Well i. Because i thought i wanted a new stereo in my ...i guess they use outside installers...well the one that worked on mine this time caught under my hood on fire !!!!...so i took it. Back to them thinking the shop would fix it and make it right....Instead they did a basic fix and was going to charge my 150 dollars. Dollars...and when told them i only had 110 ....the owner took my used stereo that i paid 120 dollars for the 40 dollar remainder of the bill...and my steteo still doesnt work the way its supposed to!!!#...So your choice people...go to someone who just wants your (MOney!)...or go to a shop that will repair their screw up ..Because its the right thing to Do. ..if your answer was the second...Do Not go to stereo palace....!!!!!!-----!!!!!!

I had been recommended by a friend who says it was a great place. I went spent about 600 dollars and they mounted my Amp to cloth on back seat. Every time I had installed a radio system you always mount Amp on box. Now I went back and then the box moved in trunk and I had to mount it to frame of car which I asked him to do. So they gonna give me fifty dollar discou t but still the one installer is full of crop he wanted to zip tie my Amp to my seat brackets. How dumb.

Beware of this business they are overpriced, hostile, and provide no warranty! The owner will only be friendly towards you while your wallet is open! I was thrown out of the store today trying to simply get the stereo warrantied out that is defective after only 15 days. I was nothing but friendly and professional. He told me I would have to buy another stereo altogether. I told him relax calm down John and tried to shake his hand he told me he didnt want to shake my hand. I spent $2,100😮at stereo Palace and do not have a functioning system. The first stereo didnt play anything the second stereo jumps around at random and does not display the correct station. I had been nothing but friendly but the owner is very loud and pushy and unprofessional. Stereo they installed was a dual brand which is a cheap stereo that can be obtained at Walmart to install this stereo with four speakers I spent $560. They installed an off-brandf Avital alarm $550 I installed a backup camera which cost $183 they installed two 10-in kicker subwoofers with a 1000 watt amp and I provided my own box and charged me an outrageous $810. so for a total like I said of 2,100 and I do not have a working system! They did spend 20 minutes removing the alarm and reconnected it the day before getting thrown out but I bought them lunch to say thanks for doing that .(I had to unplug the alarm for an unrelated issue to take it to the dealer). You will find much better prices elsewhere with a warranty. I wish I never went to this place the only reason I went was because it was close by. I am a very honest friendly person and was brought up to treat people decent and with respect this is not a business you want to get involved with unless you like no warranty and being yelled at.

He lies about subs saying memphis m7s can handle the amplifier i had. Bs they got hot one got smoked. Pushing low end subwoofers. Knowing arent worth a darn.

Stay far away he is a high pressure salesman who will rip you off every chance he gets! I am disabled and have cancer (which I told him) after screwing ne out of $500 for a $120 alarm system, he tried to screw me out of $200 for a set of speakers, that you can buy on amazon for $90 A$$hole!

Great guys just dont bring them an bmw. I spent an couple thousand dollars - never got system right. So i had them remove everything and they wanted money for that too. (I owe rhem a few bucks still) I dont blame them for taking advantage of me because i let them do so.I just wish owner was alot closer to fair - he lost many customers as i have lived in the neighborhood where his shop is since 1972 and i have many many friends into cars..

Horrible experience with the owner . Bottom line hes disrespectful, when a satisfied customer is NORMALLY TOP PRIORITY for every business. He threatened me on top of everything. I wouldnt spend another penny at this hell house if my life depended on it. Neither should you. I felt like I was in a slum house the way the owner was talking. I felt as though I hadnt just given him $100. SMH. Alright workers ... horrible management or ownership or whatever u want to call it.

I felt well taken care of walking into the store. The owner seemed attentive and helped me figure out what I needed. He said hell have the radio installed in 20 minutes. It ended up taking closer to 45 minutes. After I left I noticed that the tech who installed the radio did a terrible job. There were scuffmarks on the dashboard around the radio because he must have used a screwdriver to get the old radio out. Great. Also the whole radio fell out after driving half a mile down the road. I went down the road to Arizona Sound and it turned out that the adapter used to make the radio fit in the car was broken. They also overcharged me on the radio. Its my fault I should have researched this business a little better, instead of just heading to the closest place. Do yourself a favor and go to Arizona Sound and not Stereo Palace.

The owner at first comes up to you really friendly and pretends he cares. After they installed my stereo the owner said if you have any problems Im here for you. A week later the stereo failed to work properly. I immediately went back and told the owner the stereo was not working right. He told me that whoever installed it did a crappy job. Exactly I said, you guys installed it. Then he pretended not to remember me and said that I never bought the stereo there nor installed it there. I showed him the receipt and he told me it was fake. He had the nerve to tell me if you want me to fix it Ill charge you extra. He is a worthless human being thats rude and a lying bastard. Be careful with this guy and dont buy from him..

Ive read some of the other reviews and respect the fact that everyone has a right to their own opinion. But i must say I am so glad I didnt just go off the reviews about this place, cause I wouldve missed out on some of the greatest customer service and products that I have received from Stereo Palace. The owner Johnny is great! He is passionate about his business and you have to respect that. He has been fair with me since I have started gong to him for my stereo needs. As for his installer Mark, he is very knowledgeable about his craft as well as other avenues of business. Needless to say I have found my spot for all my stereo needs but I have also from a couple of good people I can call friends. So like I said everyone is entitled to his/her opinion but dont short yourself try them out before you miss out.

They do such a good job installing car stereos that when my car got broken into they could not get the stereo out. Afterwards my stereo wouldnt turn on I brought it down to him they fixed it they got everything working and got the dash back in place. Friendly and great prices

Just stay away, not sure if the old Hispanic man is still installing car audio equipment but he broke several clips to my door while installing speakers and all he did was break the stock speaker brackets then drilled 2 screws to the sheet metal of the car... I had another shop fix and repair the damages after the speakers only lasted 2 months (I think it was due to improper installation) came back to this place only to get the run around about no refunds or exchanges.... I just went through kicker to do a warranty replacement and had the Frys electronics installers properly install everything. Bottom line dont let these guys install anything in your car.

Dont go here, waste of time and money. Been there 5 or 6 times for them to fix my alarm and they never do. Blame my car for it being messed up but other people have had same issue here so has to be their installation. Go to Audio Express they charge $50 more but youll get a great alarm besides Stereo Palaces amazon one. Literally check out their alarms and go to amazon its $50 but they sell for $300.

If I could rate this business with zero stars, I would. Worst experience ever!! Brought in my Cadillac to have a stereo/navigation installed, 2 amps and 4 speakers/ 2 woofers. In the process of installing the stereo, something was disconnected/wires cut/not installed correctly, as all of my gauges are now not reading. The car wont drive (I think it is a security feature). Nothing was mounted (stereo/amps). Amps were installed incorrectly, tweeters were blown because of how they connected the amps. When I came back, he said that there was nothing wrong with the car when I took it and wouldnt take responsibility. I paid $500 cash for the most unprofessional installation and now I have to take it to another installation place to have it done correctly and will have to take it to the dealership to see what was done to make all of my gauges/security system not work. I would never take my business here again and recommend that people think twice about patronizing this business.

THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!! Customer service is EVERYTHING. I cant believe the level of customer service that I experience here! I wanted to get a new car stereo put in and Ive had it from other places (such as Audio Express - Home of the $1 wire fire as well as other places). I walked into Stero Palace because it is literally right next door to one of my favorite lunch spots.. Pizza Divino (see my review on them... yummy!!). SO I decided to walk in an see what it was about and thats when I met John.. the owner.John ROCKS!! Stereo Palace ROCKS!! They make you feel like a rockstar, they are extremely reasonable with their prices (much better in comparison to othe places), and I walked away with a new car stereo. Professionally installed and handled. They do everything here... you want to jack up your car stereo to where your car bounces? This is the place to do it and John is the one who is going to not only take care of you but make sure you have a smile on your face!!!I cant say enough awesome things.... he truly went above and beyond for me and I was just some guy buying a cheap receiver for my crappy car. GO here.. I highly recommend and you will not be disappointed!!

Unexperienced installers!! They installed the amp under seat, but didnt bother to check if seat was still functional. It wasnt, went back and owner stated it wasnt his fault. Hmmm!! I guess it was installed by a ghost!! In that being said, he charged $60 to move it..... his fault from the start. Also, sub woofer was placed close to back seat and ended up ripping from rubbing on it. Once again, not his fault. A experience installer should have known and would have recommended a front face plate. Not the case!! Again not his fault!! So now Im out $280+$60..... A good business owner takes responsibility and keeps customers! Not him, he would rather take money and run!! Trust me when I say this, if you think about using him, pray you dont have issues or your screwed!! Im sharing this only to protect others as Ive learned a lesson from this place.

This guy has no shame, I went an asked for actuators and he wanted to give me a cheap kind, I asked for something better, and he gave me the same with current color claiming to be better, I asked before I left, are u shure this are the ones, he said yes, but I felted like, something We went right, I went some where ells to see if it was true what he had given me, I paid him 200 for 5, at fryes electronic they are sold complete kit with wires an all for 19, a d to add more he was selling me an keyless entry for the price that at frys are sold with installation, I came back to him and he got mad, he was screaming and saying, get out, get out with no respect!!! All I say here its the truth !!!! So this place its a rip off, and those that are just like will feel good here .

Recently took my car for an installation of a receiver, amp, & sub. Paid $175. My amp was old & created engine noise; staff & mgmt were not helpful in fixing the problem; which was very disappointing. Personally, I will never return.

Johnny the owner of stereo palace is one of the biggest, lying, pieces of crap. Not to mention very rude to his customers- a loud mouth.Everything in the store has fallen off the back of a truck ... if you know what I mean.If the police department started an investigation, Johnny would not have any invoices or receipts for product in his store.He does not warranty anything - He will take your money(gladly), give you stolen product and smile in your face.The products must get damaged when they fall off the back of the truck, because what I purchased - broke a week later (which theres no reason for it breaking) . Of course I brought this to his attention and he wanted me to purchase a whole new one, instead of just exchanging it out.I also had a Viper Auto Start Alarm installed and it has screwed up so many times. I keep taking it back to have it fixed and they say its fixed, but apparently its not because its breaks again. Its like beating a dead horse. I keep taking it back and they keep screwing up and not fixing it properly. Im so sick of it . Id rather pay someone else to fix it, then waste my gas driving down to stereo palace and they fix it for free. If you can even call it fixed.He doesnt even have set prices. For instance, one guy could walk in and he will tell him $50 and another guy will walk in and he will say $25. It just depends on what he thinks YOU should pay.Rob, the installer, is not a bad guy, its the owner Johnny.He smokes inside his store(he has no regard for smoke free arizona).If you would like to get screwed over then please go to stereo palace.
