I’ve been going to Lifetime for about 10 years now. Dr. Pratt and all the wonderful, loving staff members are consistently kind, professional, patient, and ready to answer all my silky questions, and make suggestions. About 10 years ago, Armando sat w my son for almost two hours to teach him how to wear his first set of contacts. 😭Over the course of the years I’ve moved around the valley, but it is worth it to me to stick to Lifetime as they have always met all my needs. Highly recommend.

This is the best office! They are so incredibly friendly, thorough, timely. They have really amazing diagnostic services and make very personalized recommendations. There were also so many options for glasses and the tech was super helpful! I have been to “chain” eye doctors and it doesn’t remotely compare to this office. You will regret not going to Lifetime Eye Care!

Support staff as well as medical staff are super friendly & helpful. They were on time, were able to provide thorough service, were very knowledgeable and able to guide me to the right merchandise and meds. Establishment is clean and modern with updated facilities. Definitely Ahwatukee reputation worthy, with good prices. The receptionist on the phone are VERY friendly and helpful! Their etiquette is top notch.

Been going there for a hand full of years and very satisfied. They offer other eye services before you even see Dr Pratt with the other technology that they have for a very small fee. Dr Pratt is very hands on and explaines everything and answers all questions.

I just took my 2 kids to see Dr. Pratt to get them established with routine eye exams. I was really happy with the entire process from being able to set appointments (they verified my insurance ahead of time and I was able to fill out new patient forms online.) Everyone at the office was really patient with my kids and explained what they were doing at each step. Dr. Pratt has a really calming presence. I actually heard about this office when I brought my grandmother in for one of her appointments about a year ago. I was really impressed with how she was treated, which influenced my decision to return with my own family.

Went in for an exam for glasses and contact lenses. I was taken back for pre-screening promptly when I arrived for my appointment. Spent less than a minute waiting for the doctor to come in for my exam. He was very thorough and ensured my new prescription was correct. I just moved to Ahwatukee and a friend recommended Lifetime Eye Care, who is literally right around the corner from me. When I called, Lexi advised they had had a cancellation and they could see me the same day.I met with Lifetimes Eye Care team, Lexi, Issac, Dahjae, Dr Pratt and Kathleen. These professionals are my choice team for all of my vision care and needs.

They were so patient with my children as we were getting my daughters eyes examined! Then on top of that they had a huge selection of children’s glasses for her to choose from. We will definitely be going back for the rest of our family!

Upon walking in, immediately I noticed how clean and open the office looked. The front ladies were clearly busy but were happy to help and explain the process to me, including answering questions. I had met with Dr. Pratt, who was awesome! He listened to my thoughts and concerns and thoroughly explained the process to me. Not only that, but his space themed room was really cool! After I was able to pick out some glasses. They have some really cute stuff there and I’m super excited to see how they turned out. One of the assistants went over my coverage with me and explain ALL of the possible plans and was very patient with me! I’m honestly so pleased with this place. I called my momma IMMEDIATELY after and told her she needs to make this her primary eye doctor.

All the staff who helped me pick out my glasses were amazing! I love everyone here. This office has a great vibe. Even the doctor came out to help me pick out frames. My son and I had our first appointment with Lifetime Eye Care yesterday and I just wanted to tell the world what an awesome company this is. The staff was absolutely amazing and the doctor was wonderful, he explained everything in detail to us that made sense and he worked with my son well even when he seemed to have forgotten which was his left and right during one of the exams. He was patient and kind. I am so glad I found them and I would tell everyone to go check them out. Now we are not so patiently waiting on our new specs!

I LOVE Dr Pratt. He is the only one in 25 years who has been able to get my eyesight close to perfect. He doesnt settle for less. Trust me on this!!!!

10/10 would recommend. Great staff. Friendly, fast service. Called only one day in advance for not one, but TWO appointments (myself and my little sister.) I was told the two openings were 1:15 and 2:45. We went in at 1:15 and they were actually able to see us both simultaneously! Amazing place, never going anywhere else. Lifetime Eyecare isnt just a fancy name, they really make customers for life.

Felt great when I had my eye exam with the Dr. and felt pretty good with the rep when picking out my glasses...she was very helpful and I was happy with the choice. The turn around time was great. But when I picked up the glasses they just handed me the glasses and said try them on and then handed me my bag with cloth and spray. This is the first time I have ever not sat down and had the glasses checked for fit and comfort as well as making sure everything was great for seeing and reading. I dont know if that is how it works there or maybe it was just too close to closing time.

I am a returning customer. The office is comfortable - not stark. The assistant who took me into the room for the preliminary testing was very informative and professional. He knew his craft. The doctor was friendly, didnt rush you through every thing, and wanted to share his findings with you. I will continue to go to Lifetime Eye Care for all my exams and needs.

The doctor and staff were very nice and I was in and out in good time. My concerns were listened to and address with good and insightful information. My only feedback to the business would be on a first visit to include the medical exam. When I arrived I was under the impression both an exam and a prescription diagnose would be included in my appointment, especially on my first visit. Though the medical assistant seem to state otherwise and I would have to come back for a medical exam. That would have really sucked because my insurance only covers one visit per year. Im glad they accommodated me and included the medical exam otherwise this review would have been very different. So, if youre a new patient make sure you ask what youll be getting for that first appointment!

First plus, I was able to make an appointment within 2 days. Walking in I could already feel a comfortable environment, not the austere office feeling where typically you feel like you owe them something for coming in. The staff and Dr. Murray made you feel like friends. The digital equipment and the doctors knowledge seemed top notch, at least from my laymans point of view who only needed a check up ... but I left feeling I really did get a thorough exam. They offered choice of glasses, but did not push any purchases at that time and assured me that the prescription was mine to use whenever and wherever. In and out in 30 minutes.

The doctors are great at this office, which is why I gave it two stars.Unfortunately the lack of more stats is a result of: their glasses are terrible overpriced. We have had multiple issues with our glasses being incorrect from the lab because the wrong invoice from lifetime was sent over incorrect.There is one staff member at the front desk (Abby) whom is very polite and helpful. She’s the only one out of several staff. The two main folks who do the eyeglass fittings and sales are not professional, more often than not they’re rude and have shown to not have the customers best interest as a priority. They don’t even say hello when you walk in the door.It really is too bad that the operation’s staff aren’t as good as the Doctors.

I came here for a routine eye appointment. They have online scheduling, and I was able to fill out most of the paperwork online, so check-in was super fast. The staff was friendly. The optometrist explained everything, answered all my questions, and answered several I hadnt thought to ask. They werent pushy with an upsell of any products. I can see why they have other good reviews.Note that the location is on the east side of this strip mall, not the north side with the Fryes entrance.

Omg!!!! What a fantastic experience for once!! Been wearing corrective lenses since I was 12 and never have I experienced a more well-rounded, friendly eye care office! From the moment I walked in dealing with the front office to the service received from doctors assistant to actually getting my eye exam with Dr. Pratt was phenomenal!!! Im so happy to find this place and will be telling all my friends and family!!

I recently moved to Ahwatukee from Ohio and was apprehensive about finding new doctors, but Lifetime Eye Care made this transition so incredibly easy! I have had nothing but the absolute best experiences with Dr Pratt and his staff. I am so impressed by the professionalism and wonderful assistance of the staff in helping me decide between contacts and glasses. I believe this is the best eye exam Ive had in my 70 years. Dr. Sullenger listened to all of my issues and gave explanations no other eye professional has. He was very patient and answered all of my questions!

I made an appointment on Tuesday and just happened to get in on Wednesday! The staff is SOOO nice. I tend to get overwhelmed with glasses and eye exams but they did an excellent job! Kash was very personable and efficient!! Great job Lifetime! You earned a customer!!!

Quick & efficient visit, office is neat and stylish. All-around service was very good & courteous. Dr. Pratt was pleasant, understanding and responded to questions in a straightforward manner that a layman could understand. Especially liked that he didnt try to sell me on new glasses or lenses though my scrip had changed - it was a small difference and not enough to change. When insurance/discount program allowed more $ than anticipated, received a call very quickly afterwards offering to send a check for the difference (I requested it be saved for a credit on next visit - they had no problem with that).

Ive been going to Lifetyme Eye Care for at least 15 years and have been very pleased with their care.The frames are a bit expensive, but you could always get your exam and then purchase your frames elsewhere.

Ive been going there for years. They maximize my insurance benefits and have always been friendly, educational, and very helpful. Ive never felt that they have anything but my best interests in mind. I bought some frames I loved separately and they happily made the lenses for me, something many other places are unable or refuse to do.

These guys do a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend them.

Avoid them- I met with Dr.Pratt to discuss options for new contact lenses back in September, the office staff was okay, but didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. It took three of them to get one of the machines to take a reading, which had me a little worried. Dr.Pratt looked at my eyes and determined I needed a type of lens they didn’t have, and I would have to come back for a fitting. He then turned me over to someone else who quoted me a price, and I was on my way. A few hours later I got a call saying that the quoted price was wrong, and the correct price was $200 more. I wasn’t comfortable with their service so I found another eye doctor.Fast-forward to December and I received a bill from their office for $100 (However, I had already paid in full for the visit in September.) I called the office questioning the bill, and they rudely said they weren’t sure and they would have to talk with the doctor and call me back. Three weeks later after not hearing from them, I gave them a call back and was told the reason for the charge and it still didn’t make sense (new patient exam AND a contact fitting, even though no contacts were fitted.) My experience with their office has been very unpleasant, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I saw Dr Kash he is very kind and knowledge and explain my poor eye vision. I been wearing glasses since the 4th grade. I appreciate his time and he was very thorough explaining the benefits of lasik. The staff is super nice! Abby and Armando always greet you with a smile. The lobby is always so bright and they have a good selection of frames sometimes, making the decision a little too difficult to decide. Thank you lifetime eye care and I definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

Great example of how not to run a business! And terrible customer service...Based on a recommendation I went to this store and bought 2 pairs of glasses about 3 weeks ago. They said it would take ~7 days to have them ready and they (note the “they”) would give me a call to pick them up.10 days later I (note the “I) called in to ask what was the status on the glasses and they said the reading glasses were ready, so I went there and picked them up. I inquired about the sun glasses and they said they (note the they again) would give me a call when ready.3 weeks later I (note the “I” again) called and no one picked up, so I left a voicemail, and called again the next day, no one picked up and left another voicemail, and 3 days later after leaving multiple voicemails I decided to drive the 30 mins to the store to understand what was going on.When I go to the store I found it closed for construction/remodeling. There was a receptionist there to whom I asked about my sun glasses and the dialogue went more a less like this:Me: I’m wondering if you have my sunglasses which I bought about 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for a call from the store to pick them up.Her: Oh, we have no phones now (while holding a mobile phone in her hand).Me: sigh….So they had the glasses in the store but were to busy to care and give the customer a call. Unfortunately, to make matters worst the frame was too flimsy and needed to be readjusted and the only person who could fix them for me was “just out for lunch” and would be back in an hour… Awesome!So I drove 30 mins back to work, having lost my lunch hour in this amazing customer interaction!Note that I spoke with at least 5 different people (optometrist which I think is the owner, a sales agent and 3 different receptionists) when I went there to buy my glasses and no one, absolutely no one, mentioned anything about the construction or that the shop would be closed. Same thing when I went to pick my reading glasses, not a single mention to a store remodel! Not a single phone call, not a single email, not a postcard (they had my phone number, email and full address).I will never be returning to this shop again and I will make sure everyone I know wont go there as well!
