Apparently not a retail place as the map info indicates. One guy let me in, while the other one escorted me out and told me to check the website for updates. Would been good to know that in the first place…. It got kind of awkward. I’m not the type to trespass.At any rate, I’m glad that I did get a little bit of a glimpse, and so I can consider these when I’m going to shop for a new camera bag. I have a lot of gear and using a regular backpack is just not cutting it anymore. These look like contenders for what I need, especially when hiking in the mountains.

This has been by far the most amazing customer service experience that we have ever had!!! We originally ordered Adventure pack and quickly realize that the pack was too big for us. Allan and Jen were a pleasure to work with, we sent them pictures and they sent over multiple Atlas backpacks to our house, so we could try them on and compare them. We ended up keeping the Athlete pack, since it better suits us! The backpack is beautifully made, great quality and convenient design! Once again, amazing service!! Thank you Allan and Jen!

I absolutely love this bag. I had been looking at for a little bit, reading about it, looking at photos and then chatting with them by asking a couple of questions. Im so happy that I did buy as I love the bag. It has so many pockets, which I love to have options and organize everything. I love that I can have my gear on one side and other stuff on the other side.

The showroom is an amazing place and getting fitted by the owner is an AWESOME experience! Allan really cares deeply about making this backpack work for you, as it is such a versatile pack. He took a lot of time to make sure that it was right for me, and he educated me all about the development and features of the pack I was buying. Highly recommend visiting this great shop if youre in the market for a camera backpack, look NOWHERE else! I also love that he takes the time to set your pack up for you if you want, he really helped me maximize space!

I just picked up an Atlas Adventure pack, and I am anxious to get it dirty this weekend in Sedona. I cant thank Allan enough for taking time to show me around the studio in Scottsdale and for helping me get the pack fitted correctly. Great service and a great product.

I cant say enough good things about this company. Allan (I believe hes the GM) is such an awesome guy. My pack arrived at the end of the week with a slight defect (the laptop sleeve was sewn too small), and he had a new one out to me just a few days later. They have the best customer service Ive ever experienced and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

I was looking for a camera pack that could also hold clothes etc. for a cruise to Italy and the western Mediterranean. I wanted one suitcase,one backpack to travel on ship and trains, nothing else. Allan, the owner of AtlasPacks works nearby me in Scottsdale AZ. I brought my camera gear and he spent an hour personally fitting me and my stuff to perfection. The bag is very well designed and comfortable. I can’t wait to test it out. Expensive, but well worth it.

Alan at Atlas packs was fantastic. I was in Scottsdale from Chicago on a Saturday and on a chance I called to see if someone would be there. Alan met me there at noon and we went through his offerings and he was able to fit me up and adjust everything on my new Atlas Adventure bag. After buying many bags sight unseen and not being very happy, I can finally say I have found the perfect all around camera pack/hiking pack. He was even able to ship back my old bag back to Chicago. Alan, its still in the box you shipped it in. I think it will stay tucked away for a long time. If you are looking for a pack, get Atlas. Quality is fantastic and the service is even better

Passing through town (PHX) today and was able to make arrangements to stop by the Atlas Packs facility to check out the Atlas Athlete pack (not many on store shelves yet to see). Like all of us Ive been looking for the perfect pack and thought this might be that pack but wanted to check it out before I bought one. Allen was more than happy to accommodate my schedule and met me in the lobby to give me a tour of their studio, tell me about the packs and help fit one to me. SUPER helpful guy and I walked out the proud owner of a new Atlas Athlete pack!!!
