The slowest and rudest pharmacy ever. However, management is nice, but ineffective. I was on hold with this pharmacy for 30 minutes, then 1.5 hours, then another 20 minutes before I gave up. I didn’t want to actually go in because I was sick and didn’t want to spread it. They took a full 24 hours before filling my urgent care prescription. This place needs to work on their customer service in a major way.

Stood in line with 5 other customers this past Friday and was deliberately ignored by the tech for a good 15 minutes while rph was at the bathroom/taking a hike. Didn’t bother looking up or acknowledging any of the customers. Left and came back on Monday, where a different, younger tech on duty had a much better attitude. Too bad the rph there lacked basic med knowledge and was too busy counting pills to help customers. Older tech encountered this weekend was there again (unfortunately) and was actively shouting, just short of verbally abusing customers in line, all the while rph did nothing to address this appalling behavior.I recently moved to AZ and had my MD send my scripts here per high recommendations from multiple colleagues for their quality of service, and personalized care. The pharmacy was dirty, overheard patient questions addressed with “I don’t know, you need to contact your Dr., it’s not the pharmacy’s problem.” Yikes.Did I step into the twilight zone? Was this an elaborate welcome to AZ prank from my buddies? What is going on here?? Did I arrive at the post climax of Chinua Achebe’s “Everything Falls Apart?”

What I like about this drug store is that every time you purchase a certain medicine/vitamins, they will explain it to you. Which is so impressive compared to the other drug store. I am so happy that my friend told me about this place!

The worst pharmacy I have ever been forced to use. Cant get through on the phone. Often I stay on hold for long periods only to be hung up on. Website never works for what I need. Always a long wait time in person. This location recently closed for a whole weekend once without any notification to customers or any way to transfer my scrip during that time. Autofill works intermittently or at the wrong time. Pharmacists at this location are kind but unhelpful.

I had an amazing experience at this CVS. Namely at the pharmacy where the manager really helped me out and went above and beyond to get my dad a lower prescription price and she was easily the most knowledgeable pharmacist Ive encountered. Wonderful!

This pharmacy has been extremely helpful in finding the supplements that I need. The pharmacist was courteous and friendly, and she answered all of my questions respectfully. Their customer service well surpassed my standards.

It was this very day that I was buying medication at a certain drug store. With their operation, I am pleased. In addition to the pharmacist who supported me very well. She provided me with the right prescription for the illness in question. For the excellent service, I am very grateful.

The staff in this pharmacy are so much more than amazing. Jenny is so sweet and really pushed to help me fix a prescription situation (not at the fault of the pharmacy at all). She was so kind and wonderful with communicating. She remembered me each time we spoke and was so patient with me. I am so thankful to be able to get my prescriptions from this location. Truly amazing.Edit! It has been 5 months and Jenny is still my go-to. So wonderful and honest. All of the staff is delightful, but Jenny is MY pharmacist and I couldnt be more thankful!

One of the best CVS locations I have been to! The staff was very helpful, and they are a pretty large store. They have a pharmacy which is convenient, and frankly unexpected since this is a downtown location so I thought they might be limited due to space, but theyre not. Great Christmas selection and fully stocked on paper products...for now lol!

Im impressed with their pharmacy dept. I had some questions about the drug I was prescribed, the pharmacist was knowledgeable and warned me of the side effects - he was right btw - and advised me on proper dosage. I double checked with my doctor and the pharmacist was right.

Literally the most useless company. Long story short, 2 locations couldnt test me for COVID despite me confirming over the phone that they could, none of the employees would help me, and when I tried to leave a review on CVSs website or survey the links did not work. When I tried to email it returned as undelivered. Completely utterly incompetent

Terrible closed before posted time

Very convenient spot for lunch break, good deals on sale, and helpful at the self- check out counter. If sales are not caught, depending on your budget, things can become quiet expensive. What one may find at the average store for $1 may be found at CVS for $3-4.They made a mistake on my money order after I distinctly made a verbal correction about the amount. Guy was quick to defend his act and said they could not fix it and Id had to go to my bank (out of state) to cash it. Then he completely ignored me and went to the next customer. Next time I attempted to get a money order, this other guy had no calculator to get his numbers right and manually sat there trying to get the numbers. I had to do it in my phone for him. (Why CVS does not provide it as employee with a manual calculator is beyond me). But he took forever to make my money order and had no clue what he was doing. After 5 minutes of waiting, I took my money and left. No more money orders there for me.Also, when a particular set of people walk in there, the call goes out Security check all isles. I go in the place a lot and I am quick to observe who those people may be. Very sad between them and Walgreens. Not a store I care to shop at for those reasons, nonetheless, convenient.

Service here is poor, while walking through the store one of the clerks said to me are you finding everything which to me sounds like hes letting me know Im being watched... Much different statement than can I help you find anything. I was looking for something I could use to spend the 40% off coupon I have. Once I found something I found that same clerk and when I asked for help he ignored me all three times I spoke... I normally stop in there for soda and mocha drinks on my way to work but Ill never set foot in there again. I have a low tolerance for poor customer service and am not afraid to walk out of a place if the clerk is rude to me. Im the one spending money after all. I believe If more people adopted this attitude the level of customer service would improve greatly. We speak to retailers with our dollars and in my opinion, if they want any of mine, they should understand the definition of their position. Thank you

There is a particular employee who is the best example of good customer service Ive encountered in recent memory. He has long brown hair and I think his name is Blake. Anyway, he is always extremely friendly and pleasant, to the point that I felt the need to write a review. Hopefully someone in charge sees this and gives him a raise or something.

The pharmacist was very kind to get my medicine quickly. Very convenient place and awesome staff.

Used to be a great store before an employee named Makendi (SP?) got hired and started harassing me. He shoulder checked me once in the store and has afterwards given me a look of sneering contempt every time hes seen me there. Now hes working in the pharmacy where he once called me boy while serving me and I shudder to think what he might be doing with my prescription info.Though I was a good customer for about a year, I now avoid this place whenever I can. Its really sad what it has turned into.

Love the pharmacy staff. They greet you by name and are very fast in filling my prescriptions. Also, regular store checkout is very fast when you use the 5 or 6 self checkout stations Cityscape inside entrance. There is always someone right there to help when needed. Every worker you see greets you and are ready to assist.

This is by a landslide the best CVS I have ever entered. It was cleaned and well staffed. They had everything a person could demand or even imagine a pharmacy having.

Decent place downtown to grab all your essentials. They also sell pretty cheap alcohol.

It is such a relief to see a store that doesnt gouge you with downtown prices on simple foods and drinks. Considering how condense downtown Phoenix is, making a trip out here for a lunch break is within a very reasonable walking distance.

I went to fill a prescription for opioids and the guy behind the counter looks at the paper, and tells me that they dont have that medication. Maybe I should give them five stars for being able to keep track of the drug inventory in their heads.

Let me start with the good... I love this new location and how convenient it is to downtown. I also totally love the fact that this location serves alcohol - I hate stopping all over town if I dont have to. The little dollar section was a nice plus because Ive always felt like some things in CVS were a little overpriced so its nice to see CVS keeping up with competitors offering a cheaper substitute for some things.As far as the bad, all I could really say bad is that sometimes it seems to take longer than expected to checkout. That may be the times I shop or I just get unlucky when I do, but it always seems there is just one cashier on with a line of 4 or more people.Overall I love this location, I would also just love to see it have a faster checkout. :)

I get my meds and hygiene at CVS. The employees and myself are on a first name basis.

Was trying to get a bottle of water walked to the door at 955 there were several people standing there and a worker standing on the inside saying no entry then what looks like a manager walks up and says they close at 10 and nobody is gonna come in and shop for 2 minutes.he says thats the cvs way.

Website says that its open until 10pm.But the Pharmacy closes at 3pm on Sundays! And if you happen to get in line BEFORE they slam the wire doors closed TFB.And the Commies have every type of coffee creamer EXCEPT half and half.Not my day

I was curious to visit a pharmacy American where we find everything, sandwiches, beers, toys, in short, the supermarket power 10. I found everything I needed for a small meal on the go. Nice place and nice service.
