Dan has been taking care of our cars since 2002 and we have no complaints. In fact, we have been treated like old friends. We have owned and maintained Mercedes, Audi, and my aging BMW E39 M5. AND we do not live in Phoenix - It is a 2 hr drive from our home in northern AZ and absolutely worth the trip.

I have been going to Import Car Corner for 5+ years and I wouldnt trust my car to anyone but them. Anytime I have had an issue with my car I bring it by and the owner Dan is always accommodating. They inspect and advise you what should be addressed and gives you a reasonable estimate before they complete the work. My car is 20+ yrs old and runs like new thanks to their great service. I have had nothing but a great experience with Import Car Corner, and recommend highly.

Having been around auto shops for many years & working for a BMW shop I have to say I was impressed with the owner Dan and the shop in general. Dan took the time to diagnose my BMW and explain the problem even though they were busy. There was no pressure, the price was fair and honest. This will definitely be my auto repair shop from now on.

This review should be 0 stars! Be aware, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! Import Car Corner scammed us! The owner, Dan Hancock lied to us and took advantage of us! A $1500 budget turned into a $2800 bill without approval, and I still have a car that will not run. I returned the car to have the Air Bag light turned off, which he left on the first time, and not only did he charge me $75 for that, but he hid my keys from his workers so I cannot take my car home. Too much to list and frankly it does not matter to any of you, be please, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

I’ve known Dan Hancock for years when I took my first car a 1971 Super Beetle to him. Dan and his team have always been very professional and straight forward and honest about the necessary repairs. He has never done any work on my vehicles without my prior knowledge and approval. I even started taking my mom’s car a 1978 Volkswagen Rabbit and two of my Toyota trucks to him over the years. I have never had to take back any of my vehicles for the same problem. Dan was able to diagnose and repair a front end problem on my 2000 Toyota truck when the dealership or no other mechanic was able to. We highly recommend The Import Car Corner.

Please dont take your car here. I have never been treated this badly before and the car is still not fixed. He has not even tried to make things right and is now blaming us, the CUSTOMER, that the car is not fixed properly.Stay away from this place.

Super friendly service. They get you in and out in record time without sacrificing quality. I got my car back in better shape that it was before the malfunction occurred in the first place.

I have taken my well preserved 2001 Jaguar XJ8 Vanden Plas to Dan at Import several times over the years. I keep going back because he is an excellent mechanic and probably one of the most honest business people I have ever dealt with. He continually looks for ways to fix issues with minimum expense to his customers. I highly recommend this business.

Owner could wait 15 minutes for me to arive to pick up my car and is not open on weekends so cant get my car till monday .
