I came here after complimenting my neighbor’s Mother jeans. She said she got them here. I just moved here and was looking for a second hand store to sell too.Normally with second hand stores like this I just sell my items and leave without shopping but I was pleasantly surprised to find a great selection of brands I love. I sold 8 items and left with a Paige dress, For Love & Lemons sweater and $21. I also tried on a few Reformation items.I do wish a little more was offered for the cash out option. But considering I actually like shopping here the 50% store credit option is good too.I’ll be back!
Great consignment store! I can never leave there without wanting to buy everything. They also have a ton of cute gifts made by local vendors. Definitely a must shop store.
Pleasant staff, clean store, and clothes are in good condition.I would say that on some items the price is a little too high in regards to brands sold, but I found a nice top and a pair of pants to experiment with, $17 each, and both in decent condition, so that was nice.My one suggestion to the owner would be for them to take out those gaudy items with all-capped words on them like water bottles that say THIS ISNT VODKA or blocky wall signs that say PLANT MOM and have a bunch of poorly drawn succulent on it. That sort of product and decor gives off a pretty cheap vibe.
Amazing resale shop. My personal opinion the best in the valley. They have fabulous designers that wont make you mortgage your home. I have never had a bad experience. If your a fashionista on a budget this is a must place for you to shop!
I firmly believe that if these consignment stores paid a decent cash/trade to their customers they would have a better selection of brands and you would feel more inclined to shop there. The greed is astonishing! You can’t expect to pay pennies for the sought after high end brands. The clothes I brought were NWTand NWOT that would have been purchased immediately because they are casual and office appropriate. Let’s not kid ourselves in Arizona hardly anyone wears winter clothes, so it’s a little premature to be buying winter clothing. They had bread and butter brands that seemed out of date. If you paid better your inventory would be nicer. No one likes to feel ripped off!
Honestly, this place blew me away. A friend recommended coming here and I will be forever grateful. Wonderful service and value, incredible clothes and their organizing is off the charts. This is my new favorite spot to shop in Phoenix.
This shop does not accurately describe items and their return policy is terrible. They had posted on their Instagram a north face down jacket which I bought. It was too hot to use until recently and when I pulled it out it didn’t feel right and I checked the tag and it said polyester fill NOT down. The tag also stated it was from 2011. That’s ten years ago!!!! They refuse to give me a refund and only offered a 90% store credit. I needed specifically a down jacket for backpacking this weekend and now I’m out $50 because they deceived me.They can’t tell the difference between boutique quality and outlet. Most of their clothes are from designer outlets and not good quality.I’m done shopping here. Totally ripped off.
Friendly, helpful; like family.
Just had my baby and soooo excited to be able to shop here again! The staff is always so friendly and prices are very reasonable!!
Designer clothes resale boutique. Hit or miss for me since Im a LG-XL. Cash or credit for high-end labels.
This boutique has absolutely terrible customer service. I sold a bundle of high end purses and received $275 worth of store credit to find out on a later trip that there are restrictions that no one informed me about. If I would have known I would of took my business some place else. I can only use my credit on clothes which only makeup 1/2 of the products in the store. This is not even including the terrible return policy they emplaced since covid hit. They are greedy and now I am stuck with $200 credit for a store that I wish I didn’t give my business to due to their lack of cashier training.
High end clothes and jewelry. Trendy. Well organized. Clothes move through quickly.
Small store but quality clothing at reasonable 2nd hand pricing. Only 3 people allowed in to shop at a time due to covid-19. When you arrive at the store front door you ring bell as shoppers leave employees let other shoppers in.
Nice shop with beautiful items. I wear 12/large and always find something. The new gift items, candles, jewelry, kitchen towels are created by local artisans. They even will recycle your good reads/books. Can follow new acquisitions on Instagram!
Pretty sweet place! I wondered how my fiancee was so nicely dressed all the time. Turns out its because she basically gets all of her clothes from here! Theres a good sized selection, but not an overwhelming amount. Just enough to keep you looking. The inventory circulates quite regularly. Theres hand-crafted jewelry, soaps, and other nifty things to check out as well. If youre a guy and this isnt quite your thing, the mens clothing is just next door, with loads of old rock and metal memoribilia. Check it out!
I love this place. Finding name brand clothing at a fraction of the cost is just amazing!!! I found my favorite skirt here! And I love to watch their Instagram feed to watch all the new stuff roll in. I enjoy the atmosphere of the shop too. Its a great little place to find a killer deal on top of the line clothes. Also they take trade ins too for store credit and cash.
Heard a lot of this place. I went in to check it out.. Nice stuff. I kept looking around I noticed everyone was greeted and then asked for thier name if they picked out something they liked.. Not once did I get a hello or acknowledged I was there..
Absolutely in love with this adorable little consignment shop. Filled with all kinds of adorable, locally made odds and ends, it’s almost a garuntee you’ll find something here worth bringing home. I got a sick pair of Adidas for only $25!
Most of my wardrobe purchased from the past year has been purchased at Poor Little Rich Girl and for good reason. Prices cannot be beat, especially when you take advantage of the discounts for older merchandise. Also, quality of clothing is high. Also check out the hand-crafted goods that they sell in the boutique - soaps, jewelry, undergarments, and more. Especially a great place to check out if you are looking to buy cocktail or special occasion attire - they have many options at very reasonable prices.
My favorite place to shop! The staff is friendly and helpful. They hand pick what to sell so you never have to guess if youre buying something in-style, someone already did that for you! I just love it there! Parking is limited out front, but lots of extra parking in the back of the store.
This use to be my favorite online store to shop at. I live in Atlanta and I ordered from here all the time. I recently placed an order for a pair of lulu pants and a top. Both arrived yesterday in the mail. I tried them on this morning and saw that there was a run and a rip in the pants. I reached out to the Owner Cat to let her know. I did not even ask for a refund or return and she told me that there were notes in my account (see screen shots) that I had several returns. Everyone knows this boutique is final sale, and I would have to pay for shipping to return, so most items wouldn’t even be worth JC returning if I had to pay shipping. I have been ordering from them for years and I have had one return due to size/fit. Cat herself allowed me to return them because it was a brand that sold very well, and I returned them, for a store credit at 90% of what I paid for them. I paid my own shipping and I and I promptly ordered new merchandise. Since then, I have ordered multiple times from her. In the past two month alone, I’ve probably spent 300 dollars at this store. To insinuate that I would rip a pair of $30 pants, just so I could send them back, is insulting, considering how much I spend in this store. I sent my original j quiet on Instagram, as this where I normally engage with PLRG, and when I went back on IG, to my surprise, cat and her team had blocked my account. I understand that the country is stressed right now and business is not great, and no one wants to lose money, but this is a terrible way to treat loyal customers who have been ordering from you for years. I will not be shopping here again and I will be sure that my friends do not shop here anymore either.
No designer clothes. They only had a channel Beach Bag for $700 and the actual store Channel didn’t even sell it for that much. I do not recommend going to this store. Please if you are going to label your store as “Designer” then actually carry designer clothes. Thank you.
All the products are of quality and have a modest price and they also have a wide selection of clothes and accessories. The employees are really friendly. Great store for girls clothes and accessories!
Nice little consignment store. Not the wide selection I was anticipating, but better quality than some of the other consignment stores I have been to. Most of the inventory was not my style, so I would not want it in my wardrobe, but a lot of typical staple pieces for my age group. I am 31 years old.
They only give you 30% in cash for your clothing, other consignment or resale clothing stores give 45% cash 55% trade. Your clothing is worth so much more. The manager on 16 st Bethany home is amazing very professional.
Boutique style clothes, priced from 20-50 dollars. I showed up in a band shirt and was not greated by the staff, was not helped when I stood by the dressing rooms, and then when I helped myself to a room I got the stink eye from staff. Seems they judge their customers worth based on their appearance even though theyre selling used clothes.None-the-less I am a big girl and was able to pick out a cute dress without help from the staff, unlike the rest of the cliental. Would of been a repeat customer but I dont think Im high end enough for this consignment store. #valleylife
One of the best, if not the best consignment store in the valley. The staff are always friendly, including the owner Cat. A great place to shop and sell.
Everyone is always so nice and helpful. They price well and only take items in good shape. They also always have unique and cute jewelry and small gifts.
PLRG is my jam. Its so fun to get shop and get a great find. Every time I get clothes from here I get a compliment on them. The staff is friendly and its fun to bring old clothes and get the store credit.
I hate to say it but they have high standards for what they will accept, but give you pennies for your things. I will give my things away to friends next time. Didnt take the store credit because it was nothing in there worth it.
After following the stores Instagram for a while and seeing some interesting pieces I decided to stop by as I have new w/ tags current labels they are interested in taking. I was very disappointed in the selection of clothing they have super worn clothes, small selection of tattered shoes and the “boutique” feel was not there ( they must do some major airbrushing on their fotos) because when you go in it looks kind of dingy. The exchange/ payout is kind of a joke with a measly 25% only. Ladies sell your clothes in your own! Your profit margins will be much better then getting ripped off.
Place was not a good experience for my wife. They advertise to buy and trade for good designer clothing and they didnt do very well job. They we re very picky. What they were looking for was registered clothing from like target or wall mart. Dont refer the place.
One of my favorite stores!! Great prices and awesome selection.
Really cute & eclectic resale boutique. Pop in regularly & follow on social media as the inventory is ever changing. Also feels warm and fuzzy to support local business owners!
Love this place, they have great designer brands that are reasonably priced.
I stopped in for the first time to happen upon a sale. The ladies were super helpful in finding me free people items. In fact, I left with 3 outfits, a pair of lucky shoes, 2: $5 coupons, zen AF necklace & a piece of palo santo for all under $100. Awesome!
Cant say much for the selection of clothes cause im a guy. My girlfriend however loves your shop and i enjoy the red chairs out back. Thank you
Great store and the ladies were so helpful and nice. Thanks for the great experience 😀
They have good stuff there most the time. Occasionally, clothing can look a bit to worn. Employees are always very friendly and helpful.
Poor Little Rich Girl is my absolute FAVORITE boutique in the valley. Quality clothes, ethics, and staff. Id recommend following their Instagram to keep updated on their stock in store.
Great prices, decent selection, super sweet staff. Wish there were more shoes, but appreciated the quality of everything in there, including lots of local jewelry.
Amazing service, outstanding selection if youre willing to set some time to hunt. Great use of their IG account.
Never had the opportunity to shop here but I am loving what I can see! !
Absolutley love this little boutique very nice ladies that work there
A place to buy NOT sell !!My new Dolce & Gabanna dress with a $450 tag brought me $23 after they discounted for signing up for their Facebook account, then someone trying it on split a seam so another discount out of the total SOLD amount instead of THEIR half, my Chanel sunglasses in perfect condition brought me $30 after THEIR discounts and managers weekend discount specials, the same with ALL of my designer items that were taken there !!
Very cool second hand shop. There is some cute, new jewelry too.
Love this little gem of a store. 💎❤️
I love PLRG. Ill admit it can be hit and miss. But I usually find at least one piece I cant leave the store without. Still trying to figure out exactly what they look for in terms of buying.... But both locations are totally worth the stop.
Such cute things, always great designers, such friendly workers & they do keep instagram updated well & I know thats kind of silly, but I thoroughly enjoy it because I cant always physically go shopping so being able to kinda shop online is awesome!!
Love PLRG! Staff is amazing and helpful and the selection is forever changing.
I always find something here! I love the shop and environment!
They have alot nice clothes to wear to work
I have never had luck selling to them, one pair of jeans once. But, they have a nice selection.
Love this place!! Quality clothes for a decent price!! Plus they give you quite a bit of money for the clothes you bring into them!!
The women who work there are kindah stuck up no offense but that area is very high end but maybe a hello would be nice
Great deals. Wish they had more in my size
Nice shop with cute clothes.
Great vibe. Clean and decorated super cute.
Really neat stuff but Kinda pricey for consignment..
Very nice store and great selections of clothes.
Love The Theme Of The Store
Selection of clothes not so great over priced employees are rude ah
The best!! Love shopping here
Lovely service and selection.
My wife loves this place
Jill loves this place.
Very unfriendly employees, took 4 huge bags of clothes which all were upscale clothing and they only bought 4 items. When looking around I found clothes that I would not buy for a doll.
Great selection and fair trades.
Fun and unique.
Really interesting and delightful store
Friendly staff, but bad options for trading clothes.
