the lobby between DENNYS & the quick store, too! (VERY RELAXING after a full belly....perfect prep for a nap before getting back on the road.) SAFE parking for travelers & truckers, a like.

Very good. Plenty of space if you get there early. If you bobtail there is plenty of space next to the cars gas station. I pay 7 for the night.

I rarely rate something, but this place has absolutely great staff. Very pleasant experience 2 days in a row. Showers are sparkling clean, there is never a wait; cashiers and supervisor are super friendly and willing to perform their best. Last and least: music is awesome)

Nice stop. Safe place. Armed security patrols so you can rest easy if you need to nap in the lot over night. And the one I saw foot patrolling was very vigilant. Showers are very nice before you hit the road again.

Dont go to this place they are a rip off they want to charge you $2.05 for refill hot chocolate....plus everything else is over priced

I have bad experience at the Dennyshere, wait for 10 minutes to seated the another guy walks in she take hes order then when i explain the manager i was here before she was agressive telling me not to talk about my experience with another costumers who ask what happen and even dare to ask me to lrave saying that i was been rude witch is a total lie,am a truck driver and my lunch is 30 minutes and i stop at Dennys all the time, well this would be the last time ever!

Service is always the best at anyone of the Flying Jays. All customers are treated with respect. I love the Flying Jays because of our truckers the are amazing to all truck drivers and wifes.
