These people are the worst people I have ever been in contact with. They were rude to my tenant and charged me $50 for an estimate to fix a window which they said they couldnt fix .

Stopped in for some dual pane glass replacement units and got excellent help from the sales manager Arista. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Saved me a lot of money and took the time to educate me on how to repair my windows in the cheapest way.

I had this company come out in May of last year to replace a broken window. Their office staff was very nice and helpful. As a single mom working 2 jobs, I appreciated their help and kindness. However, what I didnt realize until today, when I tried to open my window and clean the glass is that the dual pane window that was replaced is NOT the same thickness as the original and it rattles in the window frame. It creates not only a noisy experience,(I didnt understand why my daughter was saying that she hears the wind blowing in her room at night) but also a draft. In addition, the repairman also did not reattach the guide cables that allow for the window to be opened and closed. So... I can no longer use the window.Since I was not there during the installation, I didnt realize that there were issues until today. Needless to say, I am not happy or impressed.That being said, I have left a message for the company to respond to. (This is a Sunday.) We will see how they choose to resolve the issues of the incorrect widow and installation errors. I will update when I know how this will be handled.

I had 3 windows and a sliding glass door that were stuck and wouldnt operate smoothly. I called for a rough estimate and the service call and price for the parts was affordable. The glass tech came out and took a look and they gave me a final price that was very close to the estimate over the phone. I also got an estimate for a foggy window while he was there and Ill probably get that done next. The parts took about two weeks to arrive and get installed. A little longer than I hope but my windows were 19 years old and obsolete. Overall great service and price for all the work I had done.

Literally the worst company Ive ever dealt with in my life. 8 weeks from the time I initially contacted them until I finally called them up and requested a refund BECAUSE THEY STILL HADNT COMPLETED THE WORK. And the work was not particularly hard - it was a roller door replacement for a sliding glass door. Heres the timeline.1. Called them to ask for service/quote.2. Took a while to get that scheduled, but finally they did.3. Showed up to check the door. Gave me a quote and said they would order the parts. Requested a deposit of $100.00 which I promptly paid.4. Never heard from them again.5. After weeks have gone by I call them. I am told they had been shorthanded but were going to call my tenants (its a rental property) that day to schedule the work.6. They dont call.7. I call back 5 days later. They finally schedule a service appointment.8. They come out and...they have ordered the wrong part. Tell my tenant they have to order the correct part and leave. No ETA on when it will be in, no next steps, nothing.9. I call them 5 days later and get a voicemail. I request a refund of my deposit in that voicemail. They dont call me back.10 I call them again the next business day and they finally pick up. The lady on the phone wasnt even aware they had been out there with the wrong part. She says they are going to refund me.11. I want to underscore the above timeline was LONGER THAN 8 WEEKS.This is seriously the worst company Ive ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THEM!! You will thank me.

Because of the quarantine I unable to visit my rental property and called SR Windows & Glass to check out a couple windows that needed glass replacement. Fortunately, the glass tech was kind enough to send pictures of the window and I was able to verify the damage and broken glass remotely. They sent me a fair price quote to replace the glass and when the job was done I received pictures of the repaired windows. Thank you so much for making my life easy during this nerve racking time.

They do mostly new windows & not repairs

So happy with Universal Glass, who seems to be answering the phone these days for SR Window and Glass. With the Highwinds that surprise has been experiencing, I had a problem with the master bedroom window on the second floor rattling to the extent it would wake me up in the middle of the night. I was so pleased when Billy came out and made a simple adjustment to the window, caused by the screen shade screen installer, at no charge! I couldn’t remember the last time someone came to my house to do a repair and didn’t at least charge me with a service charge $50 or more. Thank you universal glass. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a glass repair company.

My experience was smooth sailing. I didnt have time to check other places but their pricing seemed fair. The men that came to give me a quote were kind and answered my questions well. The gentleman that came for the actual repair was quick and thorough...no mess left and my window looks great!Id definitely recommend them.

Everyone I came in contact with was knowledgeable and friendly. I had a window that lost its seal and was fogging. They came out quickly to take measurements and give me an estimate. Price was very reasonable and I gave them my deposit. One week later, window is in and you’d never know it was a replacement! Thank you, Angel, for the quick seamless installation.

The response and follow up for this company is very poor. They came out, gave me an est, and took my deposit but never heard another word from them. I have called several times to see when they will come install the windows and have had no answer or return to my phone calls. It has been 3 weeks and not a word. Im very disappointed in this company when others have had such good experiences. Makes me question the other reviews.

Called SR Windows because we had a broken piece of storefront glass at my office that we needed to get fixed asap. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They had the glass in stock and were able to install same day! Installers were very professional and did a great job. I even got a call from the owner making sure everything went well. I would definitely recommended and use these guys again!

SR Windows and Glass has given me the absolute worst customer service experience that I have ever received.I have had a technician come to my home once, to measure the window. Then, I waited two weeks for the repair to actually occur.This company took my money as a “deposit” and promised a repair person today.I arrive home and my window is still broken (this place took our money AND failed to do the job that we paid them for), and the company has informed my husband that we should take our business elsewhere. All after we had waited two weeks for them to follow up with us.Communications with staff (when they actually picked up the phone) at this company were unprofessional and rude. I was told by a staff member that “I do not know what I’m talking about” when describing the tedious process of trying to reach these people.I was told that I would have a quote within 24 hours. I hear nothing from the technician or the company. I call them after a few days and am told that the technician is “off right now,” and that I would have to wait even longer just for a quote. “Instant.” What a lie.I am disgusted at the lack of respect and customer service offered by this business.Save yourself a headache and some money, and go elsewhere.EDIT: This place STILL has not refunded me my money after failing to perform the service we paid them for. The comment from the owner below is untrue, at least as far as his claim that I was “refunded immediately.” My husband and I have contacted them, with no response. Perhaps they are using our money to cover their “eaten” costs.This is shady, unacceptable behavior from a business.

Had quotes from other companies. One was close in price, the other was twice what I paid. One of the other companies wanted money just to come out. SR Windows quoted a fair price, showed up on time for the estimated, showed up on time to install and did a great job. Based on my experience, you can trust this company.

You have a driver in truck license plate cdn8710 whom apparently does not know what a turn signal is he did not use it in the freeway and exited the same exit that I did. He then proceeded to cut across three lanes oof traffic nearly tagging me in the process.

The worst .. I wish I could rightfully give this business negative 3 stars I would . If you want to deal with these people make sure to get everything in writing as they have a smoke and mirrors show happening . I had them do some glass and yes they were cheaper but full of hassles and now it is half done . Ray Charles could have seen what was needed better than these people and how they screwed the colors up first then the wait then a job halfway done ..So suckage I cant fathom . Highly NOT recommended .. Just sad business dealings .
