My experience was pretty bad I told them exactly what I wanted they took my money and kept trying to offer me some cartoon$&!+. They told me I have to pay more money for what I actually want so I did $30 more and in total, now over $50 for 100 buisness cards. However even after that they still tried to push there own design off on me. 🗣 I SAID NO GIVE ME WHAT I ASKED FOR. All i wanted was my pacific business card that I designed myself for my business they kept trying to give me a standard business card with a logo that hundreds of other people used no way for me to stand out from the rest. So he insulted me because I wouldnt take it. He said I was old and set in my ways and when I said I no longer want your services they hung up on me. So now Im without my money and cards and missed the event that I needed it for. I later found out other people had the same experience with them including my aunt but we are all done. He yelled at me threw the phone and sent disrespectful emails about me. Ill post it below. If you want professional service on time dont go here. Youll have to go back and forth at least five times and nobody got time for that.

Docucare is a well run machine. They are hard working and aimed to please.Each of my transactions there has been a pleasant experience.

Everytime I go there I have some sort of issue with my order. They somehow always manage to get it wrong which adds to my already high stress level. With that said they always seem to fix the issue and rather quickly. I only had to wait a while once for my correction. Other than that the staff is friendly, professional and I leave happy enough that I use their services again. I have used them on and off for a number of years for a number of event.

They have everything to make copies, bans, t shirt anything you want and how you want it. Also the guys know what they doing

This place made me a large cut out of my ladies mother who recently passed. The price was good the item was great the staff was helpful the experience was top notch no worries or problems here. They look they do lots of business cards flyers advertising for all and any company needed. Wonderful, very kind, and patient. Im giving 5 stars for service and speed. I walked in for last minute prints of some artwork at a busy hour and they were ready in about 30 minutes. I recommend trying to have the older African gentleman assist you; he prints quickly and the result is much more vibrant.

One of the few copy service centers in North Philly. Service is a bit slow but the staff is always kind and courteous. They tend to take their time with each customer. I wish they had a self serve area where you could print documents out yourself. Overall I still would choose them over Staples or Kinkos because they are closer to me and more convenient. I love supporting smaller businesses plus they are black owned and operated.

Do u care is top notch. Knowledgeable courteous friendly staff. The owners are always on site to assist or guide you in a service. Always complete work orders quickly and you will not find another service center providing the quality work for the price.

Amazing black-owned business, and one of my go-to printers in philly, NJ, and MD.Their designers are talented photoshop wizards that helped me out when I was in a tight spot. Joe and Al are great owners who actually take the time to talk to you and will even offer great suggestions for your project.I’ve had a few not-so-great results though, primarily when they’re at their busiest, which is understandable but overall I’ve had significantly more positive experiences with their services.

We have used Docucare for many years and have NEVER been dissatisfied. Quality work, expedient turnover, great team, and they even design if youre in a creative slump! Reasonably priced, and always available for any concerns.

The work is great.....I will be going back and referring others. The customer service was great from the ladies who handled my order over the phone. But when I went to pic up my order, the one lady was soooo rude. I spoke with the manager about it and he was sincerely apologetic. So hopefully, my next encounter there will be a pleasant one.

I came here to get a few copies of my resume. I didnt have to wait long, as this place can get busy fast. I didnt count the # of copies, when I got home I discovered, I had 2 missing copies

Horrible horrible horrible experience! Absolutely would not come twice. UPS left a sticker on my door today and instead of attempting to deliver next day, they send my package here.They threated my boyfriend and throw attitude just because he came here 3 times today trying to find the package that delivered. They also told him they are going to return the package to sender once they got it, for revenge of being too aggressive to find the package (PS: My boyfriend did not say a single word inappropriate during the whole time).I will contact customer service tomorrow to file a lost package claim and let them take over the fxxk shxtty delivering things. Avoid package picking here like plague, run
