They do not honor their own warranty. Do not buy

I purchased this last year. Its a great rug, have another just like it. I wrote a review on Amazon (where I purchased it) and gave it 3 stars because I didnt get the bag that was supposed to come with it. I wrote an e-mail to the company asking if they would send the bag. A year has gone by...no bag...no return e-mail. I guess since they have my money they can forget about me. So now I give it one star. If you want everything youre supposed to get for your money...shop elsewhere!!!

Really great Customer service, I bought a chair from a retail store a few 1.5 years ago. Its my husbands favorite camping chair. I contacted Mingd Mark via email about replacing or buying a new chair from them. They did not make that particular chair anymore. Instead they offered to send me a newer model chair. Free of charge. I was greatful for it. Not a lot of manufacturers would have done that.
