This is my favorite Shop Rite store in Philadelphia. The store is always clean and there is always a variety of merchandise to choose from. The staff will answer any questions I have and the customer service staff loads my electronic coupons onto my card. Keep up the good work. 👍

Always clean and fully stocked when I come here....cashiers are always friendly..This is one of the cleanest markets I go to.

Horrible environment, nobody wearing mask and heared from many of the constant harassment to employees from management and lack of leadership really shows how they dont care

Decent selection. Customer service on point. Cashier was slow, inattentive and unprepared to perform her job. Cashiers in general at this ShopRite are unprofessional and possess poor attitudes towards their job.

The hiring managers are extremely rude. I’ve heard from multiple people how quick they dismiss potential ShopRite employees. I find it unacceptable for people to speak to other people that way

I guess saved a lot has got all the supermarkets on the same level where you have to buy your own bags it isnt enough to drive this crazy with the price of the food going up but now the bags so if you dont bring bags with you youll probably be leaving all your groceries behind it this store it would definitely be my last time over there I hate people that are cheap want to squeeze every penny out of you

Always clean. Nice lay out. Only down side is the wait at the deli and check out, it can be kinda long but its to be expected. Staff is always helpful and nice.

It’s a decent grocery store for the area. But be aware it’s not a super huge store. They usually have what I need and want in stock, but not always. The produce and meat are fresh. The deli counter is slow. It’s always a wait. The check out service moves pretty fast and is efficient. Some of the employees are nice and some have attitudes. The store is clean. The outside could use a cleaning. Especially the parking lot.

Of all the supermarkets that I have been, but Im wrong, this is the only one that I always see flowers in the bathroom, thats a nice detail I love this supermarket

My favorite food shopping store. Love their lunchme.and deli salads. I order my deli.order on their app so when I get there its ready for pick.up. just love their fresh meats.

I only bought a few things and I had a very nice experience. The lines werent very long and the store wasnt too crowded. The workers were nice and helpful

I was just visiting Philadelphia due to the death of my father, an them employees were outstanding in my time of need. I highly recommend shopping in your grocery store but I now reside in Florida but SWP was my home town....

Shoprite was pretty bad for a while. Bathrooms use to be messy, some of the girls at self check out were rude and Etc! Gladly, its gotten better.

My favorite ShopRite to date! They have a HUGE variety and if you cant find what you need here you would be the first. They have a salad bar, a deli, loads of fresh produce, and anything else you may need and the staff here is really nice!

Has been a great supermarket since theyve been there. The meats are so fresh and they have such a variety of anything you can think of. The bakery has fresh made donuts everyday, and the store is a 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. Theres always a miserable employee or two at any workplace, which I myself have been at some point, so no points taken off for a bad day. 😊

Im going to miss you ShopRite I will be relocating soon I wont miss the crowds though and the long line at the lunch meat line but overall its a great store with good people and they make excellent pizza

One of the better markets in the area, multi-cultural staff, always upbeat & you can tell they all get along. & that everyone is held to a standard of customer service & teamwork. Most importantly, for me & my family at least, always clean & organized even on the busiest of days.

I like this ShopRite but sometimes it’s a lil too crowded but other than that, this place is amazing and the food they sell is delicious! They even sell supplies, toys, and sometimes outerwear (coats, jackets, etc.)

There prices are good, wide variety of food and fresh fruit and veggies are always fresh .I try something new (fruit or vegetable when I go. Sometime I ask the employee who is working at that area what is this and what do you do with it ? I was there one-time and I got a case of Diet soda, well actually 2 cases free. The soda was Diet Coke it was two of the new flavors that were out on the market .All the stores are clean inside and outEvery kind of can item Is there Cereal again every kind . Hot food and cold food are sold at the deli salads and side dishes are there too The bakery is awesome . Cash, Debit and food stores Septa is near by and parking is always available, The store is wheelchair accessible and you can Order on line and pick it up when youre ready If you have problem walking they have.the little carts you can ride around in

Todays visit went well. Because I had small amount. Was able to check out smoothly. Not happy to see all the self check out lanes. When I turned around I saw the lines building up for reg. Lanes. Today was busy, but it was good.

I just bought 2 cooked 🐔 chickens cheap prices and was very tasty 😋

This supermarket is clean at all times of the day the shelfs are always neatly organize. The cashiers are polite, they great you with a smile. The bakery is one of my favorite the older staff are so nice and respectful they will make sure you leave happy.

My mom orders online for delivery and not once have we gotten our complete order yet. Its ridiculous (switched already). The selection is limited anymore and definitely overpriced compared to the ShopRite a few more blocks up.

The people who work there is very nice I would recommend you go there and see for yourself

Been awhile since reside in NC but loved the improvements.

Friendly environment which includes the employees working here. Lines are typically short and Ive personally NEVER had to wait more than 5-10 minutes to checkout even on a generally busy day. Also, the prices are reasonably fair and all items are usually in stock. Would highly recommend this location at anyone looking to get in and get out without the hassles of waiting in long lines or shopping without finding what you intended to look for to begin with.

It was clean the people was polite and helpful. It was nicely stocked. Its wheelchair accessible. The cashiers didnt mind helping and doing their job. It wasnt too crowded. We got in and out without incident!

The door on the pastry box is disordered - they overlap and collide. Its been long time (many month) and they cant fix it. And behind the door - nothing. At six in the evening.

Always helpful people work there and the checkout people are always pleasant and smiles.

The market itself, pretty good overall. They could work on having more lanes open, otherwise no complaints about the store or the associates/management. They’re great.SHOP RITE FROM HOME on the other hand at this location is the worst of the worse. I’ve tried a number of times to give them the benefit of the doubt but the staff that works in this department are rude, inconsiderate and they almost NEVER fulfill my order correctly. It’s terrible and it’s been too many times I’ve encountered disgruntled employees who should have never gotten hired in any realm of customer service. I can’t tell you how many times they have walked passed the door and saw you standing there waiting. No one makes any apologies for not fulfilling the orders correctly or on time. They treat you as if you need them and they don’t need you. They need retraining or they should be fired because they are a poor representation of Shop Rite facilities.

Very good neighborhood grocery store. Best prices in the city Ive found. Generally helpful/competent staff. Clean, orderly and covid protocols followed.

Watched the store manager overseeing the security guard KNOCK a shoplifting older lady to the ground as she attempted to exit. I dont know what she attempted to steal (allegedly) to deserve that. Must have been valued a lot of $. It left a bad taste in my mouth for the place, but not as bad as the blood in her mouth after that whack!

Always shop here. Has all my gluten free items and latin food.

Normal very nice store.. but its very crowded, too many people in store during covid-19. Customers were not social distancing or following floor marker at register.. we left store quickly..
