I purchased a Jeep JK with about 20,000 miles on it a few years ago and brought it in here. The alignment was off when I bought it and it had started to develop a pretty bad vibration at anything over 55 MPH. So I took it in to get an alignment done here, when I set the appointment the rep on the phone seemed convinced this was Jeep death wobble. Having owned a prior jeep and experienced and repaired death wobble, I was pretty confident this was not the issue, especially given the symptoms and the mileage. But I decided to set the appointment and get the alignment done any way. I dropped it off at the appointment and shortly thereafter got a call that the car was done and to stop by. When I came back they told me they had diagnosed it as death wobble and that an alignment wouldnt help. They then proceeded to tell me that I needed to replace the ball bearings in the tie rod and draglink, and proceeded to wedge a crow bar in the ball joint to try to make it flex, telling me that this meant it had gone bad. Glad I didnt buy their $1,000 solution, turns out the real problem was that the Mud Terrain tires on it had worn unevenly due to the alignment issue (tire cupping) and that was causing the vibration. Two new tires and an alignment from another shop and the problem has been 100% fixed for the last 40,000 miles. I cant decide if this was just incompetence or if they were intentionally trying to sell me something I didnt need. Seems like a shop such as this should be able to spot the difference between death wobble and tire cupping.

Never allowed me to see actual product before install. Then, after my kids and I couldnt use them as they were too far forward I asked to pay more to swap out. They refused and gave attitude.Im a vetran with a bad hip, back and knee... I just wanted to enjoy my 4x4 a little longer. This was a horrible experience and I couldnt recommend this place except to my enemies.No customer service.

Gregg was great to work with. I had TONS of questions and he answered them all. He gave great advice and recommendations and steered me away from what would have been a couple of bad decisions on my 4Runner. Hes incredibly knowledgeable and the shop did great work. They installed a lift and wheels/tires and everything went just as he said it would, job was done timely and the work is great. They also had a better price on both the wheels and tires than a large national chain that Ive usually gone to for those. Id highly recommend them for anything 4x4.

These guys took care of me and got my truck back in time and no issues un between, all I did was give them ideas and they got it done. And I am really satisfied.They completed my 2021 Ram with lowering rear end and flip cover and my 2021 F450 with a little more than that.Thank you Mike and team.

Terrific service and a quality install of Bilstein 6112’s in the front, 5160’s in the rear, with an add-a-leaf, and a differential drop on my 2019 Tundra SR5 CrewMax 4WD. I spoke to Todd about getting an alignment done. He was very professional and was able to get me in and out with no issues. The tech who worked on my truck did a great job. Their shop has a little bit of everything. Nice cars, trucks, jeeps and even UTVs.

We had some cameras installed on the company trucks. The SR couldnt tell me much about the DVR and cameras, he said it was because we brought them in, so I guess I will look into it through Google. Other then that the people her are attentive and come check on you when enter the store. This place seems to do a lot of cool installations.

Worked with Konrad to help design 6 lift and 35 tires for my 2017 Ram. The result is beautiful. More importantly these guys stand by their work and go the extra mile for the customer. If you want to do any automotive modifications make sure you call Konrad.

Konrad answered my phone call and talked me through all my questions and pointed me in the right direction without any pressure. He was great to work with and his team did a great job on the install as well. Sold me tires which I didn’t even know they offered, and installed my own lift kit I bought elsewhere. Great service and very fair prices.

Great work. They were able to get my lifted 4runner alignment done properly after firestone made it worse and claimed they couldnt do any better. Drove 35 minutes away and would do so again.

I needed a winch mount bumper for my 2019 Toyota 4Runner. I spoke to Gregg and told him I wanted a low profile bumper that would work with my Superbilt winch I already owned. He suggested the Warn bumper and sent me pics. It was exactly what I was looking for. They did a great job on the install. Job was completed as promised. I couldnt be happier!

I have been taking vehicles to Total Auto for over 15 years. They have recommended and installed rims and tires on several vehicles for me. They have also done a complete lift, rims, tires, body armour, and much more on my Jeep Wrangler. Scott is the owner and does a great job keeping his shop in top shape and providing great customer service. I have passed out Scotts business cards and referred at least a dozen people to this shop and nobody has ever not been happy.

First off this place is amazing, everyone was really helpful from Greg my advisor to Tony their parts manager .. they really helped me pick out the best combo of lift shocks and complete suspension set up on my Rubicon! I couldnt be happier with the great job they did! It drives better than I expected, procal set up, alignment, everything is perfect. Im so glad I found a professional shop and will definitely use them for future needs and refer all my friends!

Scott at Total Auto Pros helped my husband with a Teraflex 3inch lift for our 17 jk. Scotts recommendations for the project were excellent and didnt break the bank. His customer service skills are excellent. Was not just a pay and hand us the keys, Scott walked us out and pointed out everything they had installed and the purpose for it (who does that anymore). The install took about 6hrs the shop is organized and clean. We will not use anyone else for our future needs.

Prices are excellent and the service is outstanding. Had a leveling kit done here for my truck and it was done quick and for $300 less than anywhere else I got quotes. They even priced me out some rims and tires cheaper than Discount Tire could. Definitely the spot for custom accessories.

Once again, John and he guys at Total Auto Pros came through for me. I know theyre famous for really cool custom modifications, but they helped me with my standard tires too. Nice guys.

Quite surprised, not so custom - you should probably call before visiting them, they don’t work on all models of vehicles. I appreciate the time but felt that not much thought was given for a solution for adding more light to my vehicle.

So far, just stopped to get some.pricing and Glen and staff were very helpful...getting work done soon.....

Recommended shop by my Toyota dealer, I had looked around but after meeting Greg and talking for a while I knew this was the shop. I just wanted a leveling kit for my 2018 4runner. They did the job while I waited (I had made an appointment), in by 8 and out by 11. I am very picky about who touches my vehicle, they did first class work. I cannot thank Greg enough for taking a personal interest in my needs. I strongly recommend them and Greg to all who are thinking about modifications to their vehicles.

Short story: Ive found my go to shop and guy for everything 4x4.Longer story: I moved to the Phoenix area end of 2018, purchased a new Tundra, and started asking around about who to trust to modify it for my purposes. I was told more than once to look no further than Gregg Feinstein and Total Auto Pros. Sure enough...I met with Gregg, and explained to him my goals. Im no stranger to wheeling and modifications (Ive done everything from mild to wild, from stock to no longer street legal), but am totally new to the Tundra platform. I expressed my wants to Gregg, he listened, did NOT try to upsell me, explained what would work or not and why... from the first, he talked to me as if wed known each other for years, and were just two buddies discussing a build over a couple of cold ones. I cant tell you how much I appreciated that. He didnt tell me what I should do, nor did he make me feel like I was wasting his time because I wasnt looking to go all out this time. Instead, he told me what would work best to achieve those goals based on his extensive experience, and gave me options within those recommendations. He also invited me to shop around, research and decide for myself if his steer was the right one for me. And it was. I decided, we worked together, and if I dont say so myself, we nailed it.Also, his followup. Hes checked in with me, addressed a service issue that was probably my fault at no cost to me, and has generally stayed in touch to make sure Im happy and enjoying what weve built. Customer service doesnt get better than that.There are several good options in the area. But take this suggestion to heart: before deciding on who to trust your rig with, talk with Gregg and TAP. You wont regret it.

This place is the best! Its your one stop shop when it comes to outfitting your wheels. Whether you just need some and rims and tires or a total overlanding setup, they have you covered! Gregg is awesome! This guy gave us so much time and attention when we were there. Now, I just want to go hang out and talk shop with him ! He really really knows his stuff. We took my Lexus GX470 in for phase one: new Method 312 rims in bronze, Nitto ridgeline grapplers, new Toytech suspension with a 3 lift, 35% tint on the windows, running board delete, and airbag delete. While it was there, Gregg called me because there were a few issues he ran into: the front control arms were rusted out as well as the drivers side axle was leaking. Since we just moved here from Michigan, I knew the underbody was pretty rusted and we could potentially see somemore issues. I was thankful he called me and didnt just ignore these. We are stoked for phase 2 on order now: a Gobi roof rack with wind deflector and ladder, SSO sliders, and a 40 rigid light bar! I can hardly contain my excitement ! Since were super into camping, we are also going to be getting a custom rooftop tent, a refrigerator and some shelving built in the back. Guess what, Gregg can do it all!!! My husband is even going to go see them to get next week to get some new tint on his Ford Taurus SHO. Seriously, just go see Gregg at TAP, youre going to make a new friend! I sure did.

I posted in a local Jeep group in-search of a reliable shop after having a nightmare of an experience with a different shop in town. At the time, I was having massive steering issues and ended up paying a different shop a stupid amount of money to fix it. After posting, Matthew Lukase reached out to me and we scheduled a time to come by. Matt naturally seemed a little skeptical that another shop screwed up so bad, and was professional enough not to indulge in trash talking the other shop as well. A few hours after dropping it off, he was able to confirm my suspicions, and the team even uncovered additional things the other shop did wrong. After a day in their shop, I picked up and it was like driving a different vehicle. For the first time in a very long time, my Jeep rides in a straight line. I had a seal issue the next day with a slight leak, and they replaced the seals for free as well. Overall, if you are looking for a trustworthy shop, Total Auto Pros is the place. They seem to really understand the importance of repeat business & my representative Matthew Lukase was excellent throughout the process.

I worked with Greg Feinstein at Total Auto Pros on my new 4runner. He was recommended by the Toyota dealership which only works with the best and they nailed it on this one. He spent the time to educated me on what would be the best fit for me based on my needs and was price conscious. He picked up my new car right from the dealership and made the modifications and took it back for me, I never had to lift a finger. The car looks and drives amazing and the off road capabilities are greatly improved over stock at a reasonable price. I will 100% go back.

Had an appointment at 8AM for a lift kit install. Showed up at 7:50AM and dropped the keys off. Was told they will have it done around noon. Went back around 11 to check in and was done running errands so I would just wait out the rest of the time.. pulled in and my truck never was moved from the spot I parked it in. I walked in and Glenn said oh your late. I then told him my truck had been sitting there since 7:50AM and he had no idea. He said the guys will go to lunch and work on your truck right after. So I went back home and waited. Got a call at 3PM and he said they couldnt get my truck done.. so much for appointments with this place. First and last time

Had my 2019 Outback lifted with LP Adventure 2 lift kit, vision wheels and Falken AT rubber. Matt is a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately Discount cant read and sent grey instead of matt black, but I went with grey. Not your fault. Basically, Ill return to do more to the Outback

John, Scott, Glen and Robert are awesome people to work with. I got a custom system put in my F250 when everyone said it cant be done. If you want clean work, and to work with an A+ company call them youll never be let down..

Great service and very professional

I am very picky and a all around pain in the ass. I spent 6k with TAP and they did everything I asked. I had a small issue that was probably my fault for not disconnecting my sway bar on a trail and they still replaced the part and put up with me well. Thanks John T I recommend you guys highly. So 5/15/2018 went back for even more work but this time I got a little deeper into my Jeep. I seriously recommend total auto pros 150% I have spent around 12-15k in the last 9 months or so with them and they never disappoint. I am one happy customer. Thanks John.

I am a 2014 Jeep JK owner. Scott and his team have provided several rounds of upgrades to my vehicles. I was most impressed with the knowledge of Scott and the suggestions that he made for my vehicle. Many of those suggestions were for less costly parts that were in his opinion better options for the Jeep. Robert is second to none with his audio and wiring creativity and installation skills. If your looking for an alignment shop dont even consider Total Auto Pros. They have no idea what they are doing. Dont buy into their story. Cant even perform a simple front end wheel alignment and a regular passenger car. They overcharge for poor services and dont even give you a print out of the work. The car left their shop worse then it went in. Buyer Beware!

You want integrity? See Scott Moise at Total. I sent my wifes new 4runner for a lift kit, he quoted me 785 installed. Well my wife picked it up and the next day I asked her the price was 785 right? She said no, Scott told me it was only $661(give or take). I mean WOW! Who would do that?? Thanks Scott! Its rare to find that anywhere anymore....My Gramps is smiling down at you!

I just had my 2014 Jeep Wrangler JKU modified with an AEV 3.5 lift, Toyo Open Country M/ts, and Fuel Trophy wheels. I also had TAP make some other misc modifications and repairs. I used TAP based on a previous positive interaction last year.My experience is this: Total Auto Pros is the BEST! They do awesome work and their prices are fair. I never once felt that I was being taken advantage of in any way. If anything, they did work for me that they could have charged more for because the job took longer than expected, but they didnt, they just did the work, and the prices Konrad gave me were very competitive. I appreciated that a lot! The bottom line is this: If you are considering buying product online and having it installed locally, honestly, you will do better at TAP. Check them out...I would like to give a special shout out to my sales representative, Konrad Apfel. He is an awesome guy and worked with me 100%. I was out of town during the install, and Konrad was totally on top of the install and communicated with me via phone,, email and text as issues came up during the week of the install. I just dont know how the experience could have been any better. If you choose to have work done at Total Auto Pros, call Konrad and you will not be sorry in any way. He was a pleasure to work with and is a professional in every way!.
