Amazing experience. I called and was lucky enough to be able to get in the same day. When I dropped my car off I was met by Paige (who I believe is the owner) I was immediately impressed by her professionalism and her level of knowledge. I was provided with an estimate which I was happy with and kept informed. When i collected my car I have been nothing but impressed with the equipment and the work performed. This is one of those places that clearly values customers, real old fashioned good customer service. Cant recommend highly enough. I will certainly be using these guys again.

This place is awesome the owners are honest and straight to the point. They have done work on three of my trucks. The work they do is above and beyond they did a lift stereo, lights, airbags and air horns on my 2020 2500 mega cab. This place will be the only place that will ever touch my trucks. Well this would be my second review somehow my 1st review was deleted. I wish I could give them a good review but I cant my sounds system was not done right. The problem that I had which is why I brought my car in. I had a previous install added 2 amps with Lc7i and a epicenter but I had some distortion on my front door speakers. They where supposed to fix the issue. They didnt. They said they would have to redo the whole wiring to guaranteed the work. 3 days and $400 later the problem still their and I took a look at the work and to my surprise they reuse some of the wiring some even looks as it wasnt touch as it was still connected to the same spot. Im sure they do good work but unfortunately I didnt receive it. You guys double check work done. If your having some work be redone because of previous install mistake and they say they gone redo it with new wiring double its new wiring being use and not your old one

Called to set an appointment for tint. I was forwarded to a gentlemen who stated that he needed to see if they had time to remove my factory tint and he would call me back. Guess who never got a call back.Don’t trust them when they claim they will call back you will lose a full day trying to get something done.Response to reply:I don’t have any voicemails as you claim to have left or any missed calls at all for that matter. It’s ok. I have appointment set with another shop and guess what they didn’t need to call me back to set an appointment.

I was in a bind and needed fog lights installed before a big road trip. They fit me in next day and had me back on the road in less than half an hour. Planning to have them upgrade my stereo system soon, definitely recommend them!

I couldn’t recommend this shop in a more positive way. They took my 2021 Ram 2500 and did what I was told could not be done by another business. As a travel nurse just happened to be here for two months, and purchasing a truck as well, they got me in, answered all my questions and returned my truck in immaculate cleanliness. ND will be rollin loud and proud! I highly recommend!! My next truck will make the trip south as well.

Trash! Call them for an estimate on a simple radio installation for my 96 Jeep Cherokee. I talked to the manager. He asked me to send pics which I do. He didnt reply back. Hours later, I texted him again and finally he replied back and questioned why I dont install it myself. Are you kidding? Called Arizona sounds and they installed it in less than an HOUR!! How these guys have over a one star rating is beyond me. Go to Arizona sounds (35th Ave and Bell rd). Audio Techniks are HORRIBLE!

Calling in and making an appointment was easy. They Installed a Sony 4 channel AMP to boost the stock head unit in my 19 WRX. Car sounds great and install was clean. No rattling, no distortion, all factory functions still work. Price was same as audio express, and other local shops with less reviews.

This is a company that never sacrifices quality to meet a price point they’re number one concern is your safety and providing you a product that will achieve your needs and keep you safe. Their attention to detail while producing a top-of-the-line finished product is surpassed by none. My company and I personally have used them for over 10 years and would never consider another company, even if it means waiting a couple weeks for them to fit me in it’s well worth my time!

They did an amazing job with a stereo install on my Infiniti QX60!! They were very knowledgeable and professional and managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule when they were fully booked for weeks in advance. Such nice an honest people there prices are great!I commonly run into shops trying to over charge me an take advantage because of my age an being so young (18). But not these guys they never once tried to over charge me or take advantage of me. The quality of work is awesome an they sure do know there stuff compared to other shops.

One of the cleanest installers Ive ever worked with. These guys (And girl) really went out of their way to make sure the install was perfect and took every measure to make sure I was happy even though there were some unexpected things that came up that were out of their control which they could have charged me additional for (they didnt and honored the original quote). These guys installed a set of Amp Power Steps on my 2019 Platinum Tundra. The install was fast and extremely professional. The owners were an absolute pleasure to work with. They did an awesome job installing a 12in sub and amp in our 2015 ram 2500...and fixing it later down the road late in the day because I bought a cheesy 3rd party wiring kit. Great customer service!

Nice people. They allayed my fears around disconnecting door electrical connections. The quality of the speaker they put in my car was visibly much better than the stock Lexus speaker. Payment was easy and effortless and about 25% of the dealer quoted price. Its nice to find people who look out for their customers.

Val replaced my factory speakers with the new Morel Maximo Ultra 602 and 692 coax speakers. These entry level speakers sound really good off the factory head unit. I appreciate the time and effort put into the install. Cant wait to come back.

I recently had Audio Techniks perform a very complex installation on my Audi that was way beyond my work scope. After being around electronics for quite some time I knew the difficulty of this job. Ive come to audio techniks a couple of different times now and have always been extremely satisfied with the service and prices that they offer. Extremely knowledgeable and they dont nickle and dime you like most of the larger shops in the Phoenix area. Would highly recommend them.

On Friday, January 24th I stopped in to Audio Techniks to get an estimate for installing a sub, HD cams, speakers, and a tracker on my daughters car. The owner told me he would give me an estimate within a few hours and to text him in case he forgot to send me an estimate. By Friday night I had not received an estimate, despite the fact that I texted him twice that afternoon asking for him to please just give me the pricing on install. By Friday night I was frustrated. I texted again and asked if he ever did plan to send me an estimate. Usually if a customer takes the time to drive down to their store, an owner can provide an immediate estimate. He said he had been too busy and that I needed to be patient. So, in fairness I waited. Saturday morning I texted again, and no response at all. So, Monday morning, I simply said it was clear they dont need my business. I really wish they would have just said that they could not do the job so I could have lined up someone else to get the install done. It appears that they pick and choose their customers according to the jobs they want to do,They have extremely poor customer service and as busy as the owner may think he is, his customers may also be just as busy and he should treat them with courtesy and respect.

Bought a Bluetooth stereo for my father - in -law and Val guided be to a version that he could use even as an older guy. They got it installed and trained him how to use it the features. They are great!!!!!!

He spoke with an open mind and even gave me an opinion on what he thought would sound best in my G35. I took his advice and i am truly amazed on how my car sounds. I had an NEX installed w/speakers $1500.00. The customer service was horrible. VA the young girl in the young kid never gave me all the stuff for my stereo so I had to go back multiple times to get it. They destroyed both my door panels and blamed it on something else.This place should not be allowed to conduct business.
