I used USA Collision several years ago to repair a damaged bumper and was very happy with the result. Recently I brushed the side of my car against a gate, leaving a scrape and a few deeper scratches. I thought of USA Collision and gave them a call. David said to bring it over and theyd take a look. When I arrived, David immediately took my car back to the service area and within ten minutes brought it back. There was nothing left of the damage except a very slight dent! I was so happy with the result, and even better, no charge! I will take all of my vehicles that need repair to USA Collision!

I contacted several auto body shops in the Phoenix area. USA collision (AKA usaclassiccustoms.com) was the only one that would deal with my little project. My little project involved putting a hole in a MINI Cooper Drivers side mirror cover. I wanted the precision placed/sized hole because I discovered that there was a projector light inside the mirror cover. The light comes on when you remotely unlock the car. Seth was the only person I contacted that actually researched where to put the hole in the chromed aftermarket covers that I had bought online.He couldnt find the necessary information either. I returned the chromed mirrored covers and finally found a primered mirror cover with the hole in it.USA Classic Customs accepted my two exterior mirror covers, primed and color matched them to my car practically over night. The covers match the car perfectly.I was treated like a customer with an expensive customization job. I was charged a small fair price and received excellent friendly service.I highly recommend USA Collision (USA Classic Customs) to any one needing/wanting automotive body work.

So I was in an accident a while back and I took my car to these guys, and I cannot express how much I was taken care of. Hovick kept in constant contact with me through out the repair, and a few things did go askew, but it was out of the shops hands. Incredible Job on the repair, I couldnt be happier! After buying a new car just weeks earlier, on my way to work a large chunk of road struck my side panel leaving a large dent and paint damage. When I picked my vehicle up after only 2 days it looked brand new again, like it never even happened. The paint matched perfectly and completely blended in with the rest of the panel. I accidentally scraped the entire side of my car against a brick column, and I thought I was looking at thousands of dollars in repairs. USA provided a quote quickly from my pictures and visit to their location. They were able to buff out all damages except one dent, and during the estimate, they were very clear about the limitations of this type of repair so that my expectations were in line with the outcome. Excellent service all-around! Highly recommend.

I am beyond impressed with their kindness and their quality of work. I bought a used 2011 Toyota Corolla that had some cosmetic damage to the front bumper. I purchased a new bumper and had USA Collision paint match and paint it. The quality of the paint job is top notch. Perfectly smooth and even, absolutely no orange peel appearance. And, they were able to paint match a white car perfectly which is extremely difficult to do especially on a 9 year-old car that has been exposed to the elements. Highly recommend!

The people at USA Collision were great. I was rear-ended and had to chase down the other driver. I don’t know how he thought he would get away in a truck with his employers name and number painted on each side,, but he put me through the aggravation. Anyway, things got much easier after I got to USA Collision. They knew exactly what to do work with the other guy’s insurance. When the insurance company wanted them to reuse the old bumper cover they successfully convinced them a new cover was needed. I got the car back looking great and cleaner than it has been in years! Prices arent bargain basement, but within competitive range. This is a quality shop, worth every penny. You wont find better paint and color work anywhere else in Arizona. Weve used the shop four times on two vehicles. Absolutely perfect color matching every single time. One of the cars came to the shop with an 8-year old paint job, even. Ive never run into a shop that delivered such consistent perfection in color matching as USA Collision.

Great customer service! They did great work on the repair of my side mirror and the cost was more than $100 under what the Toyota Dealer wanted to charge. They were really responsive to my questions. Very nice folks in the office while I waited for the repair. The owner was really nice, he answered all my questions and gave me some good tips about possible future paint work on my car. I would definitely go back to them for any required body work. Highly recommended!

Brought my 2014 Tacoma here after I had a fender bender with another vehicle in which I didn’t have a clue as to how my truck would turn out. I didn’t know of any body shops to take it to since this was a first for me and I’m new to the Phoenix area. I started reading reviews on yelp and all over the place and came across USA collision. I read the reviews and saw many before and after photos and just knew I had to check it out and was in desperate need of a body shop. So i called them and told them my story and I was welcomed with kind words and asking if I was okay from the accident and had an appointment set up that morning. I couldn’t have been treated any better! I arrived there and met Dave the owner and let him know that it was being handled with my insurance and I would pay the deductible and he said no problem, he deals with insurances all the time. So I dropped it off and he had the truck apart that afternoon and put in the estimate to my insurance! Talk about being fast and proactive! My insurance came out and approved it and my truck was back to me in a few days (even faster if I wasn’t dealing with insurance) and the work was awesome! Couldn’t even tell the difference! USA collision is the best I’ve found and they even cleaned and washed it when they were done! Highly recommended!

After driving into my garage with the lift gate open I need to find a collision repair shop ASAP. Searching online I found USA Collision which had all great reviews. I was a victim of a parking lot hit and run. My Ford Explorer suffered a large dent on the rear tailgate. Dave and his team were great. They gave me the number of a car rental place near his business. Once I arrived, he called to get me picked up. I was in and out for the drop off in less than 30 minutes. His team was able to get my car repaired (I needed a new tailgate) in a week. I got my car back and the work was great and the car was nice and clean. I would highly recommend.

I just moved to Phoenix not too long ago, and needed some body work done on one of my cars. Not knowing any shops in the area, or more importantly quality body shops, I was recommended to USA collision by a friend. I have had been to several body shops in my life, but not one like this. The manager, David is an extremely friendly, personable, efficient person. I brought my car in, and within 15 minutes, he had it looked over, pictures taken, and a quote ready for me to review. As I waited I was greeted by the friendly staff that works here as well! Fast forward a week, and my car was all done being repaired. When I first saw the finished product, I was very pleased, and knew that they had done a great job. But as I looked closer, I could see that my car was washed, waxed, AND completely cleaned on the inside. I am blown away by the intentionality of this shop, and their efforts to go above and beyond. I will be taking my cars here from now on, and I 100% recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done on their cars!

Have not had customer service like this in years! Honest, clear on the process of repair, did what they said they were going to do and charged what they said they were going to charge. Had pretty bad front damage on our newer car....they made it new and even detailed the car! Damaging your car sucks, they somehow make it into a positive experience and send you off with a smile on your face...I have no hesitation on recommending them, 10 out of 10......just nice people!

USA Collision did a great job. My car is good as new and the work was completed quickly. The production manager Hovik communicated with me throughout the process and they handled everything with the insurance company. They are also located right near an Enterprise rental location and they were also fantastic. All in all, they made an inconvenient situation as painless as possible and my car is good as new. Excellent place to bring your vehicle for repairs. My BMW 328i was involved in a accident a few weeks ago. I did a lot of research not knowing where to take my vehicle. I was rear ended by someone. The accident was 100% their fault and was being covered by their insurance. I got a quote from a large body shop near my office, but I could tell they were overcharging. Even if I am not paying, that does not seem right. I got a referral from my mechanic to go to USA Collision. They were so much better. They are car guys and it shows. They dont see you as just a dollar sign - they want to make your car look as good as possible. They did a fantastic job, were reasonably priced, and delivered on time. I hope I dont need another body shop, but if I do, I am going back there.

I dropped the vehicle on Monday and the vehicle was finished by Friday for pickup. They did some additional work to make the car look better. I was rear ended in my brand new Mazda on the highway last month. The damage was pretty extensive but they had my car fixed up good as new in just over two weeks, ahead of schedule! Hovik called both me and my mom who is in another state and kept us updated on my car and it’s progress. They also went out of their way to black out all of the emblems on my car which I had attempted to do myself (I didn’t do a very good job). You would never know now that my car was in an accident! I was not disappointed! I mostly dealt with Dave, the owner, who was friendly, efficient and answered all my questions. He assessed the damage, explained what needed to be done, and provided a cost estimate. The repair took a few days, which was the time frame I was given. When I picked up my car, I was thrilled to see the repair and paint job was seamless. My 14-year old car looks new again! The cost was very reasonable, and matched the estimate. (I was given the caveat that the job could cost more if additional work was required beyond the initial estimate.) There are many choices in auto body repair shops in Phoenix. This place is a real gem and I would return there if I need service in the future and would highly recommend USA Collision to you.

I put in a request with Home Adviser for a body shop to do some touch-up on my Honda CR-V. I got a few quotes, but Dave impressed me so I stopped into the shop on Cave Creek Rd. I met with Hovik who gave me a quote for repairs. I did my due diligence, and checked Yelp reviews before making my final decision. I am glad I went with USA Collision, as my car was repaired perfectly. When I picked it up, Hovik had it washed inside and out! Dave, Seth, and Hovik are the consummate professionals! My company van had serious front end damage from an accident. Charmain from USA Collision was very helpful in all aspects of the repair. When the dealership sent the wrong parts. She even went above and beyond by personally going to multiple dealerships to pick up the parts required to get me back to work ASAP. I am very satisfied with repair of my van and the customer service I received from Charmain.

A tree fell on our Yukon and we scoured the internet for reviews on collision centers in the valley. Our insurance kept pushing us to two service centers that had bad reviews. I called USA Collision because of their reviews on the internet. They had our vehicle in right away and fixed it back to original condition. We are extremely happy with the job they did. Hovik kept us informed of progress the whole way through and answered all of our questions promptly. Definitely recommend this place.
