I asked Audio Express to use my old sound system to reinstall into my new Chevy Tahoe. Audio Express turned my old system it into a bass beast 🔊 The quality of work is professional. The turn around time was fast. I used this same Audio Express in 1996 and I would recommend Audio Express to this day.

I wanted to surprise the Hubby with a complete sound system for his truck on our anniversary this year. These guys hooked it up! Ty, Sam and Kameron helped me pick everything from start to finish (I had no clue what I was doing haha). They were even willing to stay three hours past closing so I could pick it up same day which was SO sweet and shows how much they value each customer. Thanks to Angel though, we had it FOUR hours later!! Awesome! Definitely recommend to anyone for an audio experience. Other than being at Audio Express for four hours, my visit was pleasant. I was informed of potential battery drain as I have a hybrid and they needed to tap into the battery that powers the car as my car does not have a separate 12 volt battery. They informed me before doing the install, which I greatly appreciated. I have an Audio Express closer to home, but choose this one as I have always had great service so why switch? I will continue to go here when I have audio needs :)

Very happy with my entire experience at Audio Express, I had stopped in to explore upgrading the audio system in my car, I was greeted immediately upon walking in the store. The salesman asked me what I was looking for, we went out to my car and he did an assessment of what we were working with and what I was looking for, we then went back inside and I was provided several different options for an upgrade to my audio system. I had not planned on having the work done today but the salesman said if I wanted to they would be able to fit me in and I was given an estimated amount of time it would take so I left my vehicle and went home. I was very happy when I picked up my car, the subwoofer I had installed was exactly what I was looking for and now I’m super happy with the sound in my car. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here to have the work done that you want they are very professional, products are excellent and the work was flawless, I take my hat off and say thanks to the team at audio express for the experience, I I have no problem recommending them for your audio needs.

Very great work, only bad thing I could possibly think to say is that the waiting room was small, but that really didn’t seem to matter. In the retrospect of things it was adequate enough. The team there didnt seem to take too long to install my new head unit, back up cam, touch to talk mic, and all new tweeters, 6.5s, and 6x9s, previously mounted, wired up.Everything looks and sounds great. Can’t wait to get some subs an amp and whatever else electronically I may want installed. Seems like they have a plethora of install opportunities in the range of push to start, total keyless entry, integrated discrete radar detectors, Etc.Needless to say I would reluctantly return to this location in particular, in comparison to other audio express locations I have personally visited. Respectable customer service as well as decent intermediate cleanliness, great time management, and all-in-all just a surprisingly spectacular experience.Huge Thank-you to Sam and everyone else there whom helped with the installs needed on my sexy tacoma.Have a wonderful and blessed everything to all, ✌️.

I went there when my system had issues from an install Somewhere else, and they immediately got me in and diagnosed the issue and made sure I knew what the issue is right away and they got it done the same time and even stayed late to make sure it was fixed the right way. After they fixed it Glen made sure I knew what was going on and made sure to explain how to make sure it doesn’t do it again and showed me how to properly run my system, I am soo thankful for Glen and everyone there for saving my system and saving me more money in the end and I will DEFINITELY will be going there for all my car needs! After years of not having a system in my 911, I decided to get one. All part of a restoration project. Sam and Glenn and the boys in the back REALLY did a great installation. Driving the thing is naturally fun, but with music, its significantly better, and I never would have thought that possible. Pricey? Sure, but worth every penny.

Brought my boat in for a new amp and they went above and beyond and dialed in my whole system! Great guys great work and good prices! I’ll be back for the next upgrade.

Went and got a viper alarm installed in my car. I have gone threw audio express before just have never been to this location. And let me just say a 16 year old kid looks like they installed this alarm for the first time. My other car that I got a viper alarm system by a different audio express was tucked and done so clean that a was amazed. So I figure they held the same standards at the rest of them. Well I was WRONG. I paid the same price for both of my alarm systems and got way different quality work. My first experience was definitely done by someone who took pride in there work and at this location seems to be the opposite. I would have not expected such basic work from a place that all they do is wiring. All my wires are exposed in front of my fuse box. I could literally unplug everything and be gone if I was a car thief. I will be going back threw to tuck the wires myself. I am very disappointed in the poor quality of work. But in the end the alarm does work.

Over the years I have used Audio Express for different types of installs in different vehicles. I personally like it when a company is consistent in their approach to providing the services/products they sell. Most recently, I have dealt with the team on Cactus. They communicate well, they do what they say they are going to do and the prices align well with the quality of the work provided.

There was a slight issue with the install but all it took was a quick call to Sam and it was taken care of immediately. I first went to an audio express off of bell road in Phoenix, Az but I couldn’t get any assistance at all from that store and was disappointed but I was willing to try one more store first and I did and the second store on cactus road was amazing they went above and beyond to make sure our needs where met for our vehicle and was apologized to for what happened at the first store on bell road and if you want quality assistance go to the one on cactus and talk with Glen he always made sure we understood what was going on with the fixing of our vehicle and was going above what he needed to, to be able to fix my car so much so he even drove to other store locations to pick up needed parts in order to fix the car so thankyou again for all of your hard work to both Audio express and glen their hard worker .

If I could give Andrew and his team 10 stars - I would!! From start to finish Andrew was amazing and a very good communicator. Please note that not all Audio Express stores are the same and I visited two others before choosing to work with Andrew and his team. They are hands down the best car audio installers I have ever worked with and I have had several car systems installed in the past. Not only did Andrew install my system but he asked questions and addressed my issues. For example, I wanted to sound deaden the doors and back cab of my 2014 Toyota Tacoma. Andrew recommended sound deadening the roof also which I did not think about. Also he addressed my concerns like will my car stereo drain my battery? Andrew had a great solution to put a non acidic battery behind the back seat of my cab so that the stereo runs off of that battery instead of draining my main battery. Now on to the quality of the work. I am a very anal retentive piece of work! Andrew and his team are as Andrew put it Artists and he was right. Most car audio installers are careless, leaving wire fragments, greasy hand prints, etc. Not Andrews team...the install was perfect. Now on to follow up. A good car audio installer will call you after the install to ensure you are happy. Andrew did just that and even let me bring the truck back to address some steering wheel control mappings. Went in to have a sub/amp installed and Glen was able to help me out and was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was able to have everything installed within a couple hours. Very happy with the work and will come back next time i need to purchase new audio equipment.

I went in with an hour and 10 minutes before they closed the day after christmas man I was so impressed with the great attitude and able to get me out of there 10 minutes before they closed and the work was beautiful. Please I went to the central loca and was 2 hrs before they closed and they had no cars being worked on and I couldnt get in at all. If you go to any Audio Express go to the Paradise Valley location on E Cactus. Very friendly and helpful great crew there.

Been to this location multiple times with different vehicles over the years. Most recently took my Tacoma to get headlights, fog lights and ambers installed. Glen and his team are awesome and will get you hooked up at a great price. If theres anything that changes that price they will let you knowand the reason why.

I recently visited he Audio Express on Cactus Road in Scottsdale. I was hesitant to stop in. I tried to add a Bluetooth adapter to an older stereo in my son’s car and failed. I ended up blowing a fuse and I couldn’t find it. The last thing I wanted was some young kid berating me about my failed DIY attempt. That wasn’t the case at all. Sam took the time to assess the current state of things and gave me an honest opinion without judgement. I was expecting an up sell at this point. Again, I was wrong. Sam explained that trying to Bluetooth enable my 15 year old Alpine would cost more and would be inferior to a modern head unit. Here it comes, I thought. Nope, he suggested if all I’m looking for is Bluetooth music streaming and hands free calling, he had a couple of choices for around $125. Sold! If I had known that in the first place, I wouldn’t have spent $30 on the adapter that didn’t work and avoided the frustrating 2 hours in the AZ heat trying to get it working.We discussed a back up camera for my Jeep. Now that I trust these guys, I will be going back.

This shop is full of wisdom and expertise!!!I am always skeptical about taking my vehicles into a shop because of some bad experiences, so I always do my own work mechanically. But when it comes to electrical and wires, Im at a loss. I called and spoke with the assistant manager Sam, by his courtesy over the phone I was immediately convinced to give their shop a try. Both Sam and the manager Cody provided the best service Ive ever experienced! They were straight forward and broke down the costs of the service and what it all included so simple for me. In the last two hours of their business hours I thought I was going to have to make an appointment for the next day, but they took my truck in right there on the spot right away! Over priced they tried to charge me 429$ For 1 “12”speaker with box. Totaling out at 1,000 bucks wit amp and install. They also told me they would have something around 600 bucks when I called once I arrived to the store the story changed. I noticed that they over charge for everything so I decided to buy my own speakers amp and just pay for install. They still tried charging me 600$. Stay away from this place unless you like over paying.

I could not speak more highly of my experience and the staff at this location. From start to finish it was easy and I am so happy with how my truck turned out. They took the time to educate me about what I had in my truck already and then again after they completed the install. B, my installer, was great! Zack was very knowledgeable about all their products. He helped me pick out a security system for my needs. The technician that installed the system went above the normal install and tightened up what ever was making nose inside my doors when I was driving. When driving vehicle home I thought I was in a different vehicle as it was so quiet. I am so impressed by the service and install I will definitely go back and buy more from this location.

I had the best experience at the PV AudioExpress thanks to Glenn, Sam and Cameron! I called this morning to make an appointment for a radio installation and I was told appointments were booked for a week out. Today was my only day off and thanks to Glenn I was able to be squeezed in after I got off work. The customer service given by Glenn, Cameron, Sam and the rest of the AudioExpress crew was phenomenal and I greatly appreciate their help with my installation! Highly recommend 😁

So.... What these guys didnt do, was to sell me anything that I didnt want.I described to the salesman what I wanted to hear and the type of music that I listen to and the volume preferred. He explained my options, preinstalled and let me listen and adjust and approve. The sales guys are cool and knowledgeable but they have messed up my stereo twice, and the prices are definitely not the lowest. You can get the exact same equipment installed at other shops for 2/3 the price. Shop around before you go to audio express.
