My experience shopping for a bed was 5 star, thanks to the help of the delightful Viviana. She could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable when making a decision on which bed to purchase. I have called several other places, physically shopped at many other stores and I have to say, this store is amazing and so many choices in beds. Hands down, a wonderful experience and great quality! They sent a bed via FedEx and it was never delivered. We called the company they were exceptionally difficult to get ahold of and never answered the phone. The worker said she was the only one working. We were hung up on over and over again. They said that they gave us a refund after listening to my voicemail but never did.

This place is horrible. The beds are OK but the working conditions, Atrocious. The so called supervisors know nothing about running a warehouse yet a mattress warehouse. The supervisors discriminate and treat the people here so horrible. They yell at these employees until they cry, they pin their races against each other, they work them 13 hour days, the supervisors can leave 5 hours before the employees can, youre a supervisor do your job and supervise. These people work in 100 degree weather and have to supply their own fans because the higher ups whoever they are, because you dont really know whos in charge cant supply their employees good working conditions. do better.

Another great experience at a local company and big shout out Viviana. I previously bought from Brooklyn Bedding and I stopped in at the West Phoenix factory showroom to see if there was any available on sale. Viviana let me know of an upcoming Black Friday sale a couple weeks prior to Thanksgiving. Viviana was very knowledgeable and non pressure salesperson. I was more than comfortable spending a little extra on a quality product with over the top customer service.

We tried the others but came right back to the one he suggested at first. I ordered my bed from here at August 2, 2018.Few years past, I still love this bed.Product detail:- Brooklyn Signature- Size: CA King- Choose A Firmness: FirmI always feel the normal bed outside are too soft, my back and hip feel sore after me and my husband finally get rid of our old sprint bed.If you prefer firm bed, you may want to check this one. Only one thing I noticed is my husband who already sweat during sleep still sweat in the bed, he ordered something online to cool his side under the sheets, it may cost you around $300 easily for that. So if you are a person who similar as my husband you may want to find a different cooler model of bed with firm option.I would recommend this bed to my family and friend. I love the firm level and size.

These are the best beds ever! I bought one for my home, and then had to get a second for my cabin. After letting my brother and his wife stay in the good room with the nice bed, I have now bought a third for the guest room. (Im not giving up my bed anymore!!!!)

Company does not Honor Warranty issues on the mattresses they sell.I have filed complaints with the BBB and Consumer protection. Company will not answer the complaints. They were sure happy to help when selling me the mattress but now that I have an issue they go Dark. NOT Reputable update as of 1/28/21 Reached out as requested below with no response. Company did not reply to BBB or Consumer protection agency. Update Customer service does not respond. I have filed BBB Complaints and A complaint with the consumer protections agency. This company did not respond to any of them. I am not just bashing this company. They are being deceptive and should be held accountable.

She was extremely knowledgeable about the product, patient with the two hours it took us to decide on which bed we liked most (because they had so many choices). I’ll keep my review short and to the point. If you don’t like your mattress or there is an issue with shipping don’t expect a speedy response from customer service. Going on 5 weeks to receive a topper for a mattress that is too firm, customer service has done absolutely nothing to fix the problem. It’s risky to purchase a mattress online. I’d go with a brand that is tried and true and avoid Brooklyn Bedding at all costs. I would never recommend this company.

I was very surprised by how pleasant my sales agent Viviana Villa was. She was very courteous and helpful. When I first walked in I was a little apprehensive about doing such a big purchase, but she put my mind at ease when she told me that she had purchased a bed before she worked here. I came in to specifically test the Nest Alexander Signature Hybrid in person. Nest and BB are partners. I got to test the mattress I was interested in and then some. Viviana was very helpful and never steered me away from my needs. I ordered the mattress I wanted at a reasonable price. This isnt my first and wont be my last purchase from Brooklyn Bedding!

Bought mattress in 2018 aurora brand 1800 dls and seams are coming apart according to them they have a 10 year warranty. Well make sure you read the fine print mine had a small stain far from the actual defect and they told me that it voided the warranty

We had a great experience picking out our mattress at Brooklyn Bedding. Viviana was so great, friendly and honest. When we had our mattress and other items delivered to her house. We had all our items except for our cooling mattress cover. We were told by the delivery men it was “out of stock” and we would need to contact the store manager, Viviana. So I called and found out it was in stock but it was not put on the truck. Within an hour we had our cooling mattress cover delivered to our house. We had a great experience with BB and would recommend them to anyone.

Was hoping to get a Sojourn as I slept on one at a relatives. Hopefully no one needs one of your mattresses in a resonable amount of time. 7-10 biz days to get it to a customer in the same metro area is absurd. No pick up option either.luckily your competitors dont have this ridiculous issue.Couldnt even offer up an apology before cancelling the order.Glad others have positive experiences.

Did a lot of research and based on reviews went with their King sized Medium firmness mattress......it is phenomenal. I worried about getting a non-spring mattress and not being able to flip it (Im 240 lbs of cushion) but weve had ours for 6 months, Ive rotated it once just based out of habit but not need. No indentations, somehow. Amazingly comfortable; the wife likes a softer mattress, I like firmer, and this somehow makes us both happy. Ive had no back aches which was common place for me....worth twice what I paid but Im not complaining!

Anna has the perfect personality for the job and was very knowledgeable. We purchased a King Sized Nest Soft Alexander Bed. It is super comfortable and will be replacing a Casper Standard King Size that was not soft enough for us.

From the outside you anticipate good and fairly priced mattresses. I think the signage is what throws you off. 3grand for a mattress was sooo not what I was in the market for. Although, I think sleep is very important and spending top dollar is worth it if youve the funds to do so. Not a bargain store by any means.

I can not speak highly enough about my experience here. I was going to buy a mattress else where but wanted to cover my bases, Im SOOO glad I did I saved $2,500 shopping at Brooklyn Bedding as opposed to mattress firm for THE SAME QUALITY BED! Ana was amazing, so patient (I have 5 children, 4 of whom came with me) she never made me feel like they were an inconvenience, she even gave my boys a foam football to keep them entertained which they were able to keep! I bought the Addison medium, I ended up calling Ana back and exchanging it for the Addison soft, both the first time and the second delivery was PERFECT! They delivery guys even put my mattress protector on for me, as the mattress... AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! I have a bad back, I was in a VERY bad car accident and have herniated disks and terrible sciatica. Some days I could barely lift my foot off the ground, now I wake up with NO PAIN... NONE!!! I have had my mattress since new mattress since October and have been pain free for two months! Brooklyn bedding/Ana you have a customer for life! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
