The service was great. I had a front window replaced. They had it replaced within half an hour with a team of two very nice people. Its great to see clearly out of the car window again.
Having your car in the shop is never a fun experience, but I can honestly say this was the best case scenario. Mike followed up with me every couple of days to let me know how things were going and when to expect the car to be done. They clearly cared about the survey and the responses you gave and wanted to go above and beyond to get the highest score. Personally, I dont care what the motive was the service and quality were perfect from start to finish.

Great service ! They fixed my 2020 Chevy Blazer after someone hit me and caused over 3000 worth of damage. It only took them about a week to fix it. I was shocked. George was especially awesome. I picked my car up before they had a chance to wash it. He was so concerned about the missed wash he called me the next day wanting me to bring it back in so they could wash it. My car looks brand new again.
Everyone was very professional especially George! He was very helpful with everything! They were really fast. My vehicle was involved in an accident and was told I was going to get my car in a week but actually got it within days! Definitely would recommend this service!!

It took ~7 weeks to get my car back. While I understand being busy, and COVID taking affect on how quickly jobs get done in the shop I will say that I walked into the office today to not a single person wearing a mask. Not the woman working the front desk or anyone in their offices. Not the customer walking in with the mask around their chin, but only the one person who drove my car to the front of the office and handed me the key. These are the reasons we are still dealing with this pandemic. I wore TWO masks in a car to drive up from Tucson to walking into the shop seeing zero masks on. What a joke... consider taking the pandemic seriously. You are the reason this is going to keep dragging on longer than it has to.
The service was great. My insurance recommended them, and I could not have been happier. Jorge made me feel welcome and updated through the whole process.

I have unfortunately had some extensive experience with body shops, and this is by far the best customer service I have ever had. Even though I dont own a Chevy, I have taken both my Nissan Frontier and my Ford Mustang in for body work and had no complaints from staff. Not only have I been pleased with the friendly staff and fast service but the work has always been above par and impressive Ive had the pleasure to interact with Daniel Wojtak and Jorge Espinoza. Both took the time to keep me informed of what was needed and keep true to the proposed time of completion. I would 100% recommend this body shop to anyone regardless of make or model. THEY ARE THE BEST.

They cannot be trusted. They are contracted with a terrible rental and allow their clients to be mistreated by the Rental company after returning the rental to their facility. They leave rentals outside their gated area in the open to be tampered with. DO NOT USE!

This was probably the easiest and least stressful collision shop experience Ive ever had. I was extremely stressed out and trying to handle what I could on my lunch break and they helped me quickly and efficiently even contacting the rental car shop for me. Constant status updates were provided and they took care of my rental car when my car was done and I was in a rush to return to work. Friendly staff, super easy process.

I would give this collision center a NEGATIVE FIVE STAR rating if possible. Someone hit the front of my car and this was one of the locations provided by the insurance company. When I got my car back from repair, they had painted scratches on my car from the accident with this completely different white paint (Looks like house paint vs car paint), my steering column was completely overlooked (Needed to be realigned) and I had to take my car back and it was returned with nothing fixed. The manager from the location still hasnt returned my calls. DO NOT USE THIS COLLISION CENTER!!
I had work done on my car after hitting something on the freeway. A few weeks after having it back I noticed my belt was squeaking. I opened the hood to see why. Come to find out THEY NEVER PUT THE DIPSTICK BACK! I called them on 9.19. 19 here we are almost 2 weeks later they havent called me back. Ive called multiple times I cant get Marvin or John on the phone. I get that people make mistakes but not calling your customer back to fix YOUR MISTAKE. I highly recommend you stay away unless you want your car looking like this.
Stay away from this place for your own good. I trusted them with a collision damage repairs to my suv body and paint repairs. I had to go back four times because every single time I was called to pick up my vehicle there was something not done well. Additionally they are not great at customer service. They seem bothered and annoyed after I didn’t accept their less then professional work. At the end I gave up as a customer since I had already taken 4 trips and wasted my time each single time I was there. Take your vehicle and repairs somewhere else.

They messed up paper work, repaired my vehicle when i wanted to take it elsewhere, stole my spare tire, refuse to return phone calls, broke a piece off the passenger side of my car and glued it back on. Im taking my car elsewhere now to get properly repaired and i am now in the process talking to my attorney

This place is extremely lousy on service. Was not updated on my car once. My vehicle was poorly repaired, I had crashed into a pole. My car doesn’t feel right. When I called to check had to wait for Carlos to get back from his lunch breaks. Extremely unprofessional place.
Had my silverado keys made after losing my only copy with just my vin number and proof of ownership for under 50 dollars way better than paying a locksmith.
