What a fantastic shop! You cannot go wrong stopping in here! The service is so far beyond five star you have to experience it for yourself. I came in to buy a pipe, a Peterson. But thought to look at Savinelli as well. And wow! Was I surprised and delighted. The man at the counter showed me a 40 year old vintage straight pipe and a few others ( they have a huge selection of everything you could want) but I was sold. He knew the history of the pipe and passed it on even, which I appreciated personally. Took it home and had a wonderful smoke with it and can’t wait to have it for many, many years to come. If you’re a tobacco pipe smoker you have to check this place out. They just got themselves a new regular out of me. Bought a few tins of tobacco and it was fresh and not overpriced. Truly a top shop all around.

I like this place because its kinda incognito re its location. Plus, you can smoke your cigars on the premises. The prices are very reasonable, especially the full boxes, which I only recommend if you have several guys who are doing a guy thing and enjoy the experience. The staff is old school friendly, which means you get your chance to choose your own guilty pleasure, and if you need help as a neophyte, theyre there to give you some insight.

Stopped by today and the store is closed. No notice, nothing. Slap in the face to customers. Good riddance.

Stags! A classic cigar store with a lounge. Never found better and I love cigar lounges! The customers are as authentic as the cubins they smoke! (Thats cigar humor 😊). Probably the best stocked humidor in the valley. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff who Ive personally watched help spouses pickout a selection not cigars for the smoker in their life. The help they gave was spot on. Love this place, feels like home even though I moved to the other side of the valley and dont get back much. Enjoy!! Must try.

I went there to get my boyfriend some pipe tobacco and had no idea what I was doing. The gentleman who helped me was great. He was very patient with me letting me take my time smelling all the different tobaccos. He suggested a few different kinds which I ended up buying and my bf loved. Ive since gone back 2 more times and each time has been great.

I love the atmosphere! This is where I go almost 3 or 4 days a week. The guys who work here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Stop by and smoke in the lounge for a relaxing time. Not only do they have a great selection of cigars, they have fantastic accessories and gifts.

Ive been stopping in periodically to the shop for a few years now. Im always impressed by the sheer amount of knowledge and experience the staff is happy to share. Ive bought cigars, pipes, and pipe tobacco and not once has a recommendation from the crew led me wrong. They have good prices and a HUGE selection. Special thanks for helping me build a cigar sampler box to send to my buddy in Antarctica; the package was eagerly received and enjoyed by the whole station crew.

Well stocked, with super friendly people, support your local brick and mortar pipe tobacco and cigar stores, very few of them left due to online shopping and general decline in people actively in on the activity. Their price may be just a tad higher than online but what do you expect, they have to pay rent and overhead. 👍

I had never smoked pipe before, only cigars but I was looking for pipes because I felt it would be more satisfying (It was, or maybe it is just the atmosphere of people in there). These guys checked my ID like a responsible shop owner must, asked me why I wanted to invest in pipe, and offered to educate me on selecting a pipe(s) and tobacco to smoke. One of the regulars also helped me choose what I wanted. Overall, the staff were INCREDIBLY friendly and more than willing to play 20 questions to help me understand what inwas doing. Honestly as a young guy walking into a few cigar shops has felt uncomfortable, but not the case here. I felt welcomed and was helped with respect. The guys I sat and enjoyed my cigar with were friendly and easy to jive with. Great experience!

This is one of the few actual tobacconists in Phoenix. No stinking glass pipes, no Vape. Just good honest tobacco pipes, cigars, and fine tobaccos. I highly recommend them and their sister stores in Phoenix and Scottsdale.

This place is a gem for any cigar or connoisseur. Their humidor has the best selection I have found in the Valley and the staff is filled with people who actually smoke and know a lot about cigars. They have regular events from all the top cigar makers and distributors. The decor is a little run down but dont judge a book by its cover.

This place has been here forever. Back in the day it was inside the mall near the ice skating ring. Anyways, I digress. Tons of tobacco and products. Briar pipes and a walk in humidor filled with cigars. If your into using quality tobacco then this place is already on your weekly to do list.

As someone who has been purchasing cigars for over a decade, I am happy to have found my place to buy cigars! They have some of the best selection around, stay very reasonably priced, and they keep their humidor very well maintained. I can no longer buy cherry root cigars anywhere else because the ones I get at Stagg are the only ones that are not stale!

I wanted to get into pipe smoking. Watched a few videos on what to buy and how to smoke a pipe. Rob was the one to help me out, he recommended me the corn cob pipe, great for beginners. Everything he recommended and gave me was spot on for a beginners kit. I got a better deal here by far than I would have on the internet. The best advice was the guide for smoking a pipe they gave me. The tobacco I got is amazin! If you are looking to smoke pipes COME HERE. Great service, great products.

I was looking for a large Tobacco place here in Phoenix, more specifically: Cigar and Pipe supplies & smokes. This place has it all! I only gave it minus one star because a few times Ive walked in and had a rude employee... This guy wouldnt even return my hello, instead just stared at me and said nothing. He wouldnt help or assist either. Note that this is only a few times that ive been to Staggs, and is with the same clerk. Other times Ive gone, theyre extremely helpful, and nice as well.
