Took me 5 minutes to get 2 gallons of gas, and then the pump shuts off. And completely ended my sale. I was trying to fill my tank guess I gotta try somewhere else later on because I dont have time for that BS.

Clerk on duty @7pm April 27th was very rude when I asked to use the restroom. I am an Uber driver and most places allow us to use the restrooms. I asked and he laughed and exclaimed Just because youre a driver you think you can use the restroom? I replied yes, everywhere else does he continued to laughed and in a teasing tone told me they dont let anyone use the restrooms unless theyre pregnant

10/24 whoever is working the night shift closed the store and had people waiting outside for well over 1/2 hour before I left. Multiple people came and left. Unacceptable.

I always have good service here. I usually come in to grab a quick snack and a soda.The staff is always friendly and helps me if I need help finding something.

Staff do a good job of ringing up your stuff and getting you on your way, lot of homeless people that just hang around there, they’re very annoying.

Security at store .have no problems. During these times there will be has been the HOMELESS. There is HOMELESS EVERYWHERE especially with covid 19. We need to be patient and understanding.It may be one of us one day

With the exception of the occasional homeless person asking for change this store is run in a great way. The people who work here are friendly, kind and very helpful. Unfortunately at times they get inundated with homeless people who sometimes walk out without paying. But if the City of Phoenix would extremely address the problem downtown with the annoying bums all would return to the former normal way .

The Staff at this Location are wonderful. Very helpful, always has Fresh Coffee made. And a very CLEAN Store. This location is very convenient for me also. Its not far from the light rail. And you have 4 different bus routes that goes directly by there if you need to catch a bus. You have the number 10 Roosevelt Avenue bus, you have the number 8 bus North and southbound at stop right there in that same location, you have the 7 southbound that stops across the street from it and you have the 7 Northbound that stops on Fillmore and Central within walking distance and you also have is 0 route bus that stops on Central and Fillmore also which is within walking distance.

I was just in there after not being there for about a year. Used to stop by every day, sometimes multiple times a day because I lived down the street and it was convenient. Anyhow .. the lady at the register completely ignored me and I was like wowww you dont recognize me, do you? Security guard kept laughing at my obvious shock at her rudeness. I couldnt believe how rude she was. We used to talk every time I was in there! Absolutely rude.

We went to this place. They told my husband and brother in law that their cards were declined. My bro inlaw used three of his cards and my husband didnt buy anything because our card was declined Later on my bro in law called his financial institutions and they told him this store was red flagged for notoriously charging your card fraudulently. Well sure enough I checked our card and they charged our card for two different transactions and two amounts over $50.00. What kind of shady place is this if financial institutions are red flagging them. Someone should be arrested for fraud on credit cards. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

Cleainess/sanitizion is apparently not their strong work ethics, nor is being polite to the customer. The clerk asked if I wanted cash back, I said NO and she stood there and snapped back at me when. I said NO for a second time saying Will say something then!. Third an employee should not be eating while helping a customer, that is just rude and unsanitary!

Fraudulent transactions for sure. Went to put gas at this location yesterday. Paid inside. First time card was ran it showed not on file ran it a second time it went thru. Now this morning look at my bank statement and card is charged way more then at store. Called customer service and it shows a transaction for cash back which I never did. And it looks lime Im not the only person this has happened to.

This place sells expired Juul cartridges. They have cucumber, even though they’re not supposed to anymore and they’re bad, they will mess up your throat. Their pumps are also messed up. It starts the dollars running way more before you feel it going through the handle.

Dirty.Staff not wearing masks. Customers not wearing masks. Both pulling down masks and coughing all over the place.Crazies and homeless all over the place.

Dirty dirty dirty. Parking lot is always full of homeless begging for money or cigarettes. The staff has the homeless do their work inside for free soda and letting them panhandle outside. You always stick to the floor that gets mopped once a day at midnight if your lucky. And they have no team work or paying customer loyalty. They will watch one Cashier deal with 20 people in line instead of jumping In and helping to move the customers along In a decent time. Or the one Cashier takes extra slow moves because he/shes pissed because of no help. But unfortunately, its the only convenient place in the area for gas or snacks.

Nice people. Instead of putting my gas cap in a lost and found, they threw it away. About what I expected.

Never been to this store. But someone using my debit card has. Hopefully this will get resolved soon. Its been reported.

Circle K has a great food service in pheonix

Not the cleanest store but the staff has always been friendly.I think they need to enforce the homeless from coming in front of the door begging paying customers for change and food and cigarettes.Im a regular customer there and Im actually tired of seeing this occur everyday that I go there .

I went into this location tonight with my husband and son the the SECURITY GUARD kicked me out because my purse looks like a backpack. I was standing in line waiting to pay for my stuff and he told me I had to leave my PURSE at the counter by the front door. I told him “Sorry I’m not leaving my PURSE at front door so some crack head can steal it” so he told me I had to leave the store! There is always junkie homeless people begging for money and cigarettes! The store is always dirty and the staff suck at doing there job!!

Robert and Robert are extremely hard-working employees and are the most helpful I’ve ever seen work at any gas station.The only reason why I keep coming back to this Circle K gas station on 1st Ave & Fillmore is because they provide insanely great customer service.

Dirty store. Homeless are begging for change coming and going from the store. Management doesnt do anything to deter them. Soda fountain is filthy. Lines in store are long. I wouldnt purchase a doughnut there people are handling them with their hands. Floors are a mess and sticky. Staff are fed up and rude.

Easy to pull into if your going north on 7th St. Or east on Roosevelt Ave. But, not going the other directions. Quite a lot of homeless individuals hang out there. Very busy in the mornings and after 3pm.

3rd location Ive had to go to in the last hour bc they were all closed and had no signs when theyd be reopening. This location was open but whats with the crowd of homeless junkies surrounding the parking lot and entrance? They are aggressive name calling when they dont get money. How come nobody has them removed? As a former employee of circle k I know your not supposed to let them panhandle and loiter on property but staff does nothing. Dangerous environment. Staff was friendly though.

Went to get some stuff but because the person working was cleaning they closed the store. Last time I checked, when a store says 24/7 that means its open all the time.

1:56 and they close at 2pm but wouldnt let me come in and get a soda. Dirty grimy stores are no longer convenient. QT is now getting all my business.

Perhaps the most uncomfortable gas station in the downtown area to be at. Unless you really need the gas now, avoid this place.

Terrible place, one of the employers was rude when I asked them to divide up my money into certain amounts, and looked at me funny. And to make matters worse, she called me little dude, I dont like being called that!!!😒😠👿

When it gets busy, its very busy. There can be 10 people in line. Therell also be an employee out stocking the shelves instead of working the register, but remains stocking shelves. It must be Circle Ks policy for these employees to continue in this manner because no matter how many customers say things or even call corporate to complain, nothing is done about it.

I wont be back to the Circle K. This is the second time Ive been here and both times homeless people are inside trying to get me to give them money. Not cool Circle K.

I went to this location tonight with my wife and son and the security guard kicked my wife out because she has a purse that looked like a back pack. The store is ALWAYS dirty, there is always homeless standing by the door begging for money and other things! This location need to be shut down!

The Black good for nothing security guard is very rude and unprofessional. Their employees are also rude.
