I am very happy with Wilson Camera! My first time going there was to get a very important, old family photo restored and to get copies made. They explained to me each step in the process and the pricing was so reasonable. A few days later I went to pick it up and was extatic to see the beautiful restoration end result! My dad was so happy.I knew exactly who to contact when I needed professional business cards designed and printed for myself. I sat down with misty and was very pleased with the way these turned out as well! I highly recommend Wilson camera for all your lab printing needs and next time I need a camera I will be visiting them again.

We were traveling through Phoenix and needed some film developed. A quick Google search said that Wilson was the only place left in town that still did 1 hour photo. We drove 20 miles to get to this place on a Friday and were told they didnt do 1 hour service and that the prints would be ready on Monday and they would call. We stayed 3 extra nights in Phoenix in order to get the film developed. We never got a promised phone call on Monday so we called and spent 10 min on the phone with an employee who couldnt find a history of us ever dropping off the film. Eventually, he called back and told us he had found the record and our prints were ready at the Phoenix store. We drove the 20 miles to the store again to be told (by the same man who had said they would be ready on Monday) that the camera hadnt even been sent away for processing, that they dont even process over the weekend, and that it would be another 3 days (but if we wanted to pay double, we could get it in a day!). We asked for our film back and left. This place felt sleazy, unprofessional, and uncommunicative. Now we have to continue on our trip with undeveloped film after spending an unplanned 3 days in town for nothing.

When I bought my camera, they gave me excellent advice, even talking me out of the camera I thought I wanted when it was very clear that it was way too much camera for my skills at that time (and in all likelihood still is). The owner also gave me a very good deal on a class taking place a few days later to make sure I really understood how to use the very complicated piece of technology that a DSLR is in the hands of an amateur like me. The class was great and I came away knowing the rudiments of this new fantastic Nikon D3100. I will definitely give my repeat business to Wilson Camera.

What great customer service! I bought my Nikon camera here on vacation 3 weeks ago and over the Memorial holiday weekend my niece messed with it and got the settings all screwed up! Needless to say, when I had emailed Jerry there about my situation he phoned me, even though they were closed and walked me through the setup to get me going again. I will highly recommend Wilsons to all my friends and fellow travelers. Great product, great service, great prices!

Great store! I received excellent customer service and they took care of my issues. They were very knowledgeable about my camera and fixed it. I also had them download my photos from my phone onto a disk.

I needed a UK passport photo taken (theyre very particular about size and background colour), and having had a disasterous experience at Walgreens (while they do print in international formats, they do NOT cut them to the correct size, and only use a white backdrop) I decided to go to a pro. Thank goodness I found Wilson Camera! They were super polite on the phone, and I didnt need to book an appointment. Within 5 minutes of arriving I had professional prints (taken in a proper studio with proper lighting with a pro grade camera) finished at a VERY reasonable price. Couldnt be happier!

While looking for a place to get a UK passport photo taken, I saw a previous review from someone who was doing the same. The photos must be a precise size, in mm, with specific background color, and the other reviewers experience made me give Wilson a try. Im glad I did; no appointment needed, had photos in hand within ten minutes, and the price was almost no different than when I had photos for my US passport renewal taken at Walgreens. Glad I went with Wilson!

Old cameras, better selection at Walmart or Walgreens. If your really looking for quality camera or a lens foto fourm is down the road.
