Pretty nice bead shop. The shop has so many beautiful crystals, stones, glass and variety of beads for making jewelry.However, it was a giant challenge to find some decent items to buy within a budget. The owners were really nice. With that said, I understand them needing to pay all their bills and make a living. Its just simply hard to spend a lot these days on our tight budget.

Great neighborhood bead store with a lot of products in a small space. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are a little higher because they arent a big chain store, but the selection is terrific. If you get on their mailing list, youll get an email every week with a coupon for 40% off one regular-priced item. They also have a variety of beading classes and do a monthly beading night where you can bring in unfinished projects and work on them with other beaders.

On a visit to Phoenix from Los Angeles, we decided to visit Bead World. What a terrific experience! The selection of seed beads, charms, findings etc. was terrific. But most of all was the excellent customer service! All the ladies were very helpful but not overbearing. The owner, Karen, was terrific! My friend and I will definitly return to this store next time we are in Phoenix, which we do often.

Relaxing and loaded with beads, findings, tools, and then some. There is always a sale of some pretty nice beads, plus if you sign up for there emails theres usually a 40 % off or theres one in the store. They have full kits and classes. Ive never taken one but it sounds like those ladies and gents have a great time. They have best quality jewelry to buy or make. Theyre open late too. Like 8:00pm on most nights. The not so good points are that bout every one that works there has knowledge of what you need to know. I guess they each have their specialty. Ssecond is they dont have returns. I get that because it might be hard to determine if you bought that one product from them or else where. Third is parking and hard to see at night. If you know it no problem but if its a class night you might have to search for a parking space. I dont know any of the ladys there personally but theyre all very nice.Oh by the way I havent been to the Scottsdale store since they moved. So Note Im talking about the store on 16th street just north of Bethany Home. Hope this helps ;)

Friendly people. Didnt have size 11 seed beads on hanks, only tubes. Would like to have option of hanks due to better prices/larger quantities needed for projects my mother does (Native American beadwork).

Today was my first time. They have an awesome collection of beeds and accessories. The sales lady was friendly and very helpful. I had only one problem. They didnt carry the spools of hemp twine. It is what I use to make all my macrame jewelry I did find some nice silver pieces for earrings. It will be one of my regular stops when I need supplied. And if the start carrying the hemp that would be an added plus.

Generally provides supplies for the full and part time jewelry makers here in the Valley of the Sun. Staff are helpful and will share ideas and knowledge. Prices average, and always have good supply of both clearance items and new goodies to peruse.

Ive been frustrated the past few days because Ive been trying to find all the items I need for the Christmas presents I am making for the women in my immediate family. My favorite bead store didnt have some of the stuff, so I decided to check here before ordering stuff online. The store was smaller than I thought but clean and pretty organized, I was just unhappy with the customer service. They did answer a few of my questions but were more interested in their own conversations. I wont be returning, I got more for less at Beads Galore, my favorite store.

I was in bead heaven!😊 workers were informational and nice. Its my new one stop shop for bead supplies.

I definitely dont recommend anyone coming here. My husband called in to ask if they had a big selection of charm bracelets & the woman that works there said they did so we drove from really far to find a very tiny selection. To top it off their prices are exaggerated they r OVERLY PRICED. The two women who work there are not friendly & heck one was on the phone chatting it up about personal problems & other BS. Please dont go here if you dont want to waste time.

I have been going to Bead World for 13-14 years or more...the staff is great, helpful and know what theyre talking about. The selection is outstanding. They have a good inventory of everything! Leather, Swarovski, charms (someone else said they didnt have charm bracelets? Uh, you are supposed to make a charm bracelet and they have more than enough options to choose from and will even help you make one!). 50% to 80% off clearance items, a great newsletter complete with 40% off one item in the store coupon and did I mention...friendly people that will help you! The prices are average...all bead stores are high on what they believe to be worthy. There are plenty of good finds and if you utilize the 40% off coupon you can get a great deal on a strand of your favorite stone. I did, today! They also have classes...reasonably priced, they stay open two nights a week till 8:00pm and have a special BYOBeads night once a month...with snacks! Haha! I highly recommend both Bead World locations.
