Employee works like a novice when encountering problems, and is not prepared to solve a problem on her end; she does not know how to solve problems in her field that she can point out. Prices are exaggerated; she uses a cheap brand of tint. Terrible communication skills with customers.

I came into the shop looking to get my radio installed the hospitality was A1 and I felt like family. This will be the only shop that will handle my electronic work. Mami definitely handles her business.
