The human being I ordered a frozen lemonade added strawberry was really tasty and nice and cold I even got a bean on top of my drink my sister ordered a coffee and she ordered a hot coffee and it was lukewarm I suggested to her that maybe she put in really cold creamer. My drink was really good and really made my sister was upset that her coffee was cold but she still drink it and really enjoyed it hence the four stars

Very nice selection but unfortunately not strong coffee. Its not quality coffee if thats what you are looking for however lots of options for smoothies, cold and hot drinks whether it has coffee or not. I see alot of teenagers there, I guess they like the smoothie stuff they have and the energy drinks. Staff is friendly and the 5 stars is for them. They explain well and they are very patient with you if thats your first time there. There is minor selection of sugar free syrups and thats what we were interested in. So we chose a hot Latte with sugar free hazelnut, one with Carmel and white chocolate. Honestly Carmel tasted very bitter, so I recommend the others however be mindful its not very strong coffee or has a significant taste. Nonetheless everyone to their taste buds and what they like however you cant go wrong with a pleasant experience 😊

I got an Americano with a poppy seed muffin top. It was 5am and the women working were both very nice. I dont live in Arizona or I would go again.

I do not normally go to these types of places because I get very overwhelmed with all the options and to make it worse I am not a coffee, caffeine, or dairy drinker I know I know dont say it but they jumped right in and suggested the blueberry pomegranate smoothie with oat milk. I am a daily regular to human bean. The service staff at the 16st location has been outstanding but it’s unfortunate they keep losing staff to upper management issues!There is definitely an issue with upper management or ownership at this location. They have been out of product for the last week and the staff has no idea when it will be resolved?They have been out of cups for rockstars (once given my drink in two small cups), eggs, muffin tops and who knows what else for a week!I love this place, but if it is still out again this morning I just may be heading to Dutch Bros on 12th!🥺🥺

The product is great! But the overall wait time and turn over to make a coffee is way too long. If you’re looking to go and grab a quick coffee before work. This is not the ideal place. Wait times are way longer than they need to be.

I come across this place because I was doing Uber eats deliveries. The girl was so friendly and kind that I had to come back and it was her birthday week after mine. So I come back and got me a bomb cold coffee! Was it chocolate covered Bean as a side that comes with the coffee. And their top muffins which I havent tried yet but they look delish! They have everything Dutch bro has without the line! 💃💃 Not sure I want everybody to know that because then I dont have to wait in line when you start finding out how awesome this place is! Great staff and great price, great tasting with milk alternatives.

I first heard about this place from a friend of mine who lives near this location in particular, so we decided to come here together the other day so I could try this place out! I wasnt too sure what to expect, since Im not a huge coffee drinker. But I liked how much variety the menu had - especially with their smoothies and granitas! I ended up getting the 20 oz chai smoothie with whip and it was delicious!! Ive always been a huge fan of chais, but this definitely hits the spot! I also love that they put a chocolate coffee bean on top of my drink! Additionally, the girl who took our order was super friendly (didnt get her name), and the best surprise of all was finding out that the car in front of us at the drive-thru paid for both mine and my friends drinks!!! ❣️ I absolutely love when people pay it forward, on top of having a great experience at a new place! This will definitely be one of my favorite coffee spots now (and so much better than Dutch)! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!! 🙌🏻💯❣️

I thought this place was so cool! It was the first time Ive been here and its a drive-through only so the only impression you get is from the employees and coffee itself. The guy who took my order was super friendly and knew the menu very well. As I wasnt familiar with any particular product, I just told him what I was looking for and he delivered options. The lady at the next window was just as friendly so everyone made it feel like a good place.I consider this slightly better than a Starbucks quality drink with better prices. And something special that gave it all a nice touch; they serve your drink with a little expresso bean candy! Its good! I recommend!

I went to this place on a whim and boy did it make my Favorites List! The service, the drinks, and the food are fantastic (not to mention their mission to help the coffee source community)! Keeler and Hazel were so friendly and knowledgeable about the company history, mission, and products. I ordered the iced Snowy Mocha (white chocolate mocha), iced Mexi Mocha (like an iced Mexican hot chocolate), Banana Nut Muffin Top, and Cream Brûlée Muffin Top.The drinks were good, came with a chocolate covered espresso bean on top and just what I needed on a hot Arizona morning. It could have used a better stir to mix flavors but a quick swirl every now and then worked out just fine. The muffin tops were delicious and soft.Definitely would recommend if you are looking for something other than Starbucks and Dutch Bros. I think of this place as the Mature/Adult Dutch Bros.

Consistent and friendly service! No matter what time of day, the employees are always genuinely cheerful and super friendly.

The gentleman at the drive thru was so friendly and enthusiastic! The staff maintained a cheerful attitude and were always smiling. The drinks were uniquely tasty. Their signature chocolate bean on top of the drink was amazingly good! We definitely will be coming back! :)

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They have a ton of coffee drinks, some especially creative, like a peanut butter latte. However, they just have French Roast for a black coffee and could use to rotate other varieties in. But, if you want a fancy coffee drink, this would be the place to go.

Cute little coffee shop, when youre on the go. Its very small, made for drive thru and has a walk-up window available. 2-3 tables with chairs are typically set up but expect to have cars driving by non-stop if you choose to sit and stay for a while.Now for the good stuff. The coffee is delicious! Farm Friendly Direct coffee. Hot or Iced, Sweet or Unsweetened, you cant go wrong. The ever bustling staff is extremely friendly, typically on the younger side of life. I cant imagine regretting any purchase made at The Human Bean.

This is a perfect little coffee stop. Not usually crowded, conveniently located and fast. They have a window serving few small outdoor tables or a drive through. The coffee drinks are good quality and the baristas are awesome.

Ive been only twice while looking for an alternative to larger chains. The second time I ordered a coffee and it was like warm. When I asked about it the barista said it had something to do with the end of the coffee? If he knew that he should of told me rather than serving it. I asked for my money back and left. Double disappointed.

I want to like The Human Bean but am completely disappointed with their version of Nitro Cold Brew. Its not. Have ordered it twice and I dont believe any nitrogen is being infused as advertised. There just are NO frothy bubbles. The coffee was weak and watered down - tasted like a cheap Folgerss coffee.

Loved my first experience at The Human Bean! Great little coffee shop with very good service. We got an iced Blackberry Frost with an extra shot (iced latte with a taste of blackberry + extra shot), an iced Real Caramel Cold Brew, and an iced latte with sugar and an extra shot. Awesome tasting coffee/espresso, plus you get a little coffee/white chocolate (?) -covered coffee bean on the lid of each drink! Will definitely be stopping by again soon!

This place is literally what it stands for. Humans. They don’t over sell their ideas since their coffee does the work for them. They understand the crisis of waste and unlike Starbucks, they don’t support the major oil companies. When it’s such a large company it’s hard to find a way to make yourself feel better about supporting something good. On the other end, The Human Bean supports humanity and great coffee. Not only that, but the staff is amazing. They know us already and always know what we want. What’s makes it’s even better? They put a coffee (cherry on top) on top! It’s the best place to go where guilt of supporting large evil corporations is no more. Their ingredients are amazing and natural. I truly enjoy the ambiance they create and the hip name.

Went by today and ordered one the their Snowy Mochas. The girl making my drink was very nice and efficient. The drink itself was fantastic!! Super smooth, not overly sweet, and didnt taste even remotely like burnt espresso like many other places. Sizes ranged from 12oz to a 36oz (you know you want 36ounces of coffee!)

My wife and I have been going here regularly since it opened a few months ago. She loves the strawberry banana smoothies and I like the coffee. Ive been a Starbucks regular for years and I usually just get the Pikes Place medium blend with cream and sugar. This has been my go to for years. After trying the coffee at the Human Bean I can honestly say that is just as good as Starbucks. My wife and I definitely recommend the Human Bean.

Im not really a huge fan of coffee. I only drink it for the caffeine. That said, I always choose this particular business, at this particular location, because of the people working there. Every time I come to this location, there is always great service. One of the Baristas, Stefany, always makes me laugh, and Ive never had my order messed up when shes there working. I admire the energy and passion she has for her job. I think that if every Human Bean stand had more employees like her, you guys would be deserving of an 8-star rating. Unfortunately, Google Reviews caps me at 5, but if I could, thats what I would give Stefany.
