Overall I always get good service here but not at the cafe. I notice that the girls that work at the cafe are so nice to the employees that work here. They greet them and tell them good morning/afternoon. But when it comes to regular customers they do not greet us and their tone of voice changes. Not cool at all. I rather bring my own snacks and water then to be treated unfair. Everyone should be treated equally.

I took my car in yesterday at 8 in the morning. The service representative Robert Swafford was the worst part of my day. He shouldnt even be working there. After he found out that my I didnt buy my car from courtesy, he treated me a whole different way. His demeanor and tone in his voice changed. I swear to you he became the most unhelpful person that I had to deal with in the last 2 months. I had to keep checking in with him about the status of my car and finally, at 5:30 p.m. he told me that there still a vacuum leak and that they would be keeping it overnight. I tried all day today to get ahold of him. Finally at 1 I called the service main desk. They informed me hes out until Monday cuz Friday is his normal days off. That means I would have not had my car from Thursday morning till Monday when he decided he was going to finally get back to me to tell me to come pick my car. If that doesnt just speak to the level of rudeness this guy has. In consideration that I might want my car for the weekend. Right hand to God, I will never be back to Courtesy for any repair. And if youre smart you would do the same.

Summary: After 11 dealerships, Courtesy Chevrolet is absolutely the most professional staff, the sales group were very courteous and Alonso Urquides really took care of PEP Solar. We purchased a new 2020 Chevy Bolt Premier Electric Car and out of 38 vehicles as a personal and business vehicle its the best made car and the most fun car we have ever owned. We upgraded our charging system at home with a level 2 charger and a new device that lets you use an existing 50 amp plug so we did not have to upgrade our main electric box on the side of the house or at the office. Our new solar system will be able to charge the car with zero cost and its only taking about 6 hours to charge with a range always more than the posted 265M (equivalent to 168 MPG). Courtesy really worked hard to obtain the best car and they listened to everything and all our concerns by taking the time to answer and demonstrate any and all features of the car and the financing. Top to sideways the staff are an incredible group to work with and made it simple and even fun to buy a car. You just dont really get this kind of service anywhere else who just want to sell you. The name Courtesy really does stand out with the team. We are looking for another 2 cars here soon and we already know where we will be going and you should too. You wont be sold and you will obtain the best service in all of Arizona. Love Courtesy Chevrolet

We met up with Chris from the internet department and unfortunately dude took our Beloved FJ Cruiser from us. Which made us sad....But the good thing was we got a better offer on it HERE than anywhere else, got into a Chevy Cruze, got a great rate for it and everything.Chris walked us through all the steps, and made the process painless. This was our first time purchasing from a premium dealership and Chris was awesome. Definitely better than the smaller dealer We dealt with when we bought bought.Chris didnt fit the stereotypes that you hear about big dealerships. I am currently looking for a second vehicle and was reached out to by the manager of internet sales, “Tony Sanders”. I then showed up for my appointment and was then handed off to another sales person “Garret” and then it all went bad. First off! The vehicle I went for was not even in stock any longer. The vehicle that I was originally interested in had no longer become available so therefore, Tony Sanders did appropriately inform me of this. I explained to Tony Sanders that I didn’t want to continue our appointment when the vehicle I wanted was no longer in stock because I lived 45 minutes away, Tony Sanders said he had a lot of other vehicles similar to the original vehicles I cared for and Tony stated would make sure I left the lot satisfied however, that was not the case. The other list that I was sent, now after have driven 45 minutes as I had mentioned I didn’t want to do, those vehicles we’re also not available. The salesman Garrett then went off on a journey to find another vehicle that was possibly something I’d be interested in however, when he came back with the vehicle it was extremely dirty ripped everywhere and bad tires. The salesman had also explained that the vehicle hasn’t even gone through a safety inspection so therefore I couldn’t even test drive it. After all of this they still attempted to sell me the truck. I explained that I didn’t like it and was not happy and wanted to just leave so then, the salesman brings out another manager that he says he isn’t familiar with. This new floor manager not sure what his name is, he had tattoos all over his arms was not at all professional and made the entire experience uncomfortable. I didn’t feel as if I was there to purchase a vehicle with ease I felt pressured into doing something I didn’t want. After I had explained that I could not go above $300 on a monthly payment for a used vehicle, the salesman comes back attempting to sell me a $20,000 truck with a $600 monthly payment with a good credit score. Unbelievable! On top of that he recommended that I not use a cosigner and essentially he didn’t even want to sell me the vehicle, he wanted me to just give him my cosigner to purchase the vehicle alone, in fact which is illegal. Very unprofessional and unpleasant as if I’ve not purchased a vehicle before. I’m moving on to another dealer and DO NOT RECOMMEND. These aren’t sales men, they are con artist.

I was having the hardest time getting a new car, denied a couple times. I spoke with Matt, and Edwin and they were able to get me into a beautiful car and got me the price I wanted. They worked with what worked for my budget and was not pushy. They were honest and took great care of me and made sure I drove home in my new car! Antone assisted me with my insurance and got me an even lower rate than what I was paying. I would highly recommend them to anyone, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I can’t thank you all enough!!! My experience was horrible I ended up in the hospital for major surgeries and the service department through my car out on the street with windows down and now someone stole the key and it has tow stickers on it and when I called them to ask where is the key the guy said they had no remorse. And hes the manager at the service department please if youre reading this go to somewhere else I would not even think of buying a car from these guys

We have been going to Courtesy for over 9 years, maybe 10, but Ive always had great service advisors who explained what was going on with our vehicles and if I had a problem with any one I was dealing with, I let it be known to managers. When you treat others with respect and courtesy, you get the same in return!!!

I can’t really say how happy or unhappy I am with Courtesy Chevrolets service work at the moment but only because I’ll be going back I believe, the customer service however was beautiful. I love my Chevy but so far every dealer that I’ve been to has been short of what I’m looking for. Although my money and my Cokeys needs are not matching right now. But with this dealer I haven’t received an estimate on how much my transmission work would be, all in all I would say this would be 2 out of 3 since I’ve been to 3 dealers so far. Hands down they all definitely beat these little side car lots acting as dealers. They were nice clean and for a dealership quiet!

So I went and got an oil change and I feel that they didn’t feel the need to do everything they were supposed to. It was a free oil change because I bought the car there and I still had to argue with them because they said that there was no record stating that I had a free oil changes so I had to pull out all the paperwork from the contract and show them. Tire pressure was done and fluids were not done. Tire pressure check light was on when I took it and it was still on when I got it back. On the receipt that I got it stated it was completed. Went to gas station after and had to do it myself.

I love taking my Tahoe go Courtesy Chevy. After buying it from a completely dishonest car dealer in Tempe, we found out that it had many problems that were not disclosed to us. Angel looked over the vehicle and gave us a very reasonable offer on repairs, and we have been bringing it back to him ever since. They do like to point out many preventative maintenance items on their inspections, so just make sure you clarify with them what the direct issues are and what needs to be done to complete them. I love that they are thorough and professional, and really take care of your vehicle.

Beware of this shady/unprofessional dealership. Visited dealership on Dec. 5th, 2020 trying to trade my vehicle in and I worked on it with Amber and Garrett who were great but unfortunately I spoke to a Timothy Johnson before this process started and apparently those 2 left early but we agreed to a deal for a trade in, so I signed a privacy document that would protect my information and family information as well. So on Dec. 6th, 2020, I called the dealership to discuss what was going on but the loan wasn’t approved due to negative equity so whatever. But Sunday night my fiancé got a friend request from Timothy Johnson, my fiancé felt uncomfortable and that our information was mishandled. So we called the dealership on Monday to file a complaint, I spoke to a manager about it but 5 mins after speaking to the manager Timothy called me and I was upset about it because this issue wasn’t handled. This whole ordeal is being swept under the rug, I spoke to the director of sales and they said they had a talk with Timothy but they didn’t file anything with HR department, this is wrong. Long story short my fiancé and I information were mishandled and we will seek action against this dealership for it.

By far these guys are pretty good and did a great job in fixing my brakes. I had appointment with Christian and he did a great job in handling the whole process and very professional. I have used their service only once but they are allot better than midway. Atleast they gave my car back with everything in it. I lost my $40 sunshade when I gave my car in midway for repair. People at courtesy are very welcoming and maintaing well organized safety precautions in this pandamic. I would go there again.

For starters if I could give 0 stars I would. I went into Courtesy Chevrolet yesterday, May 12th, as an eager 1st time car buyer and I can easily say I will never be going back. For starters the rep I was working with, Joe Barya, was unprofessional and uninviting from the moment I stepped onto the lot! He never introduced himself to me, all he said was are you Oliver? and then opened up a gate for me to walk in. We walked over to the car I had called in and inquired about and Joe had left me outside to go and grab the keys for me to take a test drive. I had noticed right away that the flooring was coming up on the passenger floor board and you could literally see the wires showing (see pictures below). I had been waiting outside for over 15 minutes when Joe had finally called me over to go inside because he had yet to find the car keys. Once I got inside, I immediately brought up the floorboard situation and how it wasnt posted anywhere on the ad for the car and Joe basically shrugged it off like it wasnt a big deal at all. Joe still wasnt able to find the car keys and Ive been waiting for almost 30 minutes at this point so he decides to go and break down the numbers for me which I appreciated very much. He comes back 10 minutes later with a break down sheet. There was an other fee listed for $2,000 and I had asked for Joe to explain it to me and he basically said it was an expense fee to keep the car well maintained while its on their lot. $2,000 to keep the car maintained for 2 months??? I let him know the overall price was to much for me and Joe said he would see what he can do. At this point Ive been waiting waiting for over a hour and still havent gotten to drive the car because the keys have yet to be found so I was about to walk out the door when Joe had stopped me and asked me to stay for another 5 minutes since I had driven all the way from Chandler. I said okay and waited another 5 minutes. Nothing happened so I walked out the door and as I was almost off the lot I could hear Joe screaming my name OLIVER at the top of his lungs which I found to be unprofessional and frankly made my uncomfortable so I proceeded to step off of the lot and into my vehicle. While I was driving home I received phone call from the manager of Courtesy Chevrolet. He wanted to apologize for me not being able to drive the car and asked to see if theres anyway I would be willing to come back. I had made a new appointment to come back the next day so I can actually test drive the vehicle. The manager called me again today, May 13th, to clarify my appointment time and I had asked him a few more questions about the car and the overall price. I ended up changing my mind about the car because the price was just something I couldnt afford and I expressed that to the manager and he was very nice and understanding. I then received these text messages from the rep, Joe Barya, and Ive never felt so disrespected from a business let alone a company I was interested in buying a car from!

I would encourage everyone to not buy a Chevrolet vehicle from this dealer as the one I purchased has broken down several of times and have only been in my possession for lest than 10 months. All they keep saying is that it’s under warranty, but I have now been without my vehicle for two weeks. I’m extremely disappointed with Chevrolet and with this dealership.

It all started with the salesman why was more interested in selling me a car, then helping me find the car I wanted. Here made promises, then didnt follow through. Service department had been the silver lining as they have free oil changes to Veterans who had Chevys... But changed it to once a year, in 2019. They had talked me into an extended warranty, and made it seem like it started when my manufacturer warranty ended, but the reality was it ran during the manufacturer warranty, so I paid nearly 3k for an extra 12k miles worth of warranty, which only went to 60k or 70k miles. You barely break in a car at that mileage. Found out about the warrantys lack of coverage when I had a recent issue with the car. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, as from the start, to my recent encounter, this company lacks integrity, and care for the consumer.

Very disappointed with all that we had to go throw. 5 service work to my suv in less the 30 days of purchase. And if you have a service dog just walk away they will violet ada federal laws all around. They learned after being educated but it should of never even gone that fare. I will never purchase another vehicle from here it seems they sell lemons. After 54k they say well it is a used vehicle and they wash there hands all around horrible service stay far away. What a shame. Shame on you and this dealership.

I am rating this dealership on a scale compared to several other dealerships I have bought and serviced my vehicles.Customer service is good here. They are professional and nice.The scheduled oil change/ tire rotation took 2 hours. With no carwash because the carwash was down. This long of a wait for a scheduled service is unacceptable.The food and beverage concessions is by far the worst I have ever experienced. There is no complimentary beverages or food.The furniture is old and dirty. I am not expecting it to be expensive and brand new, but it is disgusting. I did not sit the whole time I was there.

Dont get the Ally Auto Premier Protection program. It costs a lot for a great sounding road protection program. However, when you try and use it they will give you all sorts of reasons why its not covered. I found this out the hard way in an emergency situation.

Very miss leading, Miss advertisement, and poor sales management. Was trying to purchase the truck that was listed for 18 five then when all the paperwork was done their purchase order showed 19,000 with other bogus charges. They wanted to charge $169 for nitrogen with your tires do not need Unless you are on Mars. Then try to charge another bogus $995 for a paper certification that does you absolutely no good especially when you’re buying it from another city or state.

Its the most horrible dealership around Phoenix just goggle the problems they been having with there customers all the way up to the General manager and owner the just dont respond to nobody they just tell you the deal with General Motors GM thats crazy the only reason I even gave it a rating was cause it wont let you make a post if you dont

I bought a 2018 Chevy Truck. After I got home I noticed that the rear of the Drivers Side truck Bed was an inch lower than the Passengers side. Every other Colorado we measured on their lot was fin but they told me mine was OK and they would not fix the problem. I said, this may be a safety issue but they scoffed at that. They even tried to tell me the pavement was not level, I explained that the distance from the ground to the top of the truck bed would be the same if we were on a hill or on the moon. Then they said maybe one shock has more pressure than the other. At that point I was talking to their Maintenance Supervisor and gave up hope of talking to any honest person.

So my 2016 Chevy impala broke down on me again. So Chevy roadside assistance towed to Courtesy Chevrolet they looked at it and said it was the starter. With my warranty they had to tow it to Gateway Chevrolet and it was covered. Now 3 days later Gateway says it was loose wires no starter. So now I need to pay $139.50 plus tax for diagnosis and $120 for towing. When they could have fixed this. I am LIVID RIGHT NOW.

I bought my car from this Chevrolet and the service is completely horrible. They never answer their phones in the service department to make an appointment and when you drive up to the service station, no one offers any service until you find someone. I Would have to say I would never purchase another car from this location and I do not recommend their service, it’s a dis-service actually. I never write reviews either.
