I would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for a guitar technician in Philadelphia. I came to Matt with a unique instrument (and a unique set of problems) and he took it upon himself to do his own research and figure out the best way to help me with my project guitar. He is very professional, responsive, reasonably priced and maintains a clean work space. Turnaround time for a setup and some customization work was about three days. The guitar plays like a dream!I will be going to Matt for setups and other work in the future.

I’ve brought 3 guitars to Matt so far (12 string acoustic electric, 6 string electric and 6 string acoustic electric) and I can’t say enough good things about his level of service and the work he’s done. All of the guitars needed different work done (setup, pickup install and wiring) and he was great walking me through what he could do.
