This is one of my dream places to visit. This is one of my favorite shopping malls in the neighborhood. This mall is one of my favorite shopping destinations because it is well-designed and offers great deals. There were many lovely rooms to choose from. The staff is friendly and supportive. This place is old and needs updating. The store occupancy is low and the stores that are there arent anything great. On the other hand it serves a purpose - the cheap movie theater is nice if you want to see many movies without spending too much. We mainly go for the childrens play area - it gets us through the hot summers

I went to the shopping mall with my family and bought some groceries. Suddenly, I met an old friend of mine, and they really enjoyed shopping. Since it has a nice environment, a really tidy and clean location, I really like the mall. Go to this mall and enjoy it if you need a stress-free experience. Roberta who runs the beautiful carousel by the food court was so very wonderful today! She was very friendly, enjoyed conversation with her and the carousel ride with my kiddo. It was only $2 and it has to be one of the most beautiful carousels I’ve seen in the valley. She was kind enough to take our photo when the ride was over. Roberta also informed me of the Kids Club that the mall has and the wonderful experience the kids have that attend it. What a great lady who enjoys her job and kids! We’ll be back! Also, the ladies the run the train by JC Penny also could not be nicer! They are always happy, love what they do and always remember me and my kiddo when we come to ride! They all do such a great job and the mall is lucky to have them!

Malls used to be a thing in the early 2000’s at the latest however, things are really dying out now. The selections of in person shopping are diminished and not as needed anymore because of the recent events everything is moving to an introverted online shopping platform now. The food selections in the food court are still quite wide and reasonable however, store selections aren’t as great compared to its mall competitors such as chandler fashion square mall or Scottsdale I would rather drive the extra 10-20mins to get to those malls instead of this one. The only thing great is probably the cheap movie theater that does have showings of new movies at low costs and they do “fill” Harkins cups cheaper than buying a new drink from them. Although, they may not be open during this time I sure could use a date night again with the wife :)!

I live very close to the mall and go here quite often. There has been a very steady decline in the selection and quality of shops here. The service at stored is of a extremely low standard and the cleanliness could definitely be worked on. Some areas are dim do to lights going out and many of the nicer stores are closing leaving below decent shoddy stores in their wake. Over all I believe they should redo or replace this mall, definitely would not visit 1/10 or 2/5

Although this mall is okay, it doesnt have much of a typical shopping mall vibe. Its a small mall compared to the dozens of outlets and shopping marketplaces in Phoenix. There is a nice kids playground, some shops, and a puppy place, but theres not really any fun experiences here made for the family other than the carousel in the front and a small movie theater. Paradise Valley unfortunately seems to be a dying Mall. I keep coming back hoping to see that more of the empty stores and restaurants have been filled, but it has been years and it doesnt seem like change is coming anytime soon. In its heyday it was one of the best hangouts in North Scottsdale, but in recent years it has waned with the arcade going out along with many big-name restaurants and stores. It is in such a great location and the surrounding businesses in the outer hub are doing so well, it is surprising to see how dead the mall can be even on a Friday or Saturday. We still love to come to the mall for a pretzel or some ice cream, but it would be great to see more stores come in and be part of this great location.

What can I say? This mall is dying a slow sad death, but somehow continues to be a relaxing environment to get your steps in while enjoying the air conditioning. Most of the stores are now closed, the movie theater was so-so before it closed, and the food court is just okay. As a mall, I would rate it 2 stars but I will, however, give this mall an extra star for its janitorial staff. They continue to keep this place spotless and always greet you with a friendly smile :) It has a pretty cool VR gaming store, and glow-in-the-dark minigolf, and a CHOMPIES attached!

Time to update the review, below you will find my original review. Well the times they are a changing as the song said. Today I visited the mall, the first time in months. The combination of malls shuttering and dying, covid and companies closing has turned PV mall into another sad shopping mall. Walked in to the Chompies entrance and right away notice TMobile is gone,Dillards opens at 12, Victoria secret gone, Aveda gone, Justice gone,Helzberg diamonds gone and many more 🥺. The mall is still well maintained and you wouldnt believe the foot traffic ( although its just mall walkers). Just walking half the mall I seen about 50 people!!!!!I couldnt help but think this foot traffic is what the stores needed and wanted....but no one is here to shop . It makes me sad because I once roamed these malls as a teenager, finding unique purchases. A new era is upon us where Im thinking malls wont survive the next few years.4 years ago/4stars......One of the very few malls that are still an actual mall. Great array of stores in and around the property. Always clean and overall safe property.

There were no benches or sitting areas and no ambience or holiday spirit other than a few cheap garlands hanging so often.. Almost nobody there, I suppose its a good place to go if you have a predetermined reason or store there that you need to visit but not the typical Mall you would want to go to with family and friends to hang out or have a good time.
