Its a tricky spot to find, just FYI Its in front of the theatre. Not the best customer service. Also, tried twice within 3-4 days apart and the sugar free chocolate hasnt been fresh. The toffee was sticky and not crunchy, plus it was expensive.

Really cool selection of treats and the staff was very friendly and happy to chat with me about their personal recommendations. I grabbed a frozen banana with coconut shavings and that was DEFINITELY the right choice.

I was greeted when I walked in the door by my friendly associate and was treated like a real customer should be treated! I will definitely be going back to this location for all my Rocky Mountain chocolate factory needs. This was the best service I could hope for. Too bad they don’t work everywhere else.

We ordered the chocolates from QVC and they were very small and they came from Colorado and the box didnt even look good. They should do better on delivery because they were half melted and the didnt even replace the chocolates only the money back. We live in mesa az. We dont order the chocolates any more because they dont taste good. They should make better chocolate. Thank you

I went in and the cashier Cindy ran me out for a cent chocolate my daughter accidentally dropped on there floor. That’s all we got. Instead of providing customer service and offering us a new product because it landed on the dirty floor they ran me up again. Other companies give a least a free chocolate to my one year old which I didn’t expect but I did expect them to help replace the ruined chocolate. All that for a small chocolate 🤦🏼‍♀️

Stopped here after a movie as usual and they forgot to include the liquorice in the bag of goodies we bought. Had to go all the way back. Not even an apology. Disappointed!

Great variety of fudge. My favorite is the Old Fashioned. Clean and friendly.

Usually froyo is my thing but this place is the best. It is attached to a Yogurtini and has everything you could want. The staff is friendly and the store is always clean. Of course, the candy and froyo is great.

Cost too much for a small serving of chocolate that isnt that good. But the staff is nice and friendly.
