I bought my screen there to be fixed the price they charge was a bit more pricey than what I normally pay but the hardware store I usually go to was closed. I brought my screen back there today a week later because it had become a part from the frame again. The woman at that time told me that I needed to have the rubber part around the screen replaced and it would cost me an additional 5 dollars. I said to her that I thought that that was part of the cost of fixing the screen. And she didn’t tell me otherwise when I first brought my screen to be fixed. The woman became very belligerent. Raising her voice at me and would not let me even finish a sentence. And keep in mind at no point did I ever raise my voice at her. As this situation was occurring I could not believe it, I said a silent prayer to myself and explained to her my concerns in the most calmest fashion that I could. She told me she would fix the screen I then asked her if she would use the new rubber around the frame so that I would not have this problem again. She would not answer me she just said, “I fix, I fix” at no point would she tell me if she was going to replace the rubber with a new one. Finally I just decided to cut my losses and have her fix the screen and hope that she used a new rubber. Needless to say the customer service in this store is horrible and I do not recommend this store to anyone.

Not much when it comes to things you need in a hardware store this store is more like a variety store. Did not have what I was looking for.

This place is freezing! They dont have a large variety of key fob batteries. The staff told me they had the battery when I inquired but their generics were not strong enough for my fob. The guy had me there 15 minutes trying different generics until I literally grab my fob off the counter and left. He was determined but just couldnt make it happen!

Its a hardware store that sells just about e everything but the kitchen sink. I also get shoes repaired here. Proceed with caution the women here tried to over charge me a mere 50c on a tagless item that had the price on a few others. O well! Speak up!!

Would have to agree with the poster aboveI called the store to ask for d rings & if they had anything I couldhang up pictures with and such. She said I dont know you willhave to come into the store and then quickly hung up the phone.Customer service could be more polite.

I called to see if they stocked a dremel tile cutting bit.The person who answered the phone didnt even identify the business, just Hello.. When I tried 4 or 5 different ways to ask for it, but she couldnt understand me.. (I think english wasnt her native language.) I asked to speak to somebody from the tools department, and she said please wait and then hung up on me.

Have all the hair products.

Horrible customer service. Extremely disrespectful I dont care if i have to drive 100 miles for what i need; ill never shop there again!
