Stopped by for a little birthday gift surprise.They were open, but the door was locked... so I called and they immediately came from the back to assist me with a quick purchase.It was my first time there, and the girl was so helpful and friendly.I was surprised that they also make fruit shakes, and had flavored gift bags of popcorn, chocolate covered nuts, books, etc for gifts.Well be back shortly to try those shakes!

I have ordered from this store in the past and they did a pretty good job. Unfortunately today the presentation of the birthday chocolate strawberries I ordered was sloppy! I know it’s not going to be exactly perfect like they advertise but my god take better pride in your work! I won’t be ordering from this store again!

Worst experience with any delivery/gift I have ever received. (Or was supposed to receive) The office does not communicate messages to each other, doesnt check voicemail and has no system for recollecting messages and conversations. They tried for 5 days to deliver (only one of those days I was not home, since no one calls to ensure someone will be there to receive a perishable package) One of the attempts made to deliver they just simply arrived without my gift on the truck! I feel bad for whoever tried to send me a Happy Birthday gift-which I still dont know who it was, since I never actually got a chance to read any card or message from the sender. The drivers were mostly friendly, especially Tom, who felt bad for all the failed attempts and for me not receiving my birthday gift. I spoke to him on the phone 3 times, and once in person and the office still couldnt coordinate my very simple instructions through him. It really should not take countless attempts, messages, phone calls and delivery attempts. Terrible.

Best place ever

Amber is absolutely a gem! She went above and beyond, sooo this morning I got on their website and ordered a late present for my husband and the website had the option for a 9 pick up... so I chose that time, but they open at 9, they weren’t able to have it ready. I asked if she had anything readily available and she came back and said she could put something together and wouldn’t charge me for the difference and she put something excellent together! My husband loved it. She made my morning!

I had the hardest time trying to decide what type of an arrangement I wanted to buy for a job I had recently left. I called this store and spoke to Richelle twice. She was EXTREMELY helpful, kind, and knowledgable. I have never dealt with a person so delightful over the phone like she was to me. She seemed very passionate about her job and was eager to help with any question I had. Her suggested arrangement was a hit at my previous job and everyone was overly satisfied with their gift. Thank you Edible Arrangements for hiring such a pleasant person to represent your industry, and Thank You Richelle for your kind heart and willingness to help, that will take you further than most in this world :) I will be back to this location for any arrangement I want done in the future mark my words!

Outstanding customer service!!! My wife and I ordered an arrangement for mothers day to be delivered the day prior. My mother had a short notice trip planned that we didnt know about and she was leaving the morning of the delivery. She flew out and missed out. But the fine folks at this location decided that a mother shouldnt be without a delicious edible arrangement. At no additional cost to us they made sure my mother got her gift after she got back into town. Fantastic service from start to finish!

Hard to find and very poor directions online to help. Their register could not print a receipt. The location they closed down on Ray Road in Chandler was a much better location and more user friendly.

Have used this for a few years now, and in different states, and different locations. Every time, my order is perfect. What a great product. Keep it up! (And covered in chocolate)

I will never order at this location again. I placed my order a total of 2 items and only got 1 item I place my order online and I double check my order and when I went to go pick up what I ordered I was told that I only ordered one item now I try to go back a line to get a receipt or a copy of the receipt or what I ordered and I was unsuccessful so I lost $54 because of this people they are not organized and this is the first and last time I will ever order from these people I dont recommend this location to anyone.

Ordered by internet as a gift, and this was the store suggested for the Tempe market. Received a call from Rochelle (sp?) who informed me the particular vase was out of stock, and she asked if a substitute vase would suffice. I said that’d be no problem and she said for the inconvenience she’d add 3 balloons to the arrangement for no charge. She didn’t have to do this but it was very much appreciated!!I live in Chicago, but I have highly recommended this store to my relatives in Tempe based on the service provided by Rochelle!

Horrible! They fool you with whats in stock. Then there is no corporate number to call about their store service, franchised, so everyone for themselves. Its ridiculous. Also their website system makes no sense at all, so, if an item is still available in like New York but not in Arizona, you can still order it in Arizona and assume its gonna get to your destination until, you receive a phone call that is like when your working or last minute that says oh by the way we are out of that, my question is why was I able to click on that item and Im in Arizona if its ONLY in stock in New York!?!?!?!?!?!, what ancient and embarrassing coding and technology for your corporate website that doesnt make it not clickable, another example of corporate horribleness and lack of service, and then the store level calls and blames their corporate for this problem! Guess what? You have now lost thousands of dollars from our company now and congratulations. We will stick with mom and pops businesses. Too bad you said you were not able to do anything to make it right but just give me something else, maybe you should take it off of your website instead of just trying to make more money despite your customer base. Bye bye.
