Great smoothies here, and killer avocado toast. Ive walked by several times without knowing this place was here, nice little gem! IMHO the Rejuvenator smoothie one of the best in Phoenix. Brekkie scramble has been bringing me back here on the regular 😄

We were staying at a nearby hotel and made a point to come here every morning for breakfast and coffee. It’s walkable from the Phoenix Convention Center and the hotels surrounding it. Everything we tried was delicious and the service was awesome. It was busy while we were there, but service was very friendly, efficient, and quick! Great little place. We loved the açaí bowl, breakfast sandwich, pastries, chai, lattes, and more!

During my stay here, I was looking for a nice coffee shop that is convenient and nearby our place. I saw this online, so I came here and I was glad that the atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff members are very friendly. I liked this place for it was not noisy. It was small heaven of tastes and, a place to relax. What a nice spot! I will highly recommend this place.

It was a great place to sit and enjoy a muffin, acai bowl, and a coffee flight. First time there, so wasnt sure what to try, but was very happy with all of my choices. Staff was nice, and everything felt very clean.

This is one of my favorite places in the city to work. Their tea and food is great. Their wifi is great. And you can always find a seat. Theres plenty of outlets as well. The best part though is the gigantic windows which let a lot of light in so it doesnt seem like a dark place to be. I highly recommend this place if you need a place to work.

The Flat White & Latte are my favorites! In the morning I also like the Avocado Toast with Goat cheese, Breakfast Burrito or Fresh Fruit Parfait. Just pull in and pick up!

Fillmore Coffee Co has excellent coffees and unique food options. Their coffee flight is popular for very good reason! Sampling 4 of their coffees for only $12 is very unusual and led to my wife and I ordering additional drinks after trying them out.All of the breakfast dishes are excellent. The chutney added to many of them is a unique twist that made for an enjoyable culinary experience.

Got their scramble bowl and it was delicious and nutritious! Highly recommended! The staff was very friendly and we got our food with minimal wait!

Awesome downtown coffee shop! Love the area, and the wide range of seating options available. Everything from couches to barstools, to large tables for groups. Lots of outdoor covered seating available as well. The coffee and tea are great quality, and have a wide range of options (including nitro cold brew, bulletproof coffee, etc.). Definitely a coffee shop to check out in the downtown Phoenix area!

B+E Sandwich was pretty amazing with each bacon filled bite and sweet onion taste. The donut espresso was nice and a bit on a sweet side but overall very delicious. Staff is also very friendly and helps create a nice an relaxing atmosphere work, drink, and eat in.

It was nice. I feel like Starbucks has done something weird to the average barista. Baristas dont seem to know how to take orders from former, actual baristas, anymore. Maybe I didnt order fast enough OR it was weird getting the order in that format from the other side of the counter. Anyway, it was wrong, if I only because it was maybe mediocre. Decent American cafe food. I met someone there. I think she doesnt like me.Triple latte, low foam means it better be all crema at the top.Greatness wrestled with sub-standard. It was a draw. Solidly nominal.

I’m here for work and I saw this place on a YouTube Video. This coffee shop had everything I needed: roasted coffee beans to go, desserts, pastries, kombucha, places to sit and games to play!! Plus they had some really cute handmade bracelets for small wrists, a plus, and I lots of freedom in this place. And that is important to me!!

One of the best pour overs I’ve had. I forgot to ask for the name of the barista, but he knew exactly how to make the perfect coffee at the right temperature, with quality beans. I can’t wait to go back.

I always get amazing flat white and cappuccinos here. The coffee had a perfectly smooth and jutty flavor that I just love. The baristas are always super friendly and treat my kids like people too with great conversation. My only issue is their pastries always look amazing and I cant eat them!😭😂

The staff is badly organized. It’s very confusing how to get your drinks or food because after 10 min waiting at the table my drink was ready at the bar but nobody called me. For the food instead, they serve you at the table.

Was desperate for an Aussie coffee while in Phoenix for ISEF recently. I was ecstatic to find Tristan had opened his coffee shop after he made me the best coffee 3yrs earlier at the same event. Still the best coffee i have had in the US to date. Thanks for the fantastic service Tristan. You have created an awesome space and I hope the koala finds a permanent home in the coffee shop. Im usually town between either a latte, cold brew or chai. But I come here and can get them all in the flight! I dont know why other coffee shops dont do this but this is a brilliant idea 💡 The chai is my favorite!

I echo what others say about disorganization. It takes a long time to get items like coffee or off the menu. The coffee tasted great which means you have a great bean. One thing to watch is consistency in latte art. These reviews are loaded with beautiful lattes and none of the drinks looked like that today. The food from the pastry case on the other hand was awful. The cinnamon roll had a weird butter frosting. It was really disappointing considering I had been waiting a while to come and this was the quality was. I love trying local coffee shops like Lux, Berdena’s, mythical, serafina. I am a manager for a massive chain but I avoid getting coffee from chains as I look for coffee with an amazing quality bean and taste after living in Europe for so many years. I went to culinary school for pastries so food taste and appeal are so important to me as a deciding factor of whether I would want to return. The pastries missed the mark. I had the acai bowl and I feel like it needs a change. We know the cost of granola is expensive but this bowl had so much on the bottom and so much on top. I would simplify this and only put it as a topping but a small amount. Putting the focus back on the acai. Price was right for the bowl. One of the things I witnessed in terms of operation was so many people waiting for drinks and there was just tons of blank cups with nothing associated with them. Either they need to mark the cups or make sure they are printing a receipt and each order is space and following clearly. One couple standing for awhile said we are waiting on blah blah and she barista goes oh yea I think I have that here. You wanted light ice right. They said no. She goes I swear I heard someone say that. Clearly if someone said it it was not this couple. Another thing it just takes a few moments for the person who is handling the POS to connect guests and say here is the number for your food it will be brought to your table when ready. Your drinks will be ready at the bar for pick up just be listening for your order. Several people had this confusion because the barista continued to call the same drinks over and over because the people were outside waiting. Every single order was like this. I didn’t have a chance to try out the lunch menu but some people around us did and it looked good. At the end of this it felt like it was just a college cafe that with a little turn around in the issues could be elevated because the coffee I had was great!

Haven’t stopped by in awhile as I no longer work across the street, but dang do I love this place! Great location, spacious and welcoming interior, chill employees, and the most delicious avocado toast with tomato and goat on sourdough. I still get cravings for it all the time.

Walked to this place every day while I was in Phoenix on a trip. Even though it was insanely hot, I couldn’t stop drinking their lattes and pour overs. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area. The people working their were very friendly and helpful. Beans are from a local roasted! Only small downside was that it was understaffed at times. Big rushes of people would really bog it down.

Very cool spot. Enjoyed the Brekkie Scramble both times we visited and the fresh squeezed orange juice actually tastes fresh squeezed (and probably IS)!My only gripe would have to be the consistency. My first Brekkie Scramble was great, but the second time we visited, they really poured on the chutney which kinda threw the dish off. My girlfriend ordered the avocado toast both times and got kind of an old avocado the second visit. It was pretty brown 😪The juice was still great though! And Im sure well be back soon. Will recommend!

One of my Favorite spots in town! Lots of positivity in the air and all around. Coffee is great! Black coffee is freshly roasted, and if you’re more into milk - their cappuccinos are smooth and have a great balance between coffee and frothed milk. Service is great too! Have games here if you’re coming with a friend.

Adorable little coffee shop! I ordered an Iced Dirty Chai and it was exactly what I needed to start off the day. The barista was super kind and funny. Even taught me that I could tap to pay with my specific card. There are Chess and checkers games available. Free parking is available and easy to access.

Im visiting Phoenix for a convention and stumbled upon this beautiful gem. Im new to coffee so I had a lot of questions. The barista working this morning was absolutely wonderful. She helped me with my ridiculous questions and genuinely engaged herself in conversation-- Its honestly hard to find that customer service now a days when workers are in the mindset of take your order, now leave. I regret not getting her name.My vanilla latte was delicious, probably one of the best Ive had. The shop is aesthetically pleasing with all the open windows and plants EVERYWHERE. Pastries looked awesome. Food menu made me hungry, but I didnt have enough time to wait.To the owner, you have a wonderful employee. I hope your establishment flourishes in years to come with kind people like her.I highly highly recommend this place. Thank you Fillmore for making my stay in Phoenix better :)

Check out the best place to go for coffee if youre in downtown Phoenix! The service is amazing - make sure to say hi to Lea and Cass - and the food is spectacular I recommend the chicken panini and of course the coffee is outstanding!! They also have smoothies and baked goods and lots of other yummy options....the chocolate chip scones and chocolate cream cheese muffins are to die for...coverd parking and lots of comfy places to sit and enjoy board games or chess or just hanging out make this a great place to come and enjoy your day! They even have sidewalk seating if you want to be outside.

The guy at Fillmore Coffee is a real coffee enthusiast. Very good customer service. The Flat White coffee I ordered had way too much milk and it drowned the coffee flavour. However, made in a smaller cup it would likely be really good. The Breakfast Burrito was very good but a bit messy to eat without a knife and fork. The Chamomile tea was pretty good. Good place to sit, relax and eat.

A fabulous place to either grab a cup of the best coffee in Pheonix or enjoy something from the menu for either breakfast lunch or dinner.The breakfast burrito was outstanding as indeed were the scrambled eggs.Tristan and Mike as the owners are the perfect hosts supported by some great staff.Tristan comes from Canberra Australia while Mike comes from New York - a great combination of nationalities producing a unique style and ambience.Very much worth the trip downtown to experience the place.

Very welcoming as soon as we walked in, plenty of options on the menu. Opted for the Iced Latte almost went for the bulletproof have to try that next time. Great tasting latte and for 2 xtra lag great price. While in Phoenix for convention this will be our spot for a brew.

Fillmore Coffee Co. offers outstanding quality coffee with complimentary food options in a fun environment.As a coffee enthusiast, I was a bit suspicious of Fillmore at first. Many cafes who arent roasters serve pretty generic coffee without paying much attention to the quality, but Fillmore seems to know what theyre doing. I havent asked where they get their beans yet, but they have several bean options with descriptions, and they offer drip, French press, and pour-over coffee options in addition to all standard espresso-based drinks. The cold brew and nitro cold brew options are fantastic as well. You can even buy a flight of coffee drinks to try! They also add latte art, which my fianceé really enjoys. Otherwise, the place is notable for friendly staff, couches, tables, board games, a chess table, WiFi, and music. Its a good place to go eat, socialize, or get some work done.

Nice, cool, quiet, comfortable place to get great food and drinks. I appreciate the covered parking garage right next door. The couches are a major draw for me. All of the staff has been very welcoming and friendly. Sometimes service can be a little slow, as there may be too few staff working and too many orders to fill but it hasnt been too bad.

It is a cool place. Clean and bright. Quiet. I have only been there once, so we will see next time what happens. The Cafe Carmel Iced is good. The muffins snd pastries looked good and fresh.

It was kinda off-putting.The drinks are decent. I always disclaim my drink opinion with the fact that I am rather “third wave,” meaning I dig super specialty/artisanal/craft espresso, and this didn’t super feel to be that way; little more generic. But for the people they serve, that’s totally acceptable (mostly college students given the location).They serve food which I unfortunately did not get to try, we just stopped for drink.Again though, if you’re looking to get some work done at a bright and vibey place, def hit it up

Nice, chill place, furniture itself (except the lawn furniture inside) and interior decor is cool... but sofas definitely have seen better days. Food: Latte was great, Acai bowl was more like a smoothie..not at all what Im used to from other places...disapointing.

Cool place in downtown PHX..We tried the Scramble— a delightful mix of butternut squash, chutney, cheese, peppers in a scrambled eggs. Great trendy setting with plenty of space. Only downside was actually thought the coffee was nothing special. Very happy otherwise with our experience!

This was the first time here and i am already planning to go back for more. They have excellent service and friendly staff. The french toast with blueberries, strawberries and whipped cream are delisioso..a must try.

Peaceful, laid back atmosphere, pleasant music, not too crowded. The baristas are super friendly and kind. Overall pleasant atmosphere. Perfect for getting some work/writing done. I was concerned about the one hour parking limit, but they can give you a pass.

Love this place! The staff is consistently awesome and abundantly friendly. They always seem to have a smile and enjoy interacting with the customers.My second favorite thing is the water they make. Theres a huge container of water theyll make each day that is infused with veggies or fruits, and they switch up the recipes quite a bit. Its delicious and would definitely pay for the water if they charged for it (its free!)Food is good, space is often peaceful and not overcrowded. Plenty of space and good location. Theres 2-hour parking half a block away for anyone driving.

Really great cold brew, and the donut espresso is an absolute delight! They also have great food options that are very good. The decor makes for a perfect place to camp out for a couple hours while you work through your homework or whatever you work on.

Nice atmosphere, really good coffee! Staff is friendly, and I love the fact that I can keep a stamp card to earn free coffee.This place has one issue for me, and it is a BIG one. I have never been to a place with more gnats flying around. This is not a one time thing.For the last 3 months, Ive been coming here to work at least 3 days a week - some times 6 days a week. I am not exaggerating when I say there has NOT been a single day that I have been here and I have to cover my food or drinks with napkins or wave my hand in the air to wave off gnats.I had been wanting to update my review with this feedback for a long time and - sitting here today - just couldnt take it and had to post.I enjoy this place and think it deserves 5 stars, but if this is never addressed, I will be finding another place to work.

Im never disappointed. Smooth espresso makes for amazing lattes. I really appreciate how the space is so thoughtfully designed. There are big tables and couches for groups, small nooks for more intimate conversation, and plenty of cozy spots to study or chill solo. Every place to sit has a natural and comfortable spot for your coffee and food which is an absolute accomplishment.

I only had a moment to run in but the place looks great and welcoming. The gentleman who served me was very nice and quick. I only got a coffee but it was rich and delicious. The server offered me coffee options and Im interested in returning and trying more before I can call it perfect but great first impression.I had more time to stop by and give this place another look. This time had an espresso, muffin and scone. The espresso was very nice much like the coffee and the server was a different one than last however just as pleasant. The blueberry muffin was ok however the scone was very nice. I am not sure if the baked goods are made in house or outsourced but they are very good. I will say that I was a bit lucky the last time because this time around I almost missed the building and parking was a bit more challenging to navigate. It is absolutely a good spot for coffee downtown though.

Fillmore is my favorite coffee shop to study at. They have great coffee, food and my favorite, hot chocolate. There is free parking which is especially nice for Downtown. I have recommended it to many of my friends and classmates!
