Hey everyone!! First off i want to say Tom the manager is great! He works over the weekend and has the middle of the week off. I purchased a VERY expensive bed. But i never felt like just because i was buying an expensive bed i would be treated less if i had bought a cheaper one. We had a shipping issue but Tom the manager made it right! I wish more companies would follow through like mattress firm!! I would recommend mattress to anyone looking for quality bed. It may be more expensive but youll get a better night sleep. I know do. we are in our mattress so much!!

After lots of research and testing out various mattresses, we came in having a good idea of what mattress we wanted. Alan welcomed us and asked what we were interested in and explained the unique benefits of the mattress. He was also very knowledgeable on the options to customize our package and what the prices included and did not include. Before making our final decision, we tried a few other mattresses and Alan was extremely helpful with talking through the pros and cons with what we were looking for before ultimately making our decision. Her product knowledge was very extensive not only about the mattress I bought but about others that I considered. Its rare these days to find retail help who seem to actually care about obtaining the product knowledge important to their customer and for actually answering the customers questions and anticipating what those questions would be. I bought the adjustable bed frame for a total of 400 and change.. this includes frame at 299, Platinum service for delivery, and setup wish supposed cost is 149.99 but gave for 75.00 and then a delivery charge 25 that was waived, why would there be another delivery charge when includes in the Platinum service.When you go online, for the same... Frame is reduced by 100 and the Platinum service is normally125. You cant call the customer support number just too ask questions, very difficult . Called the retail store where I purchased and he was to busy, which I understand, he said he would call me back, he never did. In Q and A it says you have 48hrs to cancel, so I cancelled, case was submitted for review but they dont work weekends and will be reviewed on Monday. I would go somewhere else then go thru this hassle.

I just got a wonderful beauty rest mattress and I honestly could not be happier about the delivery as well as the engagement with Ron and Cara. The delivery men were very courteous and fast when coming; the 10 minute reminder was more like a 5 minute one! They came up promptly and were so fast with moving it. Really happy with my service. I purchased two mattresses and even though there was only one sales guy (Ron, I think) and multiple customers he was attentive to everyone. They were also having a promotion that wouldnt have applied to me so he worked to give me a deal of equal value.

It was very dead and quiet. If you were shopping for a mattress on a day like today, it would be perfect. The salesman wasnt too pushy either. He was more laidback which was good.

Thanks so much to the Mngr. at the Happy Valley store! I walked in on a whim not expecting to purchase, but in desperate need of smaller mattresses (because we moved and the rooms are much smaller). The mngr. was friendly and asked my needs and price range when he saw me looking at the lowest priced mattresses on the back wall. I told him I had priced some lower elsewhere and he offered promptly to match those prices! They were delivered the next day! Ended up even buying the brand new Mattress Firm brand memory foam mattress which had just arrived that week (we still love it too after 3 weeks of sleeping on btw!). He even got me approved on the spot for no interest for a year!
