Jerry and crew completed my repair at a fraction of the originally quoted time AND price!... They even threw in a much needed headlight restoration in which was the cherry on top of a great experience here. Im blown away by the end result! :DAgain, a million thank yous to Jerry and the ABC Nissan collision center!I will be returning on my next inevitable fender bender.

Worst experience ever. Dont waste your time and money. It took them over a month to fix my car. That who time I received no communication or updates. Everytime I called I would get transferred around and eventually left messages that were never returned. I went to pick up my car and it is still damaged In several places. I was told i could bring my car back in 4 more days as they had just ordered the part that day. I reported this and provided pictures to my insurance and they are now fighting it stating the damage was not due to the accident even though I have before and after pictures which clearly show otherwise and they are the ones who pointed out the remaining damage when I picked up the car.My entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare.

Horrible experience. I will NEVER EVER go to this location again. Damaged my vehicle then stated they didn’t. Make sure you read other reviews on this garbage place. My next stop is Yelp. I will give them a scorching review. Trust me. Go elsewhere.

I had my car taken in for a minor repair which took over a month to fix. They would keep telling me, oh, it will be ready on X day only to be told later oh, we accidentally ordered the wrong part, so its going to take 2 more days. This would go on to repeat at least 3 more times. They told me I was warrantied, but the day when I FINALLY got my car back, the rear headlight and the front headlight was out. When I called to complain, since you know, I was apparently warrantied, and instead of being professional and kind, they immediately got defensive and said they never touched that part, therefore they cant do anything, even though the headlights were working just fine before I took it into them, even when it was struck by another car!!!! You all did something wrong and wont own up to it. Ill be writing up multiple complaints and sending a claim as well until this issue is resolved.

I wasnt sure where to take my new nissan that was in a minor accident. I thought taking it to a nissan dealer would be my best chance of getting the vehicle back to new. Ive never been more wrong in my life. Incomplete work with lies and attitude to go with it.

I went in for an estimate and the front desk receptionist was incredibly nasty. Not to mention she was not wearing a mask in the business but the require everyone else to? I don’t get her exemption. My estimator was kind however the price was absolutely outrageous, they didn’t explain why it was so high, and he shrugged me off when I mentioned the high rate. I went across the street and was quoted $300 LESS than what he quoted me. Don’t waste your money or time here.

My Lincoln Continental was hit by a lady tossing her door open without any concern to the vehicle next to her. She hit me so hard that it put a very good size dent and took the paint off to the metal.I was recommended ABC Collision from Camelback Lincoln.My paint is hard to match and I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with the quality of work they did. My car is brand new and they matched the paint up so perfectly. You look at the vehicle and cannot tell where the work was done.Their service department was so very helpful and understanding..I would highly recommend them to all my friends

I took my vehicle to be fixed due to an accident. The person who is in charge of my vehicle was very nice at the beginning. My car has been at this location for a month and still there. Not completed. We are using one car and it is a big inconvenience. I called my advisor and was sent to voicemail. No return text either. I called to speak to the supervisor and he didn’t return my call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business.

ABC has taken care of me very well the two times I’ve come. Keith exhibited amazing customer service and communicated with my friend when I was out of the country and couldn’t be in touch. Mike went the second mile when returning my vehicle by taking a look at something I had done to my car and he fixed it right there. I will continue to recommend my friends to come here and will keep bringing my vehicle.

I brought my car here after another collision center failed to fix my car. It was crazy how the other shop reacted to me asking them to take a look at it again. They did not take responsibility for their lack of work on my car and insisted on blaming me for the left over damages left on my car. BUT ABC Collision center was extremely courteous and immediately found the remaining issues with my car. Just looking at my car they determined that the other shop failed to fix multiple issues and started right away. I recommend taking your vehicle here.

The body shop I was taking my cars to for 25+ years is not on the list for my new insurance company. Ended up at ABC Nissan Collision Center with a couple of vehicles now. One had major surgery, both front and back doors and B-pillar, came out looking like new. More recently had a minor scrape on a very noticeable spot on another vehicle. Paid out of my pocket, but thought I would give these guys another try. Fast, good communication, and fair price. I would go back.

WOW! Just spoke to Dave & he is the most rudest human being I have ever spoken to. He kept cutting me off wouldnt allow me to ask a simple question then kept raising his voice at me. ABC Collision please hire better employees that know how to speak to customers or train this particular employee on how to not escalate a situation!

I was sent here by my insurance company and it’s been a horrible experience so far. I was told my car would be ready in 2 weeks and it’s been over 2 months and I keep hearing excuses of why it’s not ready. Maggie NEVER answers her phone I leave voicemails and never calls me back, it is even more frustrating that after 2 months of waiting they are now telling me I have to find the seats on my own. I depend on this vehicle for day to day life as I have 4 children that I drop and pick up at school.. If this is not corrected in a timely fashion this will be reported to BBB.

I was called promptly the next morning by ABC Collision to schedule my repairs in. Super convenient to drop off your vehicle and pickup the rental in the same spot. Jim and Scott both were very helpful and kept me informed along the entire way. Repairs look amazing and my Pathfinder looks as good as new! Thank you ABC from a pleased USAA insured.

I was a little dismayed by the 2-star average review on Google after USAA recommended me here to fix some roadside damage on my Mazda. That being said, my experience was great!Scott was professional, no-nonsense and took care of my vehicle. He was up-front with the 1-week max turnaround and what parts needed to be ordered after my estimate was performed but also was confident that he could have my car finished by Friday instead of the following Monday, which he did.Got a courtesy pick-up from work to get my car after it was ready, and the work looked good with no surprises. My experience was great, but yours may vary I guess.

So on April 26th I got Into my first accident!! Ugh so took my vehicle to ABC Collision met Dave told me my car would be done in Two weeks 12 days max right!! Well I’m on the 23rd now I found out Dave told me my deductible would be taken care of should have got that in writing because now I owe $500 and still no car & Dave is on Vacation! Absolutely lovely!!

Sent here by my insurance company and honestly wish I found another place. Terrible communication from advisor. I was told 48 hours on my car then called an hour before closing and told its ready I need to pick it up. They didn’t repair a major part and I then had to schedule to bring it back in, I didn’t get a rental car this time because I was told it would be a few hours but it took most of the day and I had to call for an update on the status. That same advisor was like oh yeah it’s ready as if it’s been ready for awhile he just never called me. I would go somewhere else.

Picked up my car and it had several new scratches in different areas. Someone even tried touch up paint to cover them up. Dirty. They said it will be taken care of, when it is I will give an update.

I have always been a fan of their work and recommended this place to people until recently, when I left my car with them and items were stolen out of my car and my air conditioning knob was broken by, most likely, a careless employee only to speak with management to find out that they condone that behavior. I will never speak highly of this place again nor do business with this company in the future. Word of advice, take your business elsewhere!

Do not do this business for this place. They do bad work. Don’t follow up. They don’t clean up their mess. They also leave the job incomplete, I had to reattach my parking lights they were dangling from the fenders.My car fills with water every time it rains just sitting in the driveway because of their incompetency.

Damaged Tire.Reason for visit: repair to dent on back driver side door.My initial experience was great. I dropped off my car and picked up a rental and was out in 10 minutes.Then I picked up... I arrived and the ladies at the front desk focused their time in whispers to each other rathan than the customer waiting. Once I requested a pick up, I waited 45minutes for them to locate John, my rep. No update from the front desk ladies on why it was taking so long was provided till I followed up with them. I could hear them whispering they had no idea were John or my paperwork was. When John showed up he provided many apologies on the delay and said paperwork. After locating my paperwork, my car was presented. As I got in, I had zero gas and a low tire pressure on the driver side. I let the gas thing go since i could not recall the gas though i know i was not on E. I asked John if I was expected to leave with a flat. He spent 25minutes airing the tire and giving additional apologies. John then told me the low tire was not their doing as they did not doing anything with the tire.After leaving I stopped to grab groceries. When putting my groceries in the trunk I found my spare tire compartment wide open and my trunk a mess. Why would my tire compartment and trunk be tossled if they did not touch my tire?The next day I had a low tire pressure again and when checking the tire i found a huge scrape across my rim. Im currently sitting at a Firestone trying to be fit in for an appointment and have been advised it will be hours. I will be following up with John Monday but based on my experience in do not expect getting far...

My vehicle got repaired at the shop. The paint workmanship was awful. It had dirt dots on the paint. I told Dave and he told me to Bring the vehicle back. I went back, he buffed it. The car didnt look any better. He gave me the oh well line and said nothing he could do.This place dont take care of the customer properly. They take the insurance money + deductible and the dont stand behind the workmanship.

I had my Nissan Murano in the Collision Center for about 2 weeks. They stole my new spare tire and replace it for an old one. When I notice it I went to talk to the manager about my situation, and he told me they can no do anything about it. I don’t recommend the ABC Collision Center.

Sitting here for over an hour just to get an estimate. Sad thing is there is no-one here. No other customers in sight. They are very busy back there says the tween looming receptionist. Worst customer service Ive had in a long time. That said there was no customer service. I walked away and had to get an estimate elsewhere. Another Nisson collision center took 15 min to give me an estimate for well over 2 grand worth of work. Clearly this place didnt want my business.
