This review is regarding the move-in experience since Ive only been in the unit about 6 weeks. Overall, positive experience. The building itself is like a maze (most storage places are), but once I found the main office, Javon was extremely helpful in figuring out where I needed to go and providing me with a dolly, etc. The one downside was that they dont have flexible hours--so I had to rush to get everything moved in on time. (Flip side of slim hours, though, is higher safety for your items). I did a bunch of research beforehand and chose this storage unit because, relative to others it had: 1) Best ratings in the area, 2) Longer weekend hours than other units, 3) Competitive pricing. Time will tell if I have a good experience, but the move in went well.

I’ve been renting a unit from public storage for about 2 years with a family member of mines and in the beginning it was a okay place to have your items stored My mindset on this place has changed completely the up keep on the property is Impeccable for the past couple of months this place has been scrubbed cleaned The workers are so hard-working very polite there is one woman I go to with all my problems and needs and I’m never disappointed! her name is Annie and she is awesome sorry to say but I really was never was taken care of by anyone else in the store I didn’t bother to ask any other employee for anything as sometimes it seems like they’re having a bad day. I am always greeted by Annie I never have a problem with anything that I need she’s always on top to provide me the best service and after being with this company for two years this has been The best experience I’ve had with them every time I go in and she’s alway in so if you ever need help 100% ask for Annie!

The customer services was phenomenal Annie and Monica both exceptional with their customer service. Annie was amazing to wait for me to give a tour of their facility. The facility was nice and clean. The price is reasonable!

The front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. Had a great attitude and there was plenty of things to help move my items.

I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good friendly clean place to store their things. I had needed help with downloading the Public Storage app and Annie helped me out with that. I would give this place 10 stars but they only allowed 5 lol. This is a great place 👍😁

This was my first time renting a storage unit and Alexis, the property manager did a great job of explaining all of the steps. The sign in process was easy and fast and I was able to load my U-haul truck into a dock that was near my unit. I used one of their free dollies to carry my things in. Couldn’t have been more seamless. And it’s affordable too!

She helped me vacate with a decent price during this pandemic. I was about to lose my storage than she gave me a call with some great news. I do not regret storing at public storage. This is my favorite Public storage location. Annie and kaelyn are such a pleasure. I am here almost every day and they make sure I am well taken care of with any issues I may have. Prices are pretty low for it being a busy time and they keep the place clean for a city location. They have three access points to enter and they make sure the building is secure before they leave at 6!

Was with a friend of mine who decided to lease a storage unit here and Nikisha was very nice and super pleasant. She greeted us with a smile and made us feel super comfortable. She expertly explained the process of renting a storage unit and was very detailed. After that experience, I would recommend others here, asking to see Nikisha because she was so easy going and made you feel like family. Love her spirit despite this pandemic.

If my review were solely based on the staff, I would give it 4 1/2 stars. Overall, they were helpful and thorough. Perhaps the lateness of the hour is the reason one was less than enthusiastic. This is me giving her the benefit of the doubt, and for that reason they missed the mark of a 5-star rating in that category. The reason for the 3-star rating is based upon the less than user-friendly hours of operation, the lack of dollies available for customer use, and the disrepair of the primary entry gate which is closest to my storage unit. The area of the facility where my storage unit is housed is advertised as a new addition. It is sad that a new area cannot be accessed. In conclusion, the saying is true, you get what you pay for, as this unit was nearly half the cost of a unit half the size at U-Haul, which is why I jumped at the chance to move my belongings. I wasnt aware that the unit came with the added expense of a specialty lock, and that the open roof of the unit required the added expense of a tarp to ensure my belongings dont get pooped on my pigeons. Unlike others, I didnt see any evidence of an infestation of rodents (which could not be said about the U-Haul facility I moved from). Time, of course, will tell if my 3-stars is high praise, or worthy of an increased rating. My prayer is for the latter.

Had to get a storage space for the rest of the things in the house we are selling. Went to public storage where Annie went far out of her way to help me get a space and gave me a little extra time to put my things in it. Im very great full for her and the rest of the staff. It is clear that Annie takes pride in herself and it show in her work preferences.

I came in looking for a storage unit for a affordable price and I got one . Annie was so helpful and polite. She explained the hours that the store opened along with how to use my access code. I would really recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit ! Annie ROCKED !

First of all let me start by saying this place doesnt even deserve 1 star. HORRIBLE.... I would not recommend anyone renting a storage unit from this company. My son and I rented multiple storage units from this company and my credit card that was on file expired so instead of them contacting me and letting me know they sold all my belongings that I had stored. Including 25 years of Hess trucks that have been saved for my grandson. Any other normal company would of contacting you saying they needed a new form of payment. If you have a storage unit with this company watch your stuff or you can become a victim like i was. Then when i contacting them they tried saying they couldnt find my account. I will be contacting a lawyer because they can not be allowed to do this to people. I wonder how many other people have been victims?

Absolutely horrible customer service. These girls must have paid their friends to give them good reviews. Not one of them was helpful in any way. My unit was destroyed by the store manager so I cannot open it and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. For the love of God if you need a storage unit please go somewhere else.

She went out of her way to show me the various sizes that where available, she also made suggestions base on my needs. She made renting from Public Storage fast and easy. The customer service from the ladies in the office was so amazing that i had to leave a review for them I was extremely impressed with the knowledge of sizes and prices and they kept me in my price range. I did explain my situation and that I was tight on funds so Kailyn and Desiree went all out to make sure I was good. The place looks clean and kept and I’d recommend this place to anyone, I was literally locked out of my old account and had to make a new one just for these ladies here ! Keep up the good work !

I started the reservation of a 5x5 unit by phone. Upon entering the facility my girlfriend and I were greeted by Desiree and Kaelyn. Desiree looked up the information that was taken over the phone, and went into fine details about the terms and conditions as she took us out to inspect the unit. She was very thorough and had a good sense of humor - especially considering the reception areas AC was on its fourth day of being broken. The unit itself was clean (and climate controlled). So far so good.

Kaelyn was amazing!!!!!! Moved my cousin in quick and answered all questions. She even added on some good merchandise items for us!

Marquita and Desiree were great. Marquita helped me find the perfect space for me with an amazing price. They even helped me learn how to use google maps on my phone :)

My storage experience here was great from start to finish. The location was clean, safe and always had someone there to help if needed. Jocelyn was the best! I was always working hard on trips to the unit, but her and Elizabeth always managed to put a smile on my face. Thank you guys!
