They give you a time frame for the tech arrival but they arrive at the very last moment of the time frame and it takes an hour or so to have the windshield replaced. So, put aside a whole day if you want your windshield be replaced at your place.

I am extremely upset and very disappointed in the service I have received. I scheduled an appointment via phone call with one of their reps on Saturday. We made the appointment for Wednesday (today) for all the windows on my Honda Fit to be tinted. I had a feeling I should call and double check that all was set for today and I’m so glad I did because when I called I found out that the guy who “scheduled” my appointment for me on Saturday actually didn’t schedule anything. He never even set the appointment like he had told me he did! So now today (an hour and a half prior to the appointment) I’m informed I don’t even have an appointment today but that they can “help” me by putting me on the schedule for next Monday. That’s not helpful! What is helpful though is when you keep your word in the first place! I set aside time for this to be done TODAY! I wish I would have written down the guys name who “made the appointment” for me, he clearly needs more on the job training. I was excited to use this company based on their reviews but now I would not recommend this company simply based on the fact that they lack clear communication between one another and that they would not resolve the situation immediately. So disappointing.

Horrible! The guy that put my windshield in was either inept or just didnt have any respect for other peoples property. Firstly, he didnt have all the tools to do the job (didnt have correct torx bit to remove screws). Then he completely broke the cowl cover, which understandably was dry rotted, so I could look past it. BUT he didnt reinstall the window moldings correctly, didnt put all the screws back in to hold it in place, and scratched the paint on my car! Then if that wasnt bad enough, he tried to buff it out with something that scratched it up even worse! I wouldnt let these guys put another windshield in my car if they paid me! Windshield cost me a couple hundred bucks, and fixing the stuff he broke is going to be another couple hundred! Avoid this place; prices are good, but there will be other unforseen costs.

The best automotive auto glass service Ive had so far. Matthew is very confident and knowledgeable. My issue with the window regulator was fixed very quickly and without any fuss. Id recommend you head straight to Dealer Auto Glass if youre wanting great service at a fair price.

Great service! I went online for a quote and received a call back from Jason right away. The price was much lower than expected and was able to get an appointment the following morning. The tech Jason gave me a heads up before he arrived which was nice to manage my time. The service was quick and am pleased with the results.

We got a stone chip on Monday, while continuing to drive it turned from a chip to a huge crack, so we got to our destination and looked on the computer to see who we could find. We actually did find another company, who promised to fix on Tuesday then we received a call back saying now it could be Thurs or Friday and again another call to say Saturday or Monday. We didnt want to wait any longer so we tried Dealer Auto Glass spoke with Kelsey she was so understanding polite and extremely helpful. We called at 8am by noon they were installing the glass. We are extremely happy with the service and attention to detail. Rocky was the installer with over 40yrs of experience polite friendly and very professional (Rocky all the best to you and your entire family and I Will have a Tommy burger for you & Kelsey good luck on the lottery) I would definitely recommend this company we are from out of town and now we can safely continue our journey thanks to Dealer Auto Glass of AZ.

This auto glass company is located right next to us and we use them for all of our trucks that either need a windshield replacement or repair! They are awesome and their service is super fast and high quality! Especially when we need them to come out to one of our other locations. Which is why we use them! Quick Service and No LeaksJose called me when he was on his way, so it gave me enough time to finish my Christmas shopping at Best Buy near the I-17 and get back to my car. I was very happy with the courtesy service and quick replacement. Week later I ran it through a car wash and didnt have any leaks - 2 Thumbs Up!.

Worked with Dealer Auto Glass twice now - 1st time they were out the very next morning and did a great job fixing my windshield - received my rebate check a few weeks later. I had them out a 2nd time for a different vehicle and they came out the same day - it was awesome - I received my rebate check 2 weeks later which is exactly what I was told. I could not complain! Needed to completely replace my windshield after a rock slammed right into the middle of it while I was driving on the access street. I actually saw this rock flying thru the air before in hit my windshield. The best thing about Dealer is that they can usually do the windshield replacement the same day. For window tint they did an excellent job, they were more affordable than the competitors and their Suntech product they use is probably the best, we had a good experience with Betty. At first I was a little confused about the location and who we were communicating with but when I showed up at the auto dealership and asked for dealer auto glass they had everything ready, in writing and took us in early. I highly recommend this organization.

Best value for money. I was in and out of the auto glass shop in less than an hour. Every shop I called wanted $350 for a front window replacement on my 2017 Buick but they quoted only $150. Im going to recommend this shop to everyone I know!

I told him my situation and that I forgot, he was nice enough to meet me at my work near the 101 & I-17. DONT USE!!!! They claim they will mail you a rebate of a certain amount of money in a 2 week period, but dont hold your breath. You will never see it! I personally have called their CEO 4 different times leaving voice-mails (cause he never answers his phone) asking him to please call me back, and I havent heard a thing. They were very attentive when I was shopping for a windshield, but not after the fact. Oh yea, and they use the lowest grade of glass when they install, you have to know your glass to make sure they are bringing you actual Dealer auto glass they will tell you its the same thing, but ask anyone who knows anything about cars, and its a LIE! Dont use these scam artists, take your business elsewhere.

The customer service was great until my chipped windshield turned into a crack when the tech was attempting to fill it in. I understand this happens and was warned before the tech started. But when I was told I would receive a call in 30 min. to discuss replacing the glass I didnt receive that call. When I called the office myself and explained the situation the guy I spoke to couldnt even find my information in the system even though they already took my money. And I wasnt given a receipt when the tech left so I basically had no information from them other than a phone number. The man I was speaking to at the office attempted to look up my windshield model and then went on to tell me the difficult process it would be get the replacement and because he couldnt find me in the system he basically made no attempt to sell me a windshield, even though he couldve just added me to system. Surprisingly, I received a call from the manager a few hours later and was given a quote, which was $330 more than quote I received just two days prior. I appreciated her apology for all the confusion and her attempt to help me out, but this was a very chaotic business to deal with. Receiving services shouldnt be this difficult and the information customers receive shouldnt be this inconsistent.

I booked my windshield replacement with a lady named Betty, she had promised me that the installer/technician would bring the $150 with him to give to me at time of install. Technician has no idea about this arrangement, even though its plastered all over their website and marketing that they give you a $150 cash rebate. I dont believe this company even does installs as the installer came in a Diamond Auto Glass truck. I think they are just a lead generation company for less reputable glass companys. Very disappointed with the bait and switch.

Car got broken into last night and Dealer gave me a quote lower than any other place I called this morning. Extremely helpful and friendly making me feel really comfortable in a stressful situation. They have a customer for life!

Overall experience was a bit of a letdown. They arrived late with the wrong windshield. Arrived late the second day, but at least they had the right piece of glass. Before they left I noticed that my carwash barcode pass had not been transferred to my new windshield. For someone who replaces windshields on a daily basis, this sort of thing shouldnt get overlooked.I chose this company based on positive reviews and their generous rebate for having a windshield replaced through insurance. Normally those rebates are sent to customers within 5 days of installation, or so I was told after weeks of not receiving it. I had to follow up 4-5 times because 1) initially I was never given instructions on how to obtain the rebates, 2) people gave me conflicting information, 3) boss man/woman had left the office and only they knew the answers, and 4) it was very difficult getting people to return my calls. I was cordial at first, but as time went on I became increasingly frustrated. Whether it was intended or not, they made me feel like a pest for asking them to uphold their promised service.After three weeks of unfortunate hassle I finally got the rebate. My experience wasnt Earth-shatteringly poor by any means, but next time Ill try a different company and hopefully get a normal experience.

I wish I could give less stars, but at least the installed the windshield correctly. Their website says up to $150 back with insurance covered windshield replacement, when I called they said they would send out a check for $100 on 8/23/16. On 8/30, they said they finally received payment from the insurance company and the check would be mailed on 8/31. Here it is on 9/2/2016 and I still am waiting on the check. I would recommend going with another company. This place is full of false advertising.

They fixed a small chip in my windshield while I was in a marketing meeting. Simple and you cant even see it in my windshield anymore.

The tech. shows up here in a beat up old truck a bad attitude and a cracked piece of glass for my car. Third time a charm? who knows im not gonna take a chance. You have to wonder do they only have one tech. in Tucson? Hmmmm

Had a chip fixed but it was worse when he was done than when he started. It formed a crack from the chip spot immediately. I reported it and asked someone to contact me. No contact at all. Very poor service.
