Unethical buseness practices, rude. Never do buseness with them!

I needed a 3/4 in steam angle valve. All of the big box stores were out. I found this place online and they had it. I got to the store an hour after calling and they had put it aside for me. It cost $10 less than what home depot was selling it for. The employee were nice as well. Thank you so very much. I will definitely come back for my future hardware needs.I also sent google an update on the store address.

Home Depot has NOTHING on this store, I like the way they treat their customers. You can find stuff in this store you would think the big hardware retailers would have in stock. When it comes to my hardware needs this is MY FIRST stop!!!

In my opinion, this business gets negative stars, based on our experience. My wife and I went to the store to order a shelf-rack for our trashcan cabinet. After four months of waiting, it finally arrived, only to find out that the part that the manager, Jim Sneddon, suggested, was the wrong part. My wife went back to demand a refund. Sneddon was demeaning and completely rude to her. He yelled at her: Look lady! You dont know what the hell youre talking about! My wife tried to inform Sneddon that he was the one who suggested the part, only to be told that she didnt know what she was talking about. THEN, after refusing to admit that it was HIS name on the receipt, he REFUSED to give my wife a refund, ($102.15, for a shelf rack SNEDDON recommended!)This poor excuse of a manager demeans women and isnt even man enough to treat a woman with respect. This is why this business will collapse, as more and more potential customers will hear about their mistreatment of customers, especially women! It would get absolutely zero stars if I were able to indicate such disgust. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME. DO NOT PATRONIZE SUCH CON-ARTISTS!

Can say anything good ordered hardware almost a year ago when I receive itAfter waiting eight months it came in wrong and scratchedSent it back and its been one excuse after another to get me the new hardwareBeen going back and forth with emails constantly only to get excusesAnd I have not received the new hardware yet it is unbelievableCannot recommend this company to anybody
