Id like to thank Pierre and his undoubtedly all-star team for giving me the top-level service that is often promised by many others but is rarely seen. I dropped my car off for a stressful/major car repair that I had to go through due to a rough collision, but Pierre kept me updated throughout the repair and completed it expeditiously; Im beyond delighted by the workmanship and professionalism of Pierre and his team that resulted in my car looking factory new.From the parts fit and paint, lighting, and the little surprise they threw in for me, I couldnt be happier. The rest of the auto service industry should learn a lot from Midways team here, and I think a good example are the before and after photos of the job youll see attached to this review.

This was worse experience I have ever had they took vehicle 3 times and never had parts then got van back and metal shavings and dust everywhere. customer service wasnt any stay away they value your time very little.

My car is with them for almost 2 months, since last few weeks when ever I ask for an update they say it will be done in a week. When I go back and ask again they say the same thing. Same response every time. Worst experience i have ever faced, and very rude while giving the updates.

I have been here once prior (and am using again currently). They are pretty awesome. I have USAA and at least with them the whole process is so streamlined and easy! They have an enterprise right outside their building for easy rental service while your car is getting fixed. Lifetime warranty on repairs. All in all no complaints here! Check em out if you are unfortunate enough to need the services!

Had my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado four-door truck into the body shop the entire left side of the truck was damaged when a other truck was cutting across the parking lot and I had to swerve to miss him and I hit a concrete post. They got the truck all repaired and you couldn’t even tell that it was in a wreck. They did a perfect job on repairing it.

Mr. Larry Davis was phenomenal with the way he handled himself and the way he made his company look. He even went out of his way to let me borrow a truck sense the insurance company only had a small little car as the rental agreement. Quality work. Pierre was my estimator and handled the job with upmost professionalism. Kept me up to date on the jobs progress. And when he heard my insurance wasnt covering my rental he put it upon himself to get Midway to put me in one of their pickups until the job was done!

I got rear ended by a teenage driver who was texting and driving. And I decided to take my car to Midway cause I heard of a lot of good things from them. First of all they really took care of me. Updating me on the status of my car and dealing with the other guys insurance. Unfortunately alot of my car parts were on back order, which was not Midways fault. Once my car parts arrived they quickly went to work on my car. My car ended up looking like new. But like all car services, not everything would be perfect. Me as a person who washes and details there car. I did find some small imperfections. Nothing to worry about and probably not even noticeable unless you know where to look. But overall Midway Collision Center did a great job on my car. And were very professional throughout the repair process.

Worst place ever. Kyle is a snake. Acts like he cares about your car then gets paid and its your problem. Must get commission off ripping people off. Would not recommend this place and would stand outside boycotting if I didnt have a life. PLEASE NOTE: THEY SAY THEY ARE AFFILIATED WITH MIDWAY NISSAN, BUT THEY ARE REALLY NOT!!!!

I am very disappointed in the service that my husband and I received dealing with Zack at midway collision! Not only did they have our vehicle for over 84 days...but when we went back to get it they forgot to put a bolt on.. half of my lift on the truck is hanging off! The only way we realized something was wrong was when driving it, it would make this terrible noise! I called Zack and explained to him what was going on, not only did he chuckle and say I was afraid that was gonna happen...he said that there was nothing he could do for me today!

Ladies and gentlemen of Phoenix Arizona and its surroundings, as advice and horrible experience in this place do not bring your car to anything but nothing, my car has it here almost 60 days by two doors and they only call you to tell you lies that the pieces They have not been sent, they tell you that they will deliver it to you on that date and the date arrives and it happens and they do not call you at all, this is crazy, they do not let you speak if you call them because everyone agrees and they are complicit ones of others, the receptionist they have is the worst of all with a bad form that verbally mistreats you, I seriously hope that this reaches the ears of the owner of the place because really what is in there is a mafia, the more days they manage to retain your car more money they take out for sure, my lord that inside there is hell, please but want to suffer never take your car there.

I am sorry I ever brought my car into Midway Collision. Its been over 6 weeks since the repairs were started, and when I received my truck back, the rearview camera was suddenly missing. Then I found out the tech I had been dealing with was fired (Zach). The manager called me after I complained, but he has yet to make this situation right. If I do not have answers this week I will be going to the corporate level. Its very sad considering my experience buying the car across the street was superior. I will NEVER use them again. Too shotty.

OK so 1. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! 2. THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE.My Story....I took my car in after having an unfortunate incident with the interior of my car, ( hot auju sauce spilled onto my suede interior) anyway the insurance recommended this place and I took my car in, went over my interior with Kyle at Midway collision and showed him the droplets burned into my interior as well as the spill marks. He noted it and said he would take care of it, a few days later I call to check on the status and Kyle tells me that the adjuster for farmers said that my damage wasnt consistent with my claim and they would only partially cover it. He also told me that he didnt agree as its impossible to tell how something was damaged etc etc.I get a voicemail from the farmers adjuster saying that he looked over my car and that my claim would be partially covered.In the meantime Kyle from midway recommends that I pick my car up because in his words I wouldnt be able to get things figured out with farmers and it would be pointless to leave it at the shop.I call the Farmers adjuster back and leave a vm he finally calls me back and tells me that Kyle from Midway collision said that my damage appeared to be cigarette burns (kyle denies that) and told farmers that the damage did not appear consistent. (he also denies that)I called Kyle on conference with my adjuster and when confronted he hung up. Not sure why he behaved this way but we are looking into what action we can take against them.This is shady and very high school like!!!!Please do not trust them!!!In the end farmers covered everything, but this shop told them one thing and me another. And when you ask questions about things the receptionist Mrs. Larry (a guy for those of you wondering) asked a million questions and told me Kyle wouldnt do that and he would listen to the audio files... ( I guess hes a receptionist with pull lol) in the end I picked up my car (that appeared to have a few scratches) but please dont trust these people they truly do suck. I finally got a call back from a guy named Steve (no last name) claimed to be the director not sure what he directs since it seemed as though there was no direction there. (the director of the Collision Dept) anyway he says he will look into the matter,and call me tomorrow.... Yet I waited all day today and he claims not to know whats going on... but now I have to get a different shop because these people are negligent and if they will lie to your FACE can you really trust them with your car???
