New customer; terrible experience thus far. I paid $1,250 to resolve issues that have not been fixed. .I decided to use this local business to perform a bumper to. bumper inspection of my newly acquired 2013 Jeep Patriot, wheel alignment, new inner/outer tie rods, new control arms, oil pan leak repair, and to diagnose and repair a “thud,” that occurs when the vehicle is in motion.My car is currently back at the service shop for the third time to try to correct these items once again. David said the vehicle was pulling was due to the condition of the front tires (after tie rods were I installed and wheels aligned). So, I purchased a set of four brand new tires from Discount Tire replaced all four tires with brand new Continentals and it still pulls (hard).The oil leak was slowed but it’s still occurring. David stated that the “thud,” was was fixed by tightening bolts that secure the strut the strut mount but the noise is still there.Most recent update:Days car at HPA: 12I answered a call from David. Diagnostics ongoing.Next status update, TBD.

David and Derrin conducted themselves professionally and my 14 M-Benz was in and out the same day for an oil change. I always check under the hood and under the car for any oil spills or damage. Also check interior floor matts for foot prints and steering wheel and dash for oil marks. Everything was clean. They charge very reasonably. Nice people, quality work, time efficient. What more could one ask for? Will happily refer them business.

This shop is awesome! I got work done on my 08 Subaru at the beginning of this year. I was in need of help at the time i was strapped for cash and needed my car fixed to get back and forth to work. Darren helped me out and did a great job telling me what i needed to fix now and what i could hold off on so i could cut down on the price. Darren and his whole staff are great! #1 automotive shop in arizona. I decided to take my non-four wheel vehicle off-roading and busted the oil pan. I was very fortunate to find C3 as they excelled in service, quality, price, and location. Their shop is fully equipped with some really high tech tools which allows them to get things done quickly and dealer quality. I can highly recommend anyone I know to use this facility for anything Auto related. They do everything including specialized motor repairs. feel free to test them out by even trying something as small as an oil change. Youll be happy you did.

Im not one to write a glowing review unless its really warranted, which in this case it definitely is. Initially found this auto shop through Groupon got a smoking deal on an oil change. Since I was headed there for an oil change I also got a quote on a water pump that needed replacement on our vehicle. He had great prices & does great work. Darren was so straightforward and honest, a trait that can be very rare in this industry. We got to meet and talk with a few of his shop technicians who have also helped us on a few of our other vehicles. His mechanics know what theyre doing, its like youre getting dealership quality at affordable price. If youre in need of auto repair or maintenance I would definitely consider contacting this auto shop for a quote. Highly recommend!

Went to this place about 2 weeks ago because my car kept over heating and I told them I was almost positive my thermostat was going out. Well needless to say I don’t think they even checked my thermostat because it has now gone out!! 120$ later and the problem wasn’t even fixed

This place work with you, they don’t look to break your pockets, but help individuals that need the help when it comes to their cars. Going forward I will only be dealing with C3 Auto repairs. Don’t be foolish and look somewhere else.

Perfection? A+++? Not sure how to quite capture the quality of service, courtesy, amd integrity of this business. I had some high end issues and zero expectation thag anyone would even be able to resolve. Id already tried! Electrical issues bar none are the most troublesome and costly repairs you can do (based on my experience and other than transmissions or full engine replacement). These guys had my isssue not only figured out, but resolved in a couple hours. To ice the cake, they tossed it in for free with the brake replacements I already needed. Cant say enough good things about Darren and his crew. You wont catch me servicing my cars anywhere else. Thank you to Darren and team for a truly world class and shockingly refreshing car repair experience!
