The staff and other shoppers are very helpful, friendly, and neighborly. Every time I go, people are always helping each other out. The store is clean, well stocked, and has a great selection. And the prices and sales are wonderful. If I can do shopping for 1 for about $110-$150 a month, thats awesome! Make sure you download digital coupons. Great feature

Purchased the fried chicken that was stamped cooked 441pm. Got home with it took two bites and all chicken was raw inside!Not really appetizing with all family members waiting to eat. Thanks for meal.

They need more people cutting deli meats. Only 2 people until 11am and one person left which only left 1 poor women left with a line of people to take care of. Kudos to her for staying pleasant and helpful. This was yesterday 7/19.

Typical grocery store. I used to like this store but its now my last resort and only come here for certain sale items. Its just not the same anymore. Prices are still better than most grocery stores so there is that!

I heard you need to eat too stay alive so i went here to see if they had anything to eat. It turns out they have thousands of food options, and thats exactly what i want when it comes to food. Well stocked store with plenty of non self and self checkout lanes

Not open until 11pm. Closes at 9pm sometimes 9:30pm, whenever they feel like it.

I did have some issues with the self check out. I was asking for help. She comes and acts like I know why the item wouldnt ring up. The way the packaging was it had cover a portion of the where you swipe it. Excuse me I dont work here. Even if a customer goes to the self check out you still are suppose to help them.

I love shopping here because its spacious you can find almost everything you need. And the potato salad with egg is delicious!! Its called Zalles!!

This place tell you one thing in the store paper then when you get there to pay there another price and the workers in customer service dont know what to do to help the customers out train the workers please

I go here a lot. The three stars is for how they lock the main entrance a whole hour before closing. I also had a bad experience when a manager was very rude, trying to kick us out of the store 20 minutes before closing, by telling me and my girlfriend we are done shopping with a sharp attitude. Other then that the place is great.

Nothing fancy. But friendly staff, great prices and everything you need. Especially if you use the digital coupons, prices are really good.

The customer service at this Shoprite is horrendous! You can barely find anyone to help and when you do they don’t know where anything is. I asked a young lady where an item was today and she told me she was not on the clock! I don’t think she knew what mascarpone is to be honest!

ShopRite is a wonderful place to shop in roxboro our employees are so polite in the evening time and Im quite sure in the morning too we try to keep our customers happy with the Happy Spirit of coming back to ShopRite which I am an employee there too Ive been working there for 16 years seeing babies two teenagers and they still know me very highly respect your so when I see a customer looking up I will always ask them excuse me do you need any type of assistance and they say sure where is this at not give him the directions if they need help getting something off the shelf I will help them but roxboro is the place to be its a wonderful family store so just come on after roxboro and just be treated really nice youre all family we there to please you

Was pretty busy when I visited. Aisles were on the small side, but there was a surprisingly good selection. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Though, the parking lot was a bit of a mess.

Whenever I need to run to the store Im grateful theyre down the street. Always friendly, even down to the people that wipe off the carts! Always stocked, for the most part since the pandemic; but such a convience to have respectful employees take pride in their job! Its an honor to shop in a clean and well stocked store...

Store is full of product but its very cluttered

Easy to shop and always fully stocked. Food and prices are better than Acme . Cashiers are very friendly and staff are always seen working hard. I also just changed my pharmacy to this location as well. A breathe of fresh air from the chaos at CVS.

This is the nicest Shop Rite in Philadelphia. From the moment you get out of your car you know its clean, the aisle are wide and not crowd with displays, the checkout area is covd19 protected. Lots of hand sanitizer throughout the store. I will shop there again when in the area

It is convenient supermarket for a neighborhood. You need to be local to notice its location. Not too big though and the staff prefer to deal with shoppers from the Roxborough. Seafood department is very clean and self check is the best way to leave fast.

Low price leader! Clean store, great produce and way less crampt than the acme...but because of these facts it is always busier than the acme.

I went to this shoprite because they were open early on Thanksgiving. The staff was extremely nice when they could have been grumpy about working Thanksgiving. Mike and David went out of their way to find me white pepper (which I have been trying to find for months) and Magee. They literally found themand then found me in the store to bring it to me. The cashier Jeanne was fast and very nice also. I will be driving the extra time to come here from now on. Thanks Roxborough Shoprite!

Liked it. Well-stocked, knowledgeable staff, plenty of checkers to keep the lines short. On the not so good side - very narrow aisles slow down shoppers.

It was my first time there, I was impressed. The store is very clean, meat looks healthy and the fruits were fresh. On top of all that, customer service is awesome.

They have several things I used to consider specialty items, like jicama and cotija cheese. The frozen food section is overwhelming.

We bought some products about two months ago give or take,recalled we took the product back and got our money with no problem. Thats great customer service.
