This shop is great, staff great, wide selection, great lounge. Among cigars they also have a big variety of pipes and pipe tobacco.This shop is great for any cigar enthusiasts. I go in there to smoke a cigar and do some homework. Support local shops.

Good store. Good product selection for sure and well-kept. Good appearance and staff was quality.But while I was there, more than 4 customers walked in without masks on. Were in one of the most at-risk states, and theres a mask mandate in effect.I cannot recommend a store that blatantly does not care about the well being of their employees or their customers. Two stars earned by the staff.

They have an extensive selection of pipe tobacco, even hard-to-find blends. Today I bought a tin of Petersons Irish Flake and another of Maltese Falcon blend. Pipe club meeting is Thursday at 5pm. Please join us for relaxed conversation and the fellowship of the pipe. We meet in the lounge area.

The older guys that work there are great. The younger guy with the long hair and the woman usually working with him are dismissive and not terribly interested in customer service, it seems, possibly because im not a cigar guy. (im usually buying pipe tobacco.) Overly trump-heavy conversation in the lounge but that cant be controlled nor would i want it to be. Solid, recognizable pipe tobacco blends from stokkebye, and cornell & diehl. Good selection of pipes and accessories.

Place is completely unpretentious and comfortable, if you want to browse, you will be left alone. If you have a question, just ask and you will be given good advise. Lounge is comfortable and easy to jump into a conversation if you desire. Selection in humidor is outstanding. Great little place.

Really nice B&M. They have a TON of variety and a great selection. Don’t come here if you want to feel welcome though. Employees are generally pretty helpful but don’t expect a greeting when you walk in, especially if you look like a younger person.

Great selection of pipes and accessories. I got a new pipe and a small sample of one of their house blend tobaccos. That pipe, an H.I.S Italia, has since become my favorite. Cant wait to attend their Thursday pipe club.

Really disappointed in this place, seems run down and deficient. It used to be such a cool place. Dont know if there was a turnover in ownership or management or what happened.Sad really. Last trip in, staff barely acknowledged that they had a customer in the store. Never offered to help or even say a hello when I walked in the door. At checkout they continue to talk to each other and ignore me. When I asked a question the man rolled his eyes like I was a paparazzi snapping pictures of him as he exited Nobu.Truly hope whoever owns this place does something to restore it to its past glory, if not, there is always Cigar King or Magnums.

The shop is not bad, and the staff is friendly, except for the retard; the owner’s son. This guy makes it seem he’s doing you a favor shopping there. For example, I went in one day to buy a couple of my favorite boxes of cigars (CAO). The owner’s son first ignored me as I walked in; mind you the place was empty. Then when I asked if he could help me get a latter to reach my cigars, he told me to “Hold On!” No, “I’ll be with you in a moment….or….Sure give me one second please.” Finally, I paid with America Express traveler’s checks, which I admit is a bit of a pain for the shop to process. When the transaction was done, this kid doesn’t even say thank you! As I walk out he then says “Hey you! You need to sign the receipt!” HEY YOU? I just spent over $400 on a luxury item in a depressed economy! I deserve better service. I continue to shop there because his Dad is a nice guy and knows how to treat his customers, but he needs to slap his kid in the head and teach him a few skills in customer service.

A very large selections of sticks and With a comfortable looking smoke room!Services was a bit Unwelcomeing but hey it wasnt like going to Walmart!!So thats a plus!!Staff had interesting conversation about older rock music and they knew what they were talking about!!Si what the heck Ill go back next time Im in PHX !! I did a lot of research to find a place to begin my roll own cig. I thought this place had it all but was let down. I walked in and immediately felt out of place. They turned me away when I said I smoke menthol. Not worth the drive.
