This was my second time visiting Fumar while I was traveling through Phoenix. There is an excellent humidor, well stocked with cigars in all price ranges. The ambiance is excellent. Very comfortable and inviting. There is sports on at least one TV, and movies playing on another.Come by on a week day and see Gustav. He is knowledgeable and friendly, and will spend time with you and help you pick out something that suits your tastes.Veteran, military, and first responder friendly business. I will definitely stop in the next time I am in Phoenix.

I stopped by to find a gift for my dad who is an army veteran. I didn’t have any knowledge about cigars. The gentleman who assisted me was so kind and patient. He educated me on the different flavors and types of cigars. He also shared with me the history of the cigar lounge. I was blown away and it sparked a huge interest in me. I was satisfied with my purchase and look forward to returning. The customer service I received was beyond extraordinary. The energy there is great : )!!

Awesome place and people

I was on the hunt for some nice cigars and stopped in here to pick some up. It is such a quaint place with lots of varieties and Gustav was so helpful and courteous Ill definitely be back! Spoiler alert you must see the speakeasy in the back!!!

Warm, classy, mens cigar lounge. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Also veteran own and military friendly. Not to mention, they have a premium selection of cigars. I HIGHTLY recommend for novelist and experienced smokers.

I dont smoke but a relative of mine smokes cigars, the guy at the counter greeted me right away and was very helpful once I explained that I dont know anything about cigars. He recommended several good options for a variety of flavors.They are very patriotic, as am I, so we got along well and chatted about bourbon and their lounge that you can bring your own alcohol to hang out and smoke. I priced the same type and brand of cigar at a nearby retailer, and Fumar was very reasonable for their cost. I would highly recommend this place to cigar fans and anyone buying gifts for one.

Great place for a good cigar

Cant say enough good things about this place. Great cigar selection. Very cool lounge setup. David and his staff are always friendly and helpful. David even put together a very nice assortment of sticks (with personalized labels) for celebrating the birth of my buddys son. 5☆

Just moved to the area and stopped by and the guy was super friendly. Grabbed a couple of my my favorite smokes and he’s like nice choices man have you ever been here? I say no and he’s like here it’s on me a free $10 smoke! Wow, that’s all I need to know. Excellent selection and reasonably priced. 5 star for sure and I’ll be back. Customer service is the name of the game theses days this place hit the spot.Also, the humidor is a separate room, surprisingly large and well stocked with a few exotic and exclusives which is what I want. Period.

Fumar Cigars is an incredible cigar experience! You become part of the cigar experience at Fumar. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with new cigar smokers. The new interior is presented in such a way that you can mingle with fellow enthusiast, or watch the game, or just quietly sit back and relax. I smoke because it is a relaxing experience, and fellow cigar smokers represent some of the best people that you will ever meet! The patrons at Fumar Cigars are always friendly, and I NEVER feel like a stranger there.

Awesome shop. They are extremely proud veteran. They facility is inviting and great if you just want to sit down and relax with a nice stogie. Selection is huge and well priced. Fumar Cigars is a great place to purchase all of your Cigar needs. I was able to learn a large amount of information and get suggestions from Adam one of the employees. He was extremely helpful and the prices were very reasonable. I was suggest anyone looking for cigars to check out Fumar. A+++++++

What a great cigar shop with walk in humidor and plenty of selection with comfortable leather couches and chairs to comfortably lounge in with great customer service ! I highly recommend this too any cigar aficionado!!!

I reached out to David over at Fumar to help set up a Cigar Bar for my annual charity golf tournament. David and his team were AMAZING! They provided some wonderful options all in the price range that was doable for our organization. Showed up and created a beautiful display for registration, even provided custom labels for our sponsors. And then set the bar up again during our luncheon for a handrolled cigar bar. It was wonderful. Thank you so much for the great service and for helping us make a wonderful event!

Im only giving four stars because Ive never actually been here(dont smoke cigars). However I called around looking for pipe tobacco and David informed me they dont carry it but asked where I lived so he could recommend the best/closest place to find what I wanted. Very polite and helpful, even tho Im not a potential costumer. Goes very far in my book.

I walked into the store and the owner and an employee where chatting. They looked at me and then looked away to continue their conversation. I assumed they thought I was a regular, so I went about exploring the store. They have a lot of neat little trinkets. The walk-in humidor up front was a little small but had the smokes I was looking for. Its a lot nicer looking now than in the pictures on the website, so those must be pretty old. Theyve even got a smoking lounge in the back.My issue was with the customer service. I stood at the counter while the owner and the employee talked to another person on speaker phone. There was even another person in front of me that left without purchasing the cigars that he was holding, left them in the pencil holder.When I was finally attended to, they employee was very nice and tried to talk to me about everything they offered. I was in a hurry at this point and couldnt spare the time to hear it.They pay so little attention that a person could actually walk in there, scoop up some cigars and items and walk out the front door.

Kind of an odd location for a cigar shop but it has a nice large lounge area, a smaller walk-in humidor, but it is stocked and full of a great selection of cigars at good prices. The employees and regulars there were very friendly and welcoming and I did not feel out of place the few times Ive been in there to sit back and smoke. If you find yourself in North Phoenix looking for a good place to grab a cigar and relax Id say this place is your best bet.

Came in for a morning cigar, great in house maduro, bought 6 of them and the 1st one was on the house. Very friendly and capable staff. 2 separate rooms, big TV in one of them. If I lived in Phoenix I would definitely be a regular. Thanks

Walked in excited to buy a cigar. Never heard of this place. Guys were in there talking, could care less they had a customer. I waited, walked around looking for someone to SELL ME a cigar. Living in the north valley I have a lot of options for cigars, but my preference is always Fumar. Adam, one of the employees, gives me great descriptions of cigars they have whenever I come in. Also with all of their TVs it is just a great place to sit down have a smoke and watch the game.

Great place to hide from the world and take in a great cigar. Built in the theme of the 1930s prohibition infused with Havana Cuba. This gem is hidden away in an industrial park, so you really are secluded.Designed by a Disney Set team, It has multiple TVS to catch the game. Also, the humidor is massive with a great selection and knowlegable staff. Bring you own eats. There is no foodservice here. They are a full-service cigar shop with all the bells and whistles

Dude with a ponytail helped me out...and he was awesome. I have been smoking cigars for a while and havent found a place like this. Three $8 sticks (Joya De nic.) And got one free.

Al is the man, learned how to roll cigars here and Ive been a member ever since. Super chill, you can bring beers and food in if youre a member. They have poker games, comfy indoor seating and an great selection of sticks. A1 spot
